Me and my two young kids and grandmother live at the farm . We raise pastured angus beef, grain, hay and vegetables. Campers are welcome to walk the trails around the fields and woods and visit the animals. Most of the time cars or r.v.s can manage the gravel and dirt road back to the campsite, assistance or a truck will be provided if a large rain storm might occur during your stay. We are just a mile north of Seneca lake providing easy access to Geneva and the many wine trails. this is basic camping area with no hookups but an electric generator is available. There is a dock, fishing, picnic table and deck, and fire pit, you will have the entire area to yourself and can set up camp whenever you would like. There are many areas to spread out individual campsites for large groups if desired. we have added a large porta potty.

2 RV sites tucked away on a paved county road 3 miles off of Route 414 in Lodi, NY. These sites are close to the NY State Wine Trail with the closest winery a 10 min drive away. Lodi Point State Park is also 5 miles away with public access to Seneca lake. Lodi Point features a boat launch, nice playgrounds and swimming areas. As we are located in beautiful Fingerlakes, you can also find many other state parks including Sampson, Watkins Glen, Hector and Taughannock, all within a short drive. Our full hook-up camp is in the middle of a small Amish community near the Finger Lakes. Amish buggies pass by occasionally especially on the Sunday where they meet at a neighbors for church fellowship. Our Amish are very friendly and will wave to let you know. There are Amish shops and baked good stands throughout the countryside that are fun to visit. A map of the shops is available to help you. Their shops are not open on Sunday however. The camp is close to the road where it is an easy in and out. We have full hookups...electric, water, and sewer (I have an extra 10 sewer hose if you need it). We are close to Stony Brook State Park, Conesus Lake, Deer Run Winery, Letchworth State Park, Livingston County Murals, Harriet Hollister Spencer State Park (overlook!), Erie Canal, and Geneseo State College. This camp is a nice hub to explore western NYS... going North, South, East, West to see the sites or hike.

Weekend Trip to Little Spring Haven

Nathan's two sites are meticulously maintained, level, peaceful, and surrounded by beautiful rural farmland. It truly is my happy place! We have a week-long family reunion at Seneca Lake each year, and while the rest of the family stays in cabins about a mile away, I much prefer staying at Nathan's Hipcamp. It's quiet, relaxing, and the perfect place for me to retreat to at the end of a busy family day. I also really enjoy seeing his Amish neighbors and catching glimpses of their busy farm life. Nathan's parents live nearby as well and are always so welcoming and friendly. I look forward to coming back!

We loved staying on Nathan's beautifully maintained land! He stopped over Friday to check in and see if we needed anything, shared info about local State Parks and things to do in the area. Just 2 miles from Lodi Point on Seneca Lake. We volunteered at the Hector Family A-Fair and were thankful for electric hookup and air conditioning in the camper when we returned. Had a wonderful time with old friends enjoying local wines from some of our favorite places!! Would definitely HIGHLY recommend and encourage others to experience Little Spring Haven (site2) in Lodi!! Thank you for sharing Nathan!!

We just wrapped up an incredible family trip, and this campsite was the perfect home base for exploring the area! The location is fantastic, you get the peace of a great getaway while still being just a short drive from all the amenities, shops, and dining in Waterloo, NY. What We Loved & Local Highlights Sampson State Park: We spent time enjoying Sampson Beach and visiting the museum on-site. It’s a wonderful spot to relax by the water and soak in some local history. Wayne County History Museum: A absolute must-visit if you’re in the area! The history museum in Wayne County is fantastic, and seeing the original artwork etched/ drawninto the walls of the old jail cells was easily one of the coolest highlights of our trip. The Campsite Views: Waking up and unwinding to the incredible scenery right from our site made the trip truly memorable. Good to Know Neighbor Proximity: The site is close to neighbors. However, there is still just enough privacy and space to relax, unwind, and fully enjoy your time together. And no one was EVER a bother! We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to explore the Finger Lakes region. We are already looking forward to coming back!

We spent 4th of July weekend at Happy Hours in Branchport, NY. Was a beautiful setting with full hook-up, solid picnic tables, fire pit, Sugar Creek ran behind the camping area ~ perfect for cooling off! We popped our camp chairs right in the creek to just hang out. Had a family outdoor nature Scavenger Hunt and found all of our treasures except for a pinecone 🧐 ~ 5 year old nephew rocked it!! The evenings were amazing ~ millions of fireflies were out lighting the skies ~ more tranquil, peaceful and celebratory than the fireworks. Visited local Amish farm store October Farm for fresh produce and baked goods, Abandon brewery and Keuka Springs winery. On the 4th we went to the Branchport Independence Day Parade. The camp was exactly 5 miles from my families place on QKA ~ was a memory making, fun-filled holiday adventure! Host checked in routinely remotely to ensure everything was going well and we had everything we needed. Thank you for sharing your special place! We'll be back!!

The weather was beautiful, one day of rain and what a blessing that was since it is so very dry here. We did not get to have a fire due to higher winds. We had a wonderful vacation!

This is an amazing location, with very spacious sites. The peace and tranquility is beyond belief. Clean level site, pad and easy access made set up a breeze. First visit we had the location to ourselves. The second visit we did with friends. Still, with only two sites, they are far apart, and couldn't hear a sound from our fiends on Site one. Thanks Nathan for another wonderful stay! We will see you again in the near future.

This was our second time staying here. It is a lovely place. We appreciate the available electric hookup, drinking water and rv sewer dump. The site is level and could fit at least two moderate sized rvs. The view is beautiful and peaceful. There are houses on either side but both neighbors are quiet. There are dogs, goats, ducks and roosters at the one house, which can make for some occasional animal sounds, but we enjoyed the variety. The stars and sunset and sunrise are beautiful from the property. Both stays here were quite windy, but both stays were also in spring. We love the mowed trails through the tall grass as a nice place to walk the dogs.

Beautiful, clean, well kept campground. We really enjoyed our stay. We brought our kayak and inflatable boat, the pond was perfect to float around on. The playground was adorable and our Cori enjoyed everything about her time. The owners were beyond kind and welcoming, we definitely recommend.
