If you ever experienced, as a kid, going to the country to visit grandparents/aunt or uncles - this is an adventure just like that with dirt (mud puddles and all) driveway (approx. 1100 ft. long). It is a truly magical and peaceful setting, and we hope you love it here as much as we do! The property is made up of 48 mostly wooded acres. Our home, vegetable and herb gardens, mini-orchard of various fruit trees, and little farm are situated on the front few acres with the forest and campsites situated behind the barn and pond. We currently have an off-grid luxury tent set up for your use in a small clearing near the front portion of the forest, as well as several spots throughout the forest available if you prefer rustic tent camping with your own set up. We're still growing, and hope to add water and electric one day, but for now we welcome you to fully immerse yourself in the beauty of nature and enjoy the off-grid experience. We have a communal portapotty set up with a makeshift handwashing station for your use, and you can feel free to bring a generator or rent ours. We are happy to provide tours of the farm where you can meet the animals, or to show you around the forest. There are several easy trails throughout the woods, along which you will find raspberries, blackberries, mushrooms and other things to forage at various times of the year. It is a perfect place for bird watching, seeing other wildlife, and stargazing. Please be aware that you will find ticks, mosquitoes, and poison ivy throughout the woods. We are actively using regenerative approaches to manage these issues, but they are an unfortunate part of nature and we ask you to use caution. We are located a few minutes away from the beautiful and historic Medina village, along the Erie canal, where you will find several cute shops, restaurants and bars. There is also a boat launch, a skatepark, several playgrounds, and grocery stores within a few minutes from us, and we are just down the road from the National Iroquois Wildlife refuge. Niagara Falls, Buffalo, and Rochester are all within about an hour drive as well if you're looking for a central base from which to explore the WNY region.

Weekend Trip to Four Willows Regenerative Farm

We stayed for three days—three guys on a camping trip—and had an awesome time. Great fire setup, plenty of trails to explore, and the hosts were fantastic with communication. Would definitely come back!

Weekend Trip to Bloom Fields Secluded Woods

We spent a couple days on Karin's property and we had a great time. The site we stayed on was the site with the camper. My daughter, her husband and their 2-year-old stayed in the camper. My wife and I setup a tent on the same site. The camper was really nice for the kids because my daughter is pregnant and they didn't have to worry about climbing in and out of a tent or sleeping on a blowup mattress. The site is nice and opens to a field with a couple horses. Karin and her husband let us bring the granddaughter into the barn area to visit with the horses, a couple goats and chickens. She also let my granddaughter play on the swing set they have at their home. The site also has a fire pit and Jim brought us some firewood. We had also stopped to get some firewood on the way there, but it was really nice they gave us some. There is plenty of kindling laying around to get the fire started. The site is nicely shaded so you don't have to bring a pop-up to block the sun. Karin also gave us a half dozen eggs, put some kid's books in the camper and gave us some stuff to make s'mores with. The camper was stocked with all the cooking and eating utensils you might need. There were towels in the bathroom and the bed was freshly made. We were able to park our vehicles at the campsite. We didn't explore the surrounding area because we were there for a short time and wanted to relax. Karin and Jim are wonderful hosts, and the place is great to get away for a while.

3 nights at Conesus Lake Glamping With a View

This was the perfect little get away. I had surgery and we couldn’t do the tent camping we normally do and found this place. Everything was great for a few days away. The dogs loved it and so did my mom and daughter it was a peaceful little get away over looking Conesus lake and close to anything we needed. We will definitely book here again in the future. The property had everything we needed to cook, relax, and explore. Thank you for an amazing stay.
