Get away from it all on 60 acres of quiet space! You have two options--bring your own tent and camping gear and rough it, or stay in our hand-built cabin with all you need for a couple of nights of pure R&R! Experience zero light pollution at this off the grid cabin or in one of our camping spots. Although the cabin is not hooked up to electric or water, it is equipped with kitchen cabinets, pots and pans and dishes and silverware, drinking and cleaning/cooking water, a pullout bed with sheets and blankets (2 people), a couch that becomes a futon, one more couch and a blowup air mattrees, a dining room table and four chairs, a porch glider, an outhouse, a camp stove, books, a few rechargeable lights (but good to bring your own), kindling and firewood, and is insulated with a stove for winter stays. Property is 10 miles from East Aurora, 30 miles from Buffalo, 25 miles from Batavia Located on a small homestead farm with free range chickens, ducks, cantankerous geese, as well as dwarf goats, honey bees and a blind dog--so please drive slowly. Farm encompasses a mature hardwood forest, large organic vegetable garden, pollinator gardens, plant nursery, fruit and nut trees and shrubs. A diverse population of wild birds visit and nest here, including our summer pond resident green heron. A creek with waterfall runs through the property. Cabin is on the edge of a tree-lined pond. Host will meet with you upon arrival to give overview of land layout. We live and work here, but will respect your privacy and space. We ask that you please do the same, which includes all the living inhabitants here. We are in farm country, so at times there may be tractors, manure spreading, mowing, etc. in nearby fields. We will greet you when you arrive and after that you won't see anyone unless you need us. Queen bed, out house, firepit, one bundle of wood a day is included, additional firewood is available for purchase. We have solar powered lights for your use as well as battery powered lights if you forget your flashlight. You may enjoy our catch and release fishing pond teeming with bass, grass carp, blue gill, catfish and koi as well as the Keshequa creek bordering our property. Wildlife abounds here as there is no hunting allowed on our property. Our cabin is insulated and wired to use a generator which is available for an additional fee to cover the cost of gas. Gorgeous and meticulously maintained property complemented by 2 top notch hosts Mary and David. The time and care given to this beautiful property is evident as soon as you pull into the driveway. From the driveway to the creek you’re surrounded by beauty in every direction you look. The cabin is clean, cozy, and the perfect place to lay your head after a long day exploring and relaxing in the creek. David and Mary are some of the most kind, caring, genuine, salt of the earth people you will ever meet. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. You couldn’t ask for a nicer property or better first class hospitality. The conversations with David and Mary were like I was talking with some old friends I hadn’t seen in a while even though we’d just met. There’s no doubt I’ll be back to this hidden gem. Thank you Mary and David for an amazing stay and thanks again to Mary for the delicious chocolate chip cookies for the ride home

4 nights at Secluded and private Country Cabin

I stayed here from July 11 to July 15, and it was such a great experience from start to finish. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Anytime I had a question or needed assistance, they were there right away, which made the stay feel stress-free and comfortable. The property itself was peaceful and relaxing, with a beautiful river and a nice creek that added to the charm of the stay. Everything was well-kept, and you can tell the hosts really care about making sure their guests have a great experience. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a friendly, comfortable, and enjoyable stay.

This place is awesome ! The hosts are even cooler ! Thank you Mary and David for the really cool tour ; it made us feel at home : ) The cabin and campsite are both nice ( look exactly like the pictures ). And the bathroom was easy to use ! Definitely recommending to people I know ! Loved walking by the creek and pond too , the pond has beautiful coi fish and other creatures <3

Weekend Trip to High Falls Farm

Absolutely loved our stay at Sarah’s land! The campsite was peaceful, spacious, and surrounded by beautiful nature. Sarah was a wonderful host – very friendly, responsive, and helpful with everything we needed. The spot was clean, private, and perfect for tent camping. We especially enjoyed the quiet atmosphere at night and the stunning views in the morning. Would definitely come back again – highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in nature!

We had a lovely 2 nights at Connie’s Cabin celebrating my birthday. Watching deer and birds from the deck was so peaceful and serene. Grateful that Laurel and Rock have shared their beautiful property with folks looking for a little respite. We feel refreshed!

Weekend Trip to Secluded and private Country Cabin

My son and I just got back from a night's stay at the secluded cabin and it was an absolute delight! Mary and David were wonderful to communicate with and were willing to go above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful trip. The land is gorgeous, with a cute little fishing pond and a creek to explore. The cabin was very private and cozy and we paid the extra $15 for the generator, which powered all of the lights we needed for the evening. (Just a note: even with unplugging everything else being powered, the generator is not enough to work the coffee pot I brought from home, so bring what you need to boil water over the campfire!) The outhouse was only a few yards down a lit path from the cabin and was completely immaculate, with no smell at all, so don't let the lack of indoor plumbing deter you! Even with a first day that was a bit chilly and drizzly, my son and I had a GREAT time and will be back again!
