Maximum of 4 guests. Escape to this peaceful and private tiny home just steps from the Kentucky River. Surrounded by nature, it’s perfect for outdoor lovers with nearby hiking, climbing, and boating. After a day of adventure, relax in the hot tub on the porch or gather around the fire pit. With retro vibes, fast WiFi, and AC, this cozy retreat offers the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. Recharge, unwind, and soak in the serene beauty of the Kentucky countryside. The tiny house is quant and charming with a decor from the 1950s. The sleeping area is in the loft which requires climbing up ladder stairs with no railing. One must be limber and able to climb on hands and knees to reach the four single beds. Claustrophobics beware - The highest point in the loft is 3 feet. We do offer a pull out sofa bed if the loft isn't appealing. We do have an alarm system in the tiny house that will be disarmed during your stay. We do ask that guests not attempt to arm the system. If it is set off, the police will automatically be called and come for a visit. We have it for long periods of time where our tiny house is unattended. We have multiple outdoor cameras that will be recording 24/7 during your stay. We only pull the video if a problem arises. Per our insurance-We love all dogs, but our insurance company says no to Akitas, American Staffordshire Terrier (Pit Bulls), Chows, Presa Canarios, Rottweilers, Shar-peis, Wolf Hybrid, Mixed with predominately with a listed breed) No exotic animals or any animals that display aggressive behavior. We allow ONE dog under 70 lbs. If you bring a dog- pick up the waste from yard.
