The A frame cabins are absolutely adorable. The entire property is beautiful. The club house has everything you need for a wonderful glamping experience. But it’s no joke when it rains - do not attempt with a low clearance vehicle! Otherwise everything was perfect and so delightful! 10/10 would stay here again!

The place was perfect for us. The cabins were clean and we really enjoyed the location. The bathrooms and kitchen were a great upgrade from straight camping. There was only one fire area and no one else joined us, so maybe smaller areas by each cabin would be nice. We enjoyed it very much and I’d love to come back.

This was a very cute and cozy cabin on a private lot. Its has a great dock to sit, drink coffee, and read a book. The fire pit has a grate which was very convenient. The porch was idyllic and probably my favorite spot on the property. There were lots of birds and butterflies to watch. We had a great time.

This cabin and property is absolutely beautiful 😍. So peaceful and serene and QUIET! Hosts thought of absolutely everything. Early morning canoeing and being right up in the face of nature was so incredible. That upper back porch was everything! Spent so much time there just listening to nature sounds and watching the hummingbirds. Hosts were very kind and attentive when needed. Can't wait to come back!

Nice quiet property with nice lake/pond. Getting to Daniel Boone National Forest was easy and the town of Mt. Sterling, and its history, is worth going to the Honey Hut in and of itself. Scott was very awesome. I mixed up my reservation dates and Scott worked it out the day of and really helped out. I would definitely recommend this property.

I had a great time visiting on a solo trip with my dog! Everything was clean and enjoyable, and the creeks are pretty to walk along. If you're visiting in March/April, make sure to look at upcoming weather for potential storms. We got caught in an overnight thunderstorm, which made the creek water rise and was not passable for my low car (Ford Fusion Hybrid). We ended up having to stay an extra night, but it all worked out well! The host was understanding, a fellow camper shared their food, and Jon was responsive and super helpful! We would definitely visit again.

Our remote 375 acres part farm and part natural woodland nestled up to Daniel Boone Forest is ideal for hikers and nature lovers. There are several hiking trails onsite and plenty of woods to explore. ATVs or side by sides are welcome to be used on the main gravel roads and some designated areas of our property. There is plenty of wildlife but NO hunting is allowed. Some of our designated tent sites do have firepits and/or picnic tables. Our trek in sites do not have those options. Pets are welcome for $10 per pet/per booking and they do need to be leashed/under control at all times. This is an extra so please be sure to add that if you plan to bring your pet. Please pick up after them. We are a short driving distance from West Liberty, Cave Run Lake, Grayson Lake, Carter Caves, Morehead, Natural Bridge and Red River Gorge. We are approximately 20 minutes from the nearest store so you'll want to come prepared. We are located in West Liberty (Morgan County). There are 2 centrally located bathhouses with toilet, shower and sink and a hose for potable water. We have firewood for sale for $20 per stay and is an extra option when booking(use what you need during your stay and it is centrally located near bath houses) you can bring your own and you are welcome to gather from the surrounding area but please do not cut down any living trees/limbs. Due to the sharp entrance from the road to the driveway, we CANNOT accept rigs over 34' long. We cannot accept 5th wheels (due to height) because of some lower hanging tree branches along the driveway. WE DO NOT ACCEPT LONG TERM STAYS! This land has previously been a tobacco farm, a hay farm, and is now home to a few beef cattle. We have blazed trails through the woods for hiking, created campsites with fire rings, farmed hay, and grown various vegetables for self-consumption. The Wedding Rock is conveniently located on the property at The Harrican in between Somerset and London KY in the heart of the Kentucky Wildlands! The history of the Wedding Rock dates back at least to the 1800s when people would gather to trade goods and services and thrash their wheat on the rock. Social events were not common during that time and for this this rural place so love often happened quickly! The first recorded wedding was a young couple who fearded they would never see each other again - so happened a wedding. They were together until their death. Folklore has it that no marriage that takes place at The Wedding Rock will ever fail. My sister and her husband were married there 36 years ago. For your reference, our other listings are The Hammock House and The Harrican Lakehouse. The total property is over 200 acres and is surround by the Daniel Boone National Forrest and area wildlife management areas. The views are stunning. The Wedding Rock is a beautiful sacred place to say your vows. There is simply no other place like it. Weddings start at only $500 and that includes set up of seating, bride and groom table and chairs, pub tables and linens, signage, parking, decor and all the natural beauty your heart can hold. 60+ acres of woods, trails and 2 small ponds for catch and release. Car accessible sites or hike in. You pick a spot and set up wherever you like. There is a porta potty on the property and we have camping toilets if you need one. Just let us know ahead. No water or electricity is available on the property. There will be signs of some suggested camping spots we have used in the past also. Atv’s, dirt bikes welcome! Please take out what you bring in! Feel free to contact me for directions. GPS may not take you directly to Tiny Jones road, but it’s the 1st right after Knowlton church. There will be a sign on the road that says Tilting Rock Trail to the left. Follow the drive about a mile into the property and pick a spot where you like!
