Small pond for fishing, plenty of room for hiking and bike riding ( grassy, sandy, rolling hills). Beautiful hills to camp on and watch an unobstructed view of the Carolina sunset and sunrise that peak through wooded acreage. The campsite was gorgeous and felt very private. The land is beautiful and my hosts were so helpful and gracious. The only piece of information folks might need is that an off-leash dog roamed from a nearby property and sniffed around the campsite on multiple days. Every time I saw the dog in advance, and there were no incidents with my pets as a. I interacted with the dog who was very sweet but I did not feel comfortable introducing my dogs to these dogs just in case. My hosts communicated with me about the issue and did their best to offer solutions. I don't think this would be a showstopper for people without pets at all, and not necessarily even for those with them as long as you are careful.

We arrived 1 hour before sunset. Heather and Chris were attending to the animals, getting them ready for a cold night 30 degrees. It was amazing to see the variety of animals they have. Heather invited us into the coral where we got to meet and pet them. So much fun. They have a beautiful farm. We highly recommend their place!!

We stayed one night driving to Florida. The hosts were very nice people. Liz brought us some homemade apple jam and goat cheese with crackers. Yum! The place we camped at was next to the well house. It had electricity and water. The toilet was in the barn not far from our campsite. Good WiFi. The horses were beautiful. Thanks for the stay.
