This is a 12.5 acre mini farm. We have a garden, bee hive, 30 fruit trees, bamboo, hard wood trees, 4 wheeler trails, a pig, guinea fowl, chickens, ducks, turkeys, cats, and dogs. We are working on a site for a single meat cow too!
We have 2 sites, 1 is a trailer and 1 is a camping spot/cabin on top of our mountain. The cabin up there was built in the 60-70’s probably and is a total mess. People are welcome to stay in it if they choose. There is plenty of area for multiple tents near the cabin.
The trailer is a basic 1990’s trailer. Everything works in it. There is a furnace, 2 full size beds, a full kitchen and bath. There is a window AC for hot days.

4 nights at Walnut Falls Escape
Highly recommend! This cabin is perfect. Not only is it beautiful, but it is clean and fully stocked with anything you might need. The wood burning stove keeps it incredibly warm and cozy in the winter. The property surrounding the cabin is beyond beautiful! There are hiking trails and a stream that can be heard from the cabin's porch. The site is very private and quiet. I also can't say enough good things about the host Craig! Incredibly nice, quick to respond, and willing to whatever to make your trip perfect. I can't wait to go back!!!

Weekend Trip to Walnut Falls Escape
Fantastic! Despite some of the drawbacks others have noted, my now fiance and I had a great time! I booked this cabin because of the incredible privacy, and mainly to propose in Hocking Hills! (She said yes 😎)
Craig was a very nice host and made sure the cabin was well stocked. Despite no running water it had everything you could think to need, and overall you can tell the cabin was built with safety/comfort in mind.
We will definitely be staying here again! Thanks Craig!

Weekend Trip to Harvest and Hive Farms
Had a great stay at Stanley's "Mountain Trailer with Views" campsite! We needed a place to stay for a work weekend, and every nearby place was booked up, but at Stanley's we felt we had an even better time than our co-workers who'd gotten a hotel room. The views were beautiful and it was certainly a step up from tent camping! Maybe a little dusty, but the trailer was sanitary with a working stove, comfy beds, and hot water, so we didn't mind. Great potential and a fun weekend getaway - wish we'd had the chance to check out the trails on the property, but we'll be back next time!

We had a lovely time camping on Adam's stunning property! The Bear Den was impeccably clean with super comfy beds. The cabin has quite literally everything you could need/want. Usually we go a little bit more rustic, but having AC, a TV, and wifi was a nice treat.
There was soo much to do. We had a blast fishing in the private pond, swimming in the shared one, having campfires at night with the provided firewood, and going to explore the property a bit on the very well maintained hiking trails. And WOW, they weren't kidding about the starry nights here. Breathtaking.
If you're planning to stay here, definitely make sure to pick up groceries/bait for fishing on your way in as you are a ways out from the nearest grocery store/bait shop. Make sure to grab salt, cooking oil, and nightcrawlers. 🪱
Adam was very friendly, we ran into him a few times and he was super welcoming and helpful, but I greatly appreciate that he gave us plenty of privacy. I also got to meet the younger farm dog, which absolutely made my day. You can really tell that they put so much thought and energy into giving you the best stay possible.

Craig’s Cabin was awesome, it is a bit of a hike in but to be only 5 minutes from a shore and 12 minutes from town while being surrounded completely by nature with no neighbors to mind is wonderful. If you want nature with peace and quite Craig has done an amazing job! The cabin is comfortable and cozy with plenty of room, everything you need and nothing you don’t.
Last but not least… Holy crap Craig is amazing! Friendly, responsive, helpful, and a very down to earth host that makes you feel welcome!

Absolutely loved staying here, was peaceful at night, drove up to the top of the hill and stargazed…. absolutely amazing. Was real close to Carter caves and for a Hi Camp it had quite a bit to offer like a Airbnb. Don’t expect to have service, trust me it’s not that bad, 5 days without annoying calls and bother from social media, worth it. The cabin overall is pretty nice inside, don’t let the outside fool you. If you wanna be in this area for hiking and wanna save some money, highly recommend staying here! Thank You for our great stay!

We had such a great stay at this peaceful off-grid cabin in the woods. It was quiet, relaxing, and the perfect place to unplug. Our dog loved roaming around and exploring—definitely pet-friendly! I loved the cozy cabin feel! It had a fire pit and grill which was perfect for making food :) There's a wood stove/heater inside to keep you warm on cooler nights. Recommend wearing hiking boots as getting to the cabin is a little bit of a trek. 5/5 would visit again.
