We were so excited for this spot as it looks like a beautiful landscape surrounded by nature, however it is very close to a main road. We were supposed to check in at 2:00. We showed up at 2:05, only to find a camper parked in our spot.
When we texted, then called , then texted AGAIN, the owner, responded by saying, “I can’t help you right now.”
He explained that the camper on-site was his, & that it would be about 45 minutes before he could come.
We ended up staying at a beautiful site at the Goose Creek State Park campground, which we would highly recommend. ❤️

We travelled from Ontario, Canada to North Carolina to visit some friends! We chose to haul the camper and find a quiet place to stay, it was a perfect spot with enough room for our son to even drive his battery jeep around the site! Would stay again.

Nice quiet area. Well maintained spot with newer hookups. We enjoyed our time there! Great water pressure ! The nearby waterfront town was very nice, very walkable! Logan is a great host , communication was easy breezy.

LOGAN, is a really nice guy! The property was clean, quiet and had everything we needed. Upon arrival Logan offered to help us setup, very accommodating. We enjoyed the peace and quiet so much we rebooked. Thank you Logan for having us!

Our stay here has been nothing but much needed rest and relaxation. Well maintained quiet lot that backs up to the woods. Logan has been a very gracious host, he came out on his golf cart and offered to help us set up. We like it so much we’re staying a little longer!

Very nice set up, and enjoyed the stay. Some storms rolled through and knocked out the power. Shortly thereafter, Logan called to check us to make sure we were okay, and to make us aware of the power outage. The power came back on in about an hour. Very good host.

Perfect spot! All you need in Washington and only 30 min from Greenville. Beautiful little towns along Albemarle hwy. Our spot was very large and secluded. Very quiet and peaceful.
If you are over 35 feet the entrance might be too tight. Once you are in all good.

Logan’s site was great! Although we are a converted boondocking campervan and don’t need hookups he’s got it all right there. The site is private and his communication is great.
We will be back when we are in the area again.

We loved the quiet area and the huge spot. Everything what we needed could be found (electricity, city water, dump) and a well prepared spot to park the RV leveled. Logan welcomed us, he’s very friendly and helpful. We spend two days and spend lovely days in the nearby Original Washington. When we left we met also Logan’s wife and daughter (so cute). Definitely worth a stay!

We loved having this large wooded plot all to ourselves! Logan + fam are right across the street if we needed anything. For the way our particular rig (forest river salem) is laid out, we used our extra long power cord for electric & an extension cord for water hose heater to reach the hookups, plus our macerator pump was handy to increase flow for the distance to septic hookup. Less than 10 min to downtown Washington and to Goose Creek State park! Would absolutely stay here again!

We had a blast at Scooters place. Directions good. Backing in will be tricky but would recommend. No way to turn around if you pull straight in. We have a teardrop trailer and 4 runner. If your tenting you can set up by the water. Sunsets awesome!

Nice site with full hookups. 30 amp service just so you know. Logan was great to work with answered all my questions quickly. Nice country atmosphere and safe. We spent time on the Tar river with family and downtown Washington is very nice. Really like this area I would recamend it, we will be co.ming back.

Easy access off of a quiet road, full hookups -- the electrical looks brand-new. This is a great place to stop for the night, minutes off of the highway on good roads. There is one area of the site that you want to avoid driving onto -- it's the septic system. Logan is a good communicator and easy to work with -- he had the area marked and we had a short phone call to make sure I knew where to avoid and where to park. We would definitely stay here again.
