Or you can drive over to the edge of the Banana and Indian Rivers and park along the road. PLEASE NOTE: We live on a one way street with no turn around, so its best to pull down the street and turn wide into the driveway and open the gate (If we have not opened it for you). Pull all the way to the end of the driveway (or up to our Montana) and back to the west where the site is located. This will put the utility side of your RV right up with the pedestal. THE SPACE: The site you'll be staying at is close to the owners house. There are 2 parking spots on asphalt that are available for the campers vehicles or park directly at your site. For RV and Van life folks we’ve got a 30 amp power plug (requires an extension cord) and city water hook up (BYO hose). Bring your furry friends. Our yard is not fenced so we ask that unless you have your own fence, you keep them on a leash and out of the garden! For a fee we will allow dumping in our septic tank *ask about availability and accessibility*. We offer a complete camp site, without the hassle of nosy RV neighbors. The Home on the property is an old concrete block Florida beauty built in the 40s, used by your hosts as the perfect sanctuary for yoga and massage. Sophia (your host) is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Yoga Instructor, and owns Sophlow Yoga, a Local Yoga Studio and Surf School. She loves gardening, and has a complete apothecary of herbs, salves and tinctures for your daily needs. Both she and her boyfriend are Native Floridians, and are more than happy to share local knowledge of their home town of Wabasso Beach. Marshall (your other host & Sophia’s other half) is an avid waterman. He is a Sailboat Captain, happy to take you cruising on the open sea or fishing for local catch, as well as a Master Carpenter with experience in plumbing, electric and mechanical handy work. He specializes in renovating small spaces such as sailboats and RVs with his attention to detail and meticulous woodwork, so you can leave not only rejuvenated, but renovated! Learn more about this land: Bring your RV (class B or C up to 25", trailers up to 16') to our wooded property next to a private residence with a pool, patio, and firepit.  We have one site that can accommodate up to two guests. No pets, children or smoking. Check in between 2pm and Sunset. Check out 11:00. Enjoy bird-watching in the winter – we have a feeder and birdbath. There’s plenty to explore in the area. Weekend Trip to Surfer Beach And Tree Sanctuary

Had an amazing and relaxing weekend. The campsite itself was very private, and the proximity to the “private-ish” beach was the best part. It felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. It was the perfect private getaway. The only downside was that the mini fridge at our site wasn’t working, so we had to rely on our cooler. Aside from that small issue, it was a 10/10 experience. We’ll definitely be back for the peace and quiet.

My fiance and I were very grateful to Andrea for sharing her property with us. They had full hook ups which was a huge plus for us since most places don’t have full hook ups in our price range. Spot was easy to back into and pull out of. The neighbors had some animals (goats, ducks etc.) that gave the property a bit more life. The electric quit working a time or two but it wasn’t a huge deal as we were grateful to even have it to begin with and we always got it working again after unplugging and plugging it back in. Not 100% sure if it was on our end or not and of course it could’ve been the solar storm that came across the US at the time. Regardless it was a pleasant stay and not too far away from things either. Thank you again Andrea!

I was actually Patrick’s first guest! Old Mill Landing is a beautiful, peaceful spot surrounded by nature. I stayed here to bass fish on Lake Okeechobee and it was the perfect base for the trip. The property is well-kept and has a great old Florida feel. Definitely recommend it!
