This is a 200 year old farm filled with life. There are well groomed areas and other more wild areas. We are on almost 13 acres of land that attracts all forms of natural wildlife. In addition, we have alpacas, pigs, sheep, goats, dogs, a cat and chickens. There is a beaver pond on the lower property.
Each site includes a place to sit and eat (ie. picnic table), fire pit and just breathtaking views. Campers can drive into and park at their site. Each site is separate and private from other sites.

We have a farm store offering a variety of items for sale including eggs, honey, rubs and much more. There is a microwave available to the campers in the farm store as well. Each site will be given a bundle of fire wood on the house, additional wood is for sale. You are welcome to participate in farm work. Coffee (from a local NH roaster), tea, hot chocolate and potable water (from the faucet) will be available daily. We are a farm family with young children so large and rowdy or drinking parties are very heavily discouraged.

We are open year round, with each New England season having special, unique things to offer. Summers are a no brainer with Newfound lake nearby, the hiking trails in the White Mountains, or hike direct to MT Cardigan from your campsite. Fall has spectacular foliage and perfect cooler temps to sit around the campfire drinking coffee/hot chocolate, snuggled up in a hoodie or under a blanket! Winter affords a pristine, beautiful, snowy landscape that is straight out of a Robert Frost poem! Winter activities include snowshoeing, winter hiking, and possibly snowmobiling down the local club maintained trail if open. Be advised to come prepared with good tires as we get SERIOUS winters and our remote, mountain location often requires 4wd to get up the TOWN roads to us, much less the farm roads.
We raise chickens and Mangalista pigs! Try some of our farm fresh eggs/bacon, taste the farm fresh difference! I wanted a cabin in the woods forever and my boys built me this awesome cabin! Drive down spring, summer and fall, walk or snowshoe in winter, about 300 yards. Beautiful, DRY {No running water}, no electricity cabin. Called "Unplugged" for several reasons: No electricity, No internet and most phones don't work! Bring books! 16 x 20 with a loft with stairs. Queen bed in loft and daybed downstairs. Has an outhouse. Stocked with basics for cooking on flat grill and new 2 burner camp stove.
Cabin is well insulated, uses a Big Buddy heater for heat in winter .Bring water in gallon size, refill at house.The rain barrel is only for water for fire pit! Not drinkable!! You fill the black bucket and put it near fire pit while having a camp fire. New solar lights installed, really brightens up cabin! Bring sleeping bags or use linen in bag.

We are at the top of Raccoon Hill. Overlooking a valley with Punch Brook at the bottom. You can see Belknap Mountain across the way. There are many trails nearby. The state snowmobile trails run nearby with access at the power lines that cross Raccoon Hill, Great for hiking, biking in the summer. And snowmobiling in the winter. State rail trail is nearby also (bottom of Raccoon Hill and rt 11) Giving access to the entire state! Highland Lake is a few miles away. Webster Lake is a bit further down the road. Fishing ponds are all over the area. Ragged mountain is 20 minutes from here. The mountain biking park in Northfield is about 20 minutes away. Black Bear Vineyard is a few miles away. Billy’s Beaver Pond site was the perfect quiet stay for a weekend away. The site felt secluded while still having plenty to do within a short driving distance. The campsite itself was clean and flat with plenty of seating around the campfire and picnic table. The beautiful view of the pond paired with the sounds of nature made for an incredibly relaxing weekend. Would strongly recommend this site to anybody looking to unplug for a few nights. Come prepared with water and a camp toilet and you’ll find that the site provides all the comfort you’ll need!

We had a wonderful stay at Waterfalls Escape. We were greeted by Vinny with a warm welcome and lots of local recommendations. The space was full of unique charm and was incredibly comfortable - everything we needed was supplied and more. The view and sound of the waterfall from the deck and windows can't really be matched. I can't say enough about how great our stay was, I only wish it had been longer!

We loved camping at Cassidie’s land. The campsite was neat with enough privacy to wind out after busy week. We had a a nice wooden deck to put our tent on, convenient access to the trails pond, Merrimack river and endless sky to do stargazing. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone who’s looking for a stay in the area.

LeeAnn has a very beautiful property! Our site #9 brookside was on the edge of the meadow so you could see all the wildflowers as well as listen to brook. When we went the brook was shallow but we still were able to sit and cool off. The sites are very far spaced out but due to the meadow easily visible. Was a very peaceful escape to the woods and was a very shaded site which was much appreciated during the heatwave.

The sites are big for our large group and private. Other campers are always friendly. Clean rest rooms and plenty of wood for sale. The property is beautiful and peaceful. We as always are looking forward to next year!

Very secluded campsite that is well kept. There are enough trees with good spacing for tarp and hammock setups and tents. The fire pit, picnic table and log seats were a nice touch so you don't need to bring chairs if you're travelling light. There was a frat party happening nearby, they got a little loud and didn't stop until 1am which was a little annoying but other than that I highly recommend this spot.

More magical than Disneyland.. the spot was perfect tucked back in the woods just enough so you get a perfect view of the night with no sun on your face in the morning.. a nice little walk down to the river and a loop path with picturesque views around every corner.. the farm fresh eggs in the morning were a great little treat also.. just the right bit of small amenities supplied like tp, firewood, and instant coffee.. private but still close to anything you need 15 min down the road… maybe the best little spot I’ve been to

David met us when we arrived, and brought some split firewood, and water for my dog. You will be all alone here. Except for an occasional small airplane, there is almost no human noise. . There is no road noise, or other people, it is peaceful and isolated. Skyland Trail passes right by the field, for some nice day hikes. I had a very clear night and the best view of the milkyway I can remember, and many shooting stars while I sat by the fire.
