I loved camping on Josh’s land! The view was beautiful and serene. My dog appreciated the wide open trails and free roaming. We saw wild turkeys, possums, fireflies and fell asleep to the sound of coyotes in the distance. We had a full moon, which was beautiful, but made star gazing a challenge. Guess we need to make a return trip!

Exactly as we had hoped. Spot was great for a quick stop over on our journey across the Mid-West. Beautiful property and Amanda greeted us and made us feel welcome. Wish we could have stayed longer. 😀

This is an amazing spot and cannot wait to come back. Was here overnight testing out some new camp equipment and wish I had elected to make a weekend of it. Beautiful property and Doug was a great host. If you visit, be sure to make some time to chat with Blue the horse - he's a good fella.

Staying at Selby Farm was such a privilege. Not only were the views spectacular, the ambiance homey and lovely but Doug, Brenda, and their farm hand Johnny were so very kind and welcoming to me. They made me feel comfortable and I enjoyed every moment of my stay!

Great private spot on a lovely working horse farm. The host was very nice and stopped by after we arrived to give us the lay of the land. There are a few nice flat areas by the tree for tent set-up. The tree house was really cool so we spent some time acting like kids hanging out up there. The property is beautiful with long distance views towards the East. Had a great visit and would do it again.

We were able to locate the camp spot by following provided directions. Once set up, the location was so peaceful with the barn shelter nearby in the pasture and 8 horses hanging out, wandering about. We enjoyed the serenity the location offered but would have enjoyed meeting the host had they come around. Perhaps next time!

Very quiet location. Great hosts. The horses were a treat and they liked getting carrots and apples for their treats. Two tips: 1) This is a horse ranch, be prepared to have a vigorous battle with flies and 2) Both AT&T and Verizon cell service were sketchy. I had to break out the Starlink to get reliable connectivity. About a mile and a half of gravel roads to arrive.

Although we only stayed a night while passing through, the Double Hearts Ranch was a great experience. Tamitha was very helpful in getting us situated and the shared patio space with a bathroom was wonderful. We'll definitely come back when we are in the area and highly recommend it.
