Me and my two young kids and grandmother live at the farm . We raise pastured angus beef, grain, hay and vegetables. Campers are welcome to walk the trails around the fields and woods and visit the animals. We are just a mile north of Seneca lake providing easy access to Geneva and the many wine trails. this is basic camping area with no hookups but an electric generator is available. There is a dock, fishing, picnic table and deck, and fire pit, you will have the entire area to yourself and can set up camp whenever you would like. 2 RV sites tucked away on a paved county road 3 miles off of Route 414 in Lodi, NY. These sites are close to the NY State Wine Trail with the closest winery a 10 min drive away. Lodi Point State Park is also 5 miles away with public access to Seneca lake. Lodi Point features a boat launch, nice playgrounds and swimming areas. Our full hook-up camp is in the middle of a small Amish community near the Finger Lakes. Amish buggies pass by occasionally especially on the Sunday where they meet at a neighbors for church fellowship. Our Amish are very friendly and will wave to let you know. There are Amish shops and baked good stands throughout the countryside that are fun to visit. A map of the shops is available to help you. Their shops are not open on Sunday however. The camp is close to the road where it is an easy in and out. We have full hookups...electric, water, and sewer (I have an extra 10 sewer hose if you need it). We are close to Stony Brook State Park, Conesus Lake, Deer Run Winery, Letchworth State Park, Livingston County Murals, Harriet Hollister Spencer State Park (overlook!), Erie Canal, and Geneseo State College. This camp is a nice hub to explore western NYS... going North, South, East, West to see the sites or hike.

The site was clean, flat, and beautiful open space. We had water, electric, and sewer hook up. There was a picnic table and a fire ring. The weather was beautiful, one day of rain and what a blessing that was since it is so very dry here. We did not get to have a fire due to higher winds. We had a wonderful vacation!

This is an amazing location, with very spacious sites. The peace and tranquility is beyond belief. Clean level site, pad and easy access made set up a breeze. First visit we had the location to ourselves. The second visit we did with friends. Still, with only two sites, they are far apart, and couldn't hear a sound from our fiends on Site one. Thanks Nathan for another wonderful stay! We will see you again in the near future.

This was our second time staying here. It is a lovely place. We appreciate the available electric hookup, drinking water and rv sewer dump. The site is level and could fit at least two moderate sized rvs. The view is beautiful and peaceful. There are houses on either side but both neighbors are quiet. There are dogs, goats, ducks and roosters at the one house, which can make for some occasional animal sounds, but we enjoyed the variety. The stars and sunset and sunrise are beautiful from the property. Both stays here were quite windy, but both stays were also in spring. We love the mowed trails through the tall grass as a nice place to walk the dogs.

Perfectly manicured campsites and the original design was flawlessly executed. The amount of space between each site is massive compared to state parks or commercial campgrounds, and the placement of the power, water, and sewage was ideal. It’s clear an engineer came up with this plan and then flawlessly executed it! The site itself is in an ideal location for all of the activities around Watkins Glen ranging from the track, to the state parks, to downtown, etc. 100 out of 100 ranking!

What a great spot for a shakedown trip in a new to us pop up camper. Close to many wineries. Beautiful sunsets at night. Firewood right on site. Pad is large and nicely leveled. Nathan is an awesome host. He stopped down after we arrived to ensure we had everything we needed and was accommodating when we asked to change dates due to an inclement weather forecast so we didn't have to pack up in the pouring rain.
