If you look long enough, you may even see some shooting stars. The property is 93 acres and offers well manicured hiking trails that can even be used for Mountain Biking enthusiasts. Wild animals such as deer, raccoons, fox, owls, hawks, humming birds, bald eagles and more have made the land their home. Fireflies tend to take over in the summer months, its a beautiful thing to see. It's the perfect place to get away and enjoy nature all while being close to restaurants and downtown Olean if needed. Enjoy cooking on our rustic fire pits or light a fire to just enjoy the crackling sounds and warmth at night. A safe place for kids to run around, enjoy family time and the simple pleasures Mother Nature has to offer. It's perfect for anyone who just wants to get away and immerse themselves in the country. We have 2 camp sites ready right now both come with a fire pit. One is more secluded which is campsite #2 and the one with the valley view is campsite #1. Showers are seasonal. The last day for shower use is Oct 15th. You’re more than welcome to bring your own portable shower hook up and use the shower house for privacy. We apologize for any inconvenience. You will need to have a cigarette lighter access to use the shower to power the pump. We recommend bringing flashlights as our property is solar powered and there is no electric on the property. On low sunny days, solar lights may not last as long into the evening. On rainy days the property can be very muddy and access to the top of the hill to the sites would be best accessed with a 4WD vehicle as well as winter time with snow on the ground. If you'd like to charge your phone we advise you to bring back up battery packs as there is now electric hook ups on site. The most private sites are Cloud 9, Bunny Pit and Lilou's Landing. The cottage is located down by the main house and not at the top of the hill. Pets are welcome, please clean up after your dog. * No firearms or explosive devices of any kind are allowed on the property.

My ultimate goal is to be able to provide a place for man to be nurtured, where nature & wildlife will thrive, always striving to keep the environment as pristine & serene as possible. The camper has a wet bath shower with hot water. You will likely see us working in the gardens on weekends and occasionally in the evenings after work. We love to share and will offer you fresh garden veggies and flowers when they're in abundance...which is often. You will experience starry nights and birdsong mornings. It's truly an incredible space. Feel free to have a bonfire in the backyard pit or use the portable fire pit outside the camper. We'll have plenty of wood for you. There is so much to do in the Finger Lakes Region of New York, and we have a ton of suggestions for you. Just ask, and we're happy to share, based on your preferences.

Bradley’s camp was wonderful!!! We arrived and had amazing English pot pies and beer. Then went to the campsite where there was a nice tent with a comfy bed. There were lots of oil lamps (bring oil) and a fire pit (bring wood). It was great!!! I highly recommend!!!! Everyone was very nice, great communication!!!

Thanks for having us!! I must say your cabin was perfect! Secluded and no neighbors, much room for the dogs to run on your private, well maintained property! The cabin was extremelyclean and spacious. The wifi worked great and the big TV came in handy for the rainy day. We couldn't have asked for a cozier place to stay. We had a wonderful stay at the Cozy Cabin! The space was spotless and very well maintained — everything felt clean, comfortable, and welcoming. It was the perfect spot to relax and visit with family, with plenty of room to gather and enjoy time together. The location was great — easy to find right off the highway, yet peaceful and quiet once we arrived. It’s also just a short drive to the Finger Lakes, making it a convenient home base for exploring the area. We truly enjoyed our stay the past three years and look forward to our next visit!

We stayed in The Loon cabin. It was super cute and nice. Simple necessities with all bases covered. The property was so large and had shoreline and wooded and field walking so we never even needed to leave to walk the dogs. We came AFTER kids camp season and we will be back! Only a half hour drive to CMAC! Bryan was easy to reach and quick to respond.

The Heron cabin was great. Each of the 3 bedrooms had a heater and fan. The common area got chilly overnight but the bedroom stayed comfortable with the door closed. The grounds were great and our dog loved exploring. The views of the lake were spectacular and it was so peaceful sitting out on the dock. We already can’t wait to go back and take advantage of the pool, and use a kayak or canoe. One thing to note is there is no outside lock on the cabin, though we totally felt our belongings were safe when we left during the day.

Bryan was incredibly kind, accommodating, and responsive. We rented the Hawk for 2 nights and it was perfect for our family of 4. The screened in porch is great for eating meals and playing cards. We enjoyed canoeing on the lake, and fishing on the pond. They have a very nice dock with Adirondack chairs to enjoy the lake- about 5 minutes from the cabin. They do have a pool, but it was too chilly for us to use it. No need to bring a grill or camping chairs. They have benches outside around the campfire. Also included was hand soap, dish soap, tissue, paper towels, grilling tools, microwave, toaster oven, decent sized fridge with freezer, and a fan. It has a nice rustic feel with the comforts of running water/toilet/shower. We would definitely come back!

Such a beautiful view of the lake. Camping location is pretty private - however if there was a wedding I definitely would want to know (I’m sure brad would inform you) because I tend to like peace and quiet (which it was!) We ended up choosing to set up our own tent as there was fresh mice activity in the canvas tent, which we just weren’t comfortable with since we had our own setup anyway. We got the beautiful morning sun over the lake outside of our tent door! Very nice people and doggos up at the pub. I’m not a beer lover like my partner is, but even I liked the red sour ale.

Weekend Trip to Bear Creek Haven
We loved our time at Bear Creek Haven. The cabin is extremely nice, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Including the bunk beds, there are 4 double beds which theoretically could sleep 8 people. We had a slightly larger crew than that, so some folks put up tents outside or hammocks in the trees. Overall, we were very comfortable. There was even an air conditioner and fans provided in the cabin, most definitely a welcome addition! The cabin is just a short drive from many wineries and breweries. We checked out Americana Vineyards, Finger Lakes Cider House, Scale House Brewing, and Lively Run Dairy (they have cheese flights, and you can pet goats!) Overall, it was a great experience and we look forward to staying there again in the future. One suggestion I have is improving the directions to be more detailed, we did get a little lost when getting in. Here are the more detailed directions that I sent friends to ensure they could find the cabin: “ Once you are on Pitcher Rd you are basically going to take it to the end and then veer right at the signs. As you are going down the road you will pass the mailboxes on your right, go through the Stone bridge overpass, pass several Amish houses. Go all the way down gravel road, til you get to the signs, turn right and then left to follow bear creek haven trail.”

This is a really wonderful spot. It was so relaxing to be there and everything was clean and comfortable. I would recommend bringing flip flops or slippers to wear during the night in between the tent and bathroom. I forgot mine but picked some up at the local store. We had a wonderful stay! The campground was quiet, clean, and full of charm with creative repurposed art throughout. There’s a cute little camp store, a welcoming community space, and fresh eggs for sale. One of the most special features was the windchime trail—I got to hang one in memory of my brother, which was really meaningful. Mal and her partner were incredibly kind and made us feel right at home. It’s only about 30 minutes from Allegheny State Park, and the scenic drive is beautiful. Highly recommend staying at Campground Adventures!
