We carved our 43 acre horse farm out of wild swampy land in 2007 and finished the barndeminium in 2008. My husband is retired from the Air Force and works full time doing the chores. I worked full time as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, but I just retired in May of 2024. I have a side hobby making homemade jams, pickles and flavored goat cheese spreads. We love the peacefulness of where we live...although the chickens, ducks, geese, turkeys, guinea fowl, peacocks, goats and horses do get a little loud come feeding time. We have different sites, please read each description or message me before you book a stay. We are constantly looking for ways to upgrade or make our farm more fun to visit.

Much better than a hotel
Wonderful farm and awesome hosts! I stayed 2 weeks while visiting my son. I was considering a hotel, but it was so much better to have a homey feeling place to hang out (kitchen, porch, animals, awesome host family, goat cheese and jam).

Honeysuckle Alley
We had a great time camping at Liz’s farm! It was so fun to see all the animals and we had lots of company from her sweet dogs and cats. Very peaceful evening.

Will not return .
The farm is very nice. The camper had a lot be desired. The pictures are old and not updated. There was mold in the air conditioning ducts. The bathroom had a string sewer smell. The mattress was awful and had a huge dip in the middle. We did not shower or use the water.

Car Camping on a farm? The best
Liz was absolutely the best host! She met me to show me where to go with a little welcome basket. It was a lovely place to park and I felt safe. I even had a spot to charge my electronics which was a nice bonus. The showers were cold and refreshing. And getting to hear and see animals? The best! Thanks so much!

Fun Night on the Farm
We had a great night car camping on Liz’s farm. She and her husband were very kind, even surprising us with a welcome gift. The farm was beautiful and the animals were fun to see. My husband had fun playing with the corgis

This was perfect to introduce our daughter to true farm life. It was great to take some away and enjoy the simplicity of life! Liz was great too!
