Half an acre lot with a 30 x 40 pole barn. Full hookups. 2 decks, 1 is elevated to provide views of the setting sun and St. Joe Bay. Outdoor shower (byo propane). Property includes a nice patio set and a picnic table. Plenty of space. We have a 38 foot 5th wheel and that is the largest we can fit. Property is located just 1 mile from public beach access at Salina’s Park. About 10 minutes into Port St Joe with shops and restaurants. 25 minutes to Apalachicola. Beaches are pet friendly and fires are allowed. Come visit this unique area of Florida! In addition to the beaches, there is excellent fishing in the area.The beach barn on 30A is a half-acre lot with 1 camping spot. It is bordered by St Joseph Bay State Buffer Preserve. It is located 1 mile from public beach access at Salinas Park. 10 minutes from the dining and shopping in Port St. Joe. About 25 minutes to Apalachicola. The site has an outdoor shower (bring your own propane if you want to heat the water, the water heater is there). It also includes 2 decks, 1 is elevated and has 2 tall chairs with views of the Bay across the street. A nice set of patio furniture and a picnic table are also included. Pets welcome.
