We loved being able to walk the path directly to the beach! The views were amazing as well as being able to hear the ocean from the site! We will definitely be back. Justin & Misty were very attentive to any questions we had. It is a true paradise.

We took our motorhome and had the best time. It was perfect! It was quite and just a short walk to the beach. We will be back next year for sure!

Weekend Trip to Bayside Camping

We loved our time at our bayside hipcamp. Amanda was fantastic with communication and the site was all to our own. Of course there was a bit of roadside traffic between Carrabelle and Eastpoint, but that highway noise was expected. We enjoyed the occasional honk from passerby's acknowledging our little slice of beach paradise camp. Perfectly timed trip for a short drive to the St. George Island Brewfest added to the weekend. Without utilities, this was our first full primitive-style test for seasoned from-the-car campers. We added extra water, a portable shower, and a portable commode to our gear list and everything was wonderful. We enjoyed the sunrises and sunsets along with soo much wildlife passing by (Pelicans, eagles, osprey, other birds, dolphins, stingrays, conch-like sea snails, other fish and even a friendly lizard here and there). We'll be back with friends next time!

7 nights at Incommunicado Gulf Front

This is such a great gulf front lot. It's pretty level with small gravel lining the driveway. Nice little raised deck and a charcoal grill available for your use. We had no problem pulling in with our Airstream and getting our truck out of the way for use. The path to the gulf is clear and the beach is amazing! Double bag your garbage or place in the bed of your truck until you leave as there's at least one bobcat tipping the trash can over to get to the contents. Would love to go back sometime.

We had a fabulous time at Jen's place. It is well maintained, and just steps from the beach. It is also just a quick walk or bike ride to the Trading Post, Donut Shop, and Ice cream shop. If you want a relaxing beach vacation this is the place for you. I know we will be back for sure!

The site is awesome! We have always wanted to camp beachside and finally got our chance! Highly recommend. At night the highway noise is not too bad!

Great communication. RV lot is a beach house size lot. We had no issues with the hook-ups. Beach at end of street is shared with all the beach houses on the road. Good first Hipcamp experience.

2 nights at Port Saint Joe RV Resort

The campground was very clean and well maintained. From our spot (17) we could see the bay on the drivers side. There is a nice playground with a large wooden ship and swings next to a dog park. These are located at the back of the campground away from the road. The pool was lovely and there was a large covered area with nice chairs and several things to warm with if it became cold. The bathrooms were large and well maintained. There is a launderette if you need it. The staff was patient and attentive. When I arrived my picnic table was missing and within 30 minutes I had a table. St. Joe proper is 3 minutes away and the public beach is 4 minutes away. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location! Steps from the beach. Close to both Mexico Beach and Historic Port St. Joe. Only 45 minutes from the State Park. The space was perfect & the full hook up was awesome! We really enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend.

Being relative newbies to RVing, we wanted something private but also wanted a beach front vacation without spending 5K for a house. So, we decided to start searching. Turns out, there isn't a whole lot of RV hookup spots right on the beach. But, we ran across this lovely privately owned gulf front lot on Cape San Blas in Florida and stayed for a week that January. We loved it so much we tried to book it again in May of that year, but it was of course booked the entire month. So, we booked another spot and headed to the cape in May anyway. We wanted to see our favorite spot again, so we drove by one day and low and behold, it was for sale. We couldn't pass up an opportunity to own something we fell in love with so quickly, so we took the jump, and bought it! And now, we can share it with all of you. Treat yourself to a beach front vacation in your own "home" and enjoy the journey friends. You only live once! GULF FRONT! Yes, you have your own path directly to the beach along with outdoor shower to rinse of your day on the sand and then enjoy the grill and picnic area for your afternoon dinner with your group. This 1/2 acre private property gulf front and equipped with 30/50 amp service, water, sewer, trash pickup, an outdoor patio, grill and misting outdoor shower. Just bring your swimming suits you'll be set. Cape San Blas, FL is one of the most beautiful and laid back places you will visit. This property is located on Cape San Blas and is right on the water (gulf side). The cape bike path you can take all the way to the state park and explore the entire cape and all it has to offer (22 mile round trip bike path). Also, check out kayaking in the bay or horse-back riding on the beach! Salinas Park is just a stone's throw where you can enjoy picnics with the family walk out to the bay or even drive onto the beach (permit required). The sleepy little towns of Port St. Joe and Appalachicola have so many great local restaurants and shops and you will love the laid back chill of these old Florida towns.
