Also 5 mn from USPS and a mole with Publix, Tractor Supply....30 mn for the ocean and the beaches, Palm Beach and PBI airport.

This was my first time using this app, so I didn’t know what to expect… and let me say that it far exceeded my expectations! Vito the owner couldn’t be more friendly and accommodating! I had an issue that was a million percent my fault… I cut the corner too tight coming in and got stuck in the ditch. If this happens to you, just call Priority Towing and they’ll come get you out the way you went in!!! Vito was so helpful throughout that whole thing! The property is beautiful and peaceful. If you have dogs, there is a very well-kept backyard, but you can also walk them on the sidewalk of the main road. Would most definitely recommend this very cool and hip camp!

The location is ideal—tucked away in a quiet area that allows you to relax, yet conveniently close to everything. It's just a short drive to the beach, and there are plenty of great restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby, making it easy to explore the area.
The host, Chris, was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. He also provided some great local recommendations that really enhanced our trip. Additionally, the RV offered a comfortable space, equipped with all the essentials needed for the stay.

Vicky was not only an exceptional host but she goes above and beyond with her hospitality and guidance during sessions. I felt safe, and left with a newfound sense of self. Highly recommend fully immersing yourself in as many sessions as possible especially the horse therapy and goddess combo ( you truly are treated like a goddess). I will be back for more!

My wife, cat and I stayed at Vito's for 6 weeks! while working remotely and exploring the area. We lived out of our travel trailer in Vito's larger RV site and shared the property with the occasional neighbor Hipcamper.
This is a great spot for a longer-term stay! Mind you, while we had 50 amp power, we shared the water supply (hose was long enough to reach our trailer), and did not have a sewage hookup. Vito kinda recommended a local pump out service for our tanks. We only ended up using them a couple of times as we took the camper down to the keys for a long weekend amidst our stay.
The property is beautiful, quiet and peaceful. A perfect place to stay, away from the city, but close enough to all the conveniences and easy to take day trips or weekend adventures to beaches like Jupiter, Palm Beach, Miami and even the keys.

My husband & I spent a week at Flying Frog Ranch & it was absolutely amazing. It was very quiet & serene. The views were beautiful as they have a pond with chairs to sit by. Vito & Isabella were very attentive & accommodating to all our needs & were always super responsive. Definitely will be returning in the future.

MAGICAL, nothing but this.
The bus and surrounding environment is beautiful and a nice way to get away from the city. The time spent with the animals especially Rocco and Pookie the two dogs on property will make any frown turn around.
This was the best kind of glamping experience, you stay inside of a beautiful converted bus and the amenities around the bus are nice as well.
Highly recommend staying here for more than one night to fully decompress, a good way to help with decompression is Vicky's assorted wellness services. For couples I recommend the Flow session. Vicky is a very kind and fun person.
There will always be a special place in my heart here.
Best Hipcamp experience my new fiancé and i have been on.

Where to go
Sunrise Surrounds
Markham Park is an urban oasis that borders the Everglades on the southwestern edge of Sunrise. The 669 acre park has dedicated mountain bike trails, disc golf, and a boat launch and fishing access on the New River Canal. The New River Greenway and the Conservation Levee Greenway converge here, giving runners and cyclists miles of protected multi-use trails. There’s even a campground at Markham Park with full hookups, picnic tables, grills, bathrooms, showers, and a dump station.
Atlantic Beaches
There are several excellent beach parks east of Sunrise, including Dr. Von D. Mizell-Eula Johnson State Park and Hugh Taylor Birch State Park. There are also nice public beaches in Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, and Deerfield Beach where you can swim, snorkel, and lay out in the sun. Manatee, dolphins, and tropical fish abound in South Florida’s Intercoastal and Atlantic waterways.
Big Cypress National Preserve
As I-75 heads west from Sunrise it crosses the Everglades in a section known as Alligator Alley. This road leads you straight to Big Cypress National Preserve, a sprawling park whose Big Cypress Swamp is home to alligators, orchids, bald oak trees, Florida panther, and black bear. You can paddle or swamp hike these wetlands. The Preserve also has pinelands and prairie for hiking and biking and multiple campgrounds.
Miami Area Nature Highlights
For day trips from Sunrise further south into the Miami area, check out Everglades National Park, boating at Biscayne National Park, and reef snorkeling at John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park.
When to go
Due to its tropical climate, Sunrise has pleasant weather in the fall, winter, and spring. Summers are hot and humid with heavy rainfall—summer and fall make up Florida’s hurricane season, when keeping an eye on weather forecasts and monitoring Atlantic storm activity is a must for safety. South Florida’s busy season is winter, when travelers from the Northeast throng here to escape cold weather.
