My wife and I stayed on this very spot in January 2020 and fell in LOVE with it! Being relative newbies to RVing, we wanted something private but also wanted a beach front vacation without spending 5K for a house. So, we decided to start searching. Turns out, there isn't a whole lot of RV hookup spots right on the beach. But, we ran across this lovely privately owned gulf front lot on Cape San Blas in Florida and stayed for a week that January. We loved it so much we tried to book it again in May of that year, but it was of course booked the entire month. So, we booked another spot and headed to the cape in May anyway. We wanted to see our favorite spot again, so we drove by one day and low and behold, it was for sale. We couldn't pass up an opportunity to own something we fell in love with so quickly, so we took the jump, and bought it! And now, we can share it with all of you. Treat yourself to a beach front vacation in your own "home" and enjoy the journey friends. You only live once!

This is a wonderful "Forgotten Coast" region of the Florida panhandle with so much to see and do within minutes. This area took a direct hit from Hurricane Michael in 2018 and has worked hard at recovery, with so much rebuilding and growth over the last few years.
Howard Creek is an eclectic little fishing community made up of a variety of residents from weekend fishers, summer or winter visitors and full time residents. This little golf cart community offers a small general store, a small community church, a volunteer fire department and two landings to put your boat in.

My wife and I stayed on this very spot in January 2020 and fell in LOVE with it! Being relative newbies to RVing, we wanted something private but also wanted a beach front vacation without spending 5K for a house. So, we decided to start searching. Turns out, there isn't a whole lot of RV hookup spots right on the beach. But, we ran across this lovely privately owned gulf front lot on Cape San Blas in Florida and stayed for a week that January. We loved it so much we tried to book it again in May of that year, but it was of course booked the entire month. So, we booked another spot and headed to the cape in May anyway. We wanted to see our favorite spot again, so we drove by one day and low and behold, it was for sale. We couldn't pass up an opportunity to own something we fell in love with so quickly, so we took the jump, and bought it! And now, we can share it with all of you. Treat yourself to a beach front vacation in your own "home" and enjoy the journey friends. You only live once!

Cape San Blas, FL is one of the most beautiful and laid back places you will visit. This property is located on Cape San Blas and is right on the water (gulf side). The cape bike path you can take all the way to the state park and explore the entire cape and all it has to offer (22 mile round trip bike path). Also, check out kayaking in the bay or horse-back riding on the beach!
Salinas Park is just a stone's throw where you can enjoy picnics with the family walk out to the bay or even drive onto the beach (permit required).
The sleepy little towns of Port St. Joe and Appalachicola have so many great local restaurants and shops and you will love the laid back chill of these old Florida towns.

COLD water shower and sink available. There is a pole barn on the property with our camper stored under it. You're welcome to use the remaining space under the pole barn for your leisure, approximately 20x35 ft.
We're dog people! Your dogs are welcome but must supervised while you're away from the property. We have some wonderful neighbors and do not want to disturb them.

This is a wonderful "Forgotten Coast" region of the Florida panhandle with so much to see and do within minutes. This area took a direct hit from Hurricane Michael in 2018 and has worked hard at recovery, with so much rebuilding and growth over the last few years.
Howard Creek is an eclectic little fishing community made up of a variety of residents from weekend fishers, summer or winter visitors and full time residents. This little golf cart community offers a small general store, a small community church, a volunteer fire department and two landings to put your boat in.
Just 20 minutes from the quaint little beach town of Port Saint Joe, Florida. PSJ is known for its warm, welcoming people, old world Florida feel, dog-friendly beaches, Cape San Blas and Indian Pass. Really enjoyed this spot. We were passing through for a few days and needed to be in between friends that were located in PCB and apalachicola. It’s walking distance from public beach, great food/ Dollar General/Ace Hardware near by and very quiet at night. I mirror what others have said about unevenness of Pad and sewer hookups being a bit high. Probably only challenging for those of us with smaller travel trailers. Having two water supply hookups, 50,30,20 amp electrical hookups and this awesome shed with RV accessories extras, a washing machine, chairs, table, hoses, etc. makes up for any of the small site inconveniences. Can’t wait to stay here in the spring/summer so we can really enjoy the area. We recommend this spot and the host was great, instructions were great and communication was timely. Thanks for a great stay!

Leila’s spot was great. We loved that it was only a block from the beach. The shed storage and laundry machine was helpful- especially because of the humidity and moisture over night. It was hard to get clothing dry without a dryer. (We used a laundromat in town) The black tank hook up was not threaded to secure a connection but it still worked. Red tide was high while we were there.
Overall it was a beautiful spot just steps away from a beautiful dog friendly beach. We loved the location and so did our pets. Would recommend!

I've stayed here twice now and I will say under the new management it is a complete 180 from last time. The park is actually kept up with. They were having a farmers market when we showed up. It is super quiet and priced fair. Only issue is they double booked my spot but they had it taken care of within minutes.

David's set up is so nice we visited twice! This was our second visit to Panhandle Paradise and we loved it just as much as we did the first time. The outdoor shower is so nice and convenient. The covered picnic area is great for cooking and eating outside. The only advice I have is to bring bug spray! We got eaten alive by mosquitoes on the first night (after a rain shower). After that night, they weren't bad at all, but the damage was done. We lived with anti-itch cream for the rest of our trip. It was still wonderful, though!

Better than expected. The view overlooking the water was amazing, with beautiful sunrises and sunsets that made it worth every penny. The spot was clean, quiet, and easy to set up. The shower house was small but well kept. Bring a 30 to 50 amp adapter as it states in the listing. Great stay, would definitely come back.

Great spot- just as described. Easy access to trash, easy hook up, very maneuverable spot to back into. The closest public beach access (which is walkable) is not currently open except by using a very difficult path. The Rush Recreation Area that is a very short drive was amazing and had a pool, too! Would definitely recommend and book again.
