Nice little stop for the night on our road trip out west. The shed was a nice touch and got us out of the rain for the night! Would stay again if in the area.

I loved camping on Josh's land! It is such a beautiful property that is well maintained. The shed is a great resource to have for storage or as an option for camping during bad weather. It was our first time camping with our baby daughter, and it was great to have a private campsite with a fire pit, toilet, pond, and great views. The fishing was excellent, and the swing by the pond was a fun feature. Would definitely camp here again!

The best spot we've stayed this year. 10 acres. 1 acre pond. Our dogs got to run unleashed. Listened to coyotes, owls, turkey and so many birds. So quiet and full of nature. Short distance to convience store and fuel,ice,etc. Just a few minutes into the city of Columbia. Absolutely taken care of piece of property. Perfect firepit for entertaining. We were testing our new RV for boondocking since there isn't electricity there. Everything went smoothly. Josh does have running water. That was very cool. Thanks Josh for a wonderful vacation.

We loved camping at this property. This fishing was good and the views were awesome! It was quiet and had everything we needed-even some shelter when an unexpected rain storm popped up. We will be back.

We had a great time on Josh's land! It was so peaceful! We loved the shed and utilized it for food storage and prep. It was such a pretty view waking up and looking at the pond. I would love to camp here again!

I loved this spot. It was private and so quiet, just frogs and crickets and later that night, coyotes singing! Josh was very communicative and helpful. My dog loved it, and it was easy enough to keep him out of the pond. I chose a nice level spot and slept well.

This was a beautiful site with a lot of privacy. We stayed in the shelter and it was very clean. There was a wonderful pond on the property. The owner was easy to work with and responded quickly.

It was a perfect place for us to overnight in our Revel while traveling through the area. There is a nice pond and woodsy area with plenty of privacy. We weren’t able to check out the pond due to cold temps. 🥶 We’d definitely stay here again!

The serene views were awesome. Always seemed to have a nice breeze too. We did not fish but the pond looks like a prime bass pond. We enjoyed walking along the bluffs on the Perche Creek. Plent of Indian artifacts are found near this creek. Soo cool, undisturbed!!!!!!

I loved camping on Josh’s land! The view was beautiful and serene. My dog appreciated the wide open trails and free roaming. We saw wild turkeys, possums, fireflies and fell asleep to the sound of coyotes in the distance. We had a full moon, which was beautiful, but made star gazing a challenge. Guess we need to make a return trip!

Beautiful peaceful remote place! Passing through Missouri and stayed one night. Slept well and enjoyed hearing coyotes howling in the distance. Not good cell reception, but thats ok… refreshing to disconnect.

The layout was great for “roughing it” camping. Josh let me fill my water tank from their hydrant & I pulled onto my site. He had several areas to choose from. I was wanting to listen to the night creatures & stargaze. Boy was that a treat!! The coyotes sounded very close & deer were grazing just outside in the morning. I used my generator for power but there was constantly a nice breeze. This is the place to camp if you want to step into nature!!! We’ll be back! Thanks Mark
