We have a small, 4 acre spot in the country, surrounded by farmland and woodland, and it adjoins hundreds of acres of state land and private property that both allow for hiking, nature walks, bird spotting, biking, and quiet. We're close to Letchworth State Park, quaint country villages, Darien Lake, and we're 40 minutes from Buffalo and Rochester. We have a large tent available, and space for RVs and campers.
We've made some small upgrades - an air mattress, new woodstove, and an outhouse. We'll be updating pictures soon. If you have questions, let us know.

The 12 x 16 tent platform backs up to the mature hedgerow of maples and oaks for afternoon shade, and the campsite overlooks Ithaca's Inlet Valley. The platform is just a 4 minute walk to the main house, and you'll have complete privacy.
Site #2 has a table and firepit, but no platform.
Site #3 has a table and firepit but no platform. It is a level spot on the pasture where you can pitch a tent or park a vehicle.

We absolutely loved staying here! We are full-time trailer-towers and have a sweet older pup. Although we booked stays at Treman as with previous years, this time required four moves in two weeks, so I looked for alternatives. Summer Dream popped up only 15 minutes from my Dad's house near the Commons. PERFECT! Tina is a lovely host - from the first conversation to our goodbyes, she made sure we were comfortable and then some. The area where our trailer sat was level, drop and go. You do need to be right next to her trailer though, as the hookups are in an enclosed box behind her trailer. The land was treed and mowed, with a cute picnic table, a fire pit, and wood available. The best part was the quiet, as cars were not frequent and nobody walks by. We were able to walk a few miles daily with no issues which was wonderful for the dog. I'm already looking forward to next year, so better beat me to it! :)

My boyfriend and I loved tent camping on this land! Lisa was very try accommodating and accepted our request in short notice. Site #2 was beautiful both during the day and at night. It was well maintained and the portable bathroom was clean. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to staying again in the future.

Beautiful property and perfect location if you're looking to get away but still have access to all of the areas local shops and attractions. Lisa was great with communication and made sure we had everything we needed as far as the campsite goes. The platform was a huge plus with it being a bit rainy during our stay!! 10/10 experience!! My daughters and I enjoyed our little get away!

We appreciated having a quiet place to stay, and the dog loved having space to run. Our site was a little snug for two tents plus the car, but with the trails it felt like there was room to explore. The other sites looked more spacious as well. Beautiful views of the leaves changing color from our hillside!

We had a great fall weekend camping here with our dog. The view from our campsite was beautiful, and it was peaceful setting. During the day we could see the leaves changing colors and at night it was a great location for stargazing. The location is convenient to drive to hikes around Ithaca, including Buttermilk Falls and Taughannock Falls. We also went to breweries/wineries along the Seneca and Cayuga wine trails. We look forward to returning in the future!

The location was perfect! We were just a short drive from Watkins Glen, Buttermilk Falls, and Taughannock. The site itself was spacious, with full hookups and plenty of room for our two doodles to play. Tina was a wonderful host—attentive and friendly, checking in each day without ever being intrusive. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely camp here again!

Nicely located to be quiet yet quick to central Ithaca and the many other attractions nearby. The Host is very helpful when needed, and there is a set of good hookups that she shares with visitors. Also nice tent sites and a fire ring. But this is basically a simple place for a couple or a small family just to unwind, kick back and enjoy time in a peaceful setting. All the while being close to the action. Perfect for what it does.

We recommend Laughing Goat! The only downside for us was no time to really enjoy the space. We arrived at dusk and we were off by 8:00a the next morning for a special tour at
Cornell Lab’s Sapsucker Woods with some expert birders. We are not experts but highly recommend a visit to Sapsucker Woods. Now back to Laughing Goat where our space was level and our little 20ft., Class B fit easily. Water, fire ring, wood and an exceptionally clean toilet provided everything we needed. The night sounds soothe the soul and waking up to munching goats was fun! Wish we’d had more time to meet the hosts and explore the farm. Thanks for clearing driving instructions also!

Tina’s property was a perfect spot to rest for me and my pup. It is a beautiful shady property with hammocks and a firepit. My trailer fit nicely in front of hers on the property and it the water, septic and electric made it an easy stay. She is super close to all the waterfalls, trails, parks, charming towns and wineries/breweries/ciderys too. And Tina was really lovely to talk with and generous in welcoming me. I’d love to stay again.

Great spot! We watched the full moon rise over the trees and it was amazing. The campsite had everything we needed. We had shade on the platform by about 2pm. Make sure you take the tour!!! Lisa is so lovely and we really enjoyed meeting all the animals.
Oh… and very clean porta potty!
