Weekend Trip to Arbor Terrace RV Resort

Tiny Treasures was a blast! Had everything we needed for a family of 5. Definitely would book again. Neighbors were friendly. Host was responsive and checked in to make sure our stay was exceptional. Great location near lots of things to do. They even had recommendations for restaurants and activities.

1 night at By the Pond...

This place was amazing! Mike stopped by and introduced himself and is very passionate about his farm. He allowed us to choose any site as we were the only campers there! Had the entire area to walk around the lake with the dogs off leash and was able to see some of the exotic fruit trees( they sadly weren’t in season) but was a GREAT stay. The only thing I will say is the pictures are a little outdated. The lake is pretty overgrown and there is a few broken down campers on the property but that did not dock off any points at all! Would stay here again !

We loved our stay at Silver Bullet Stables! The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The property is beautiful, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit and taking horse riding lessons!

We loved our stay at Heart of Cortez. Emilie and her mom were wonderful hosts. Very kind and helpful. The space made you feel like you were part of this quaint little fishing village, yet everything you need or could want like the beautiful Anna Maria Island is nearby.

Weekend Trip to Brainy And Footsy Beach Pad

We had a wonderful stay at this RV campsite! The site was fully equipped with 50 amp electric, water, and sewer hookups that worked perfectly. The fully fenced-in yard with a locking gate gave us a nice sense of privacy and security, and the shed on site was a helpful bonus for storing items. It’s located on a busy road, and backing in was a little tricky, but it was manageable, and once we were settled in, we really appreciated the space and setup. It was a quiet, comfortable spot, and we’ll definitely stay here again!

Truly a lovely little spot! The host was very kind, friendly, and responsive. We had a wonderful time in spot 10. The pot belly pigs were cute and didn't bother us. However do bring bug spray! Otherwise, was very peaceful and we would definitely book again :)

Weekend Trip to Silver Bullet Stables

Silver Bullet Stables is a gem! Our family of four had a wonderful time here. We loved seeing and petting all the animals. Everyone on the farm was so kind to show us around. The land was beautiful, we camped right next to the fire which was nice. Bonus that there was a lounge area with couches and old western shows playing, a bathroom/shower as well. My kids loved it all. We can’t wait to go back!

Eric is the best! Very helpful and communicative host and went beyond anything we expected in assisting us with an RV tire issue. The property is well maintained and the adjacent waterway is very relaxing. Eric’s dog Tidy is very friendly and our Bichon found a new friend. We highly recommend Eric’s property and we will be back.

Weekend Trip to Costa Myakka

I loved camping at Becca and Kary’s spot, this is now my favorite camping place yet! I loved how quiet it was and serene- it felt like I was the only one there. My dog loved being able to swim in the river. Lots of time spent riverside sunbathing and reading. The porta potty was clean and convenient. The only sounds to be heard were birds and night sounds mostly, I did hear some moo’ing and a dog barking a little bit but it didn’t bother me at all… the whole weekend was SO PEACEFUL. I didn’t want to leave.

We loved our stay here! We were in town for a music festival and thought this would be a fun and unique place for a homebase. The hosts were so gracious and accommodating. We love learning about all the different species of fruits and vegetables in their yard. I wanted to take all the chickens home with me!

Jennifer was sweet and greeted me upon arrival. Driveway is spacious and in a very quiet neighbourhood. Close to a main road so it was easy to get to shopping, beaches etc. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay in the camper! The site is located on a farm which was really neat and we were able to see baby chickens and pet pigs! We stayed in a non-fruiting season (just missed starfruit) so we weren't able to get fruit but if you're lucky enough to stay when the trees are fruitful the owner was so kind to share! We slept soundly and accessed the farm by opening and closing the gates at the entrance was easy! There are so many fun things nearby, and not too far from downtown Tampa. Definitely would stay again!

Stay by a lovely pond on 33 acre fruit and ornamental tree nursery property with great vibes. Located near I-75 just 20 miles South of Tampa, 35 miles east of Saint Petersburg, 35 miles North of Sarasota, 2 hours West of Orlando. This property is home to a farm/nursery operation and has a large pond on the west side. The pond is Spring-fed at the headwaters of Marsh Branch Creek which begins at our property and flows West about five miles in to Tampa Bay. Approximately 33 private acres allows for plenty of space between our campsites. Property is home to a farm with hundreds of fruit trees- Lychee, Mango, Starfruit, Papaya, Guava). Red Mombin, and thousands of banana plants. Fishing can be great, wildlife and bird watching too. Fenced and gated for safety, this old historic nursery property has good vibes and plenty to offer. Until you see it - you really may not understand. Parts of property are wide open, other areas are rugged and difficult to walk through including some wetland areas. The nursery has plenty of trees, and some fields -the large pond is surrounded by cattails and marsh/wetlands and has fish (Bass, Tilapia, Sunfish, Catfish). Several species of wildlife have been seen on the property. We think the property is lovely, and definitely want you to enjoy your camping experience!

This is one of South St Pete’s oldest neighborhoods- it surrounds an active former PGA golf course and lively country club. It’s a great place for safely biking or walking with green spaces, tennis courts, playgrounds and dog parks nearby. There are many owls, raptors, green parrots, purple martins and osprey overhead as we’re just a few blocks from the beautiful Boyd Hill Nature Preserve. - not to be missed! The Pinellas Trail is just a short bike ride away too and can lead you to downtown. It is a cyclists favorite! We love our city - happy to give recommendations.

Resting on just 1/10th of an acre, this 1957 mid-century modern home hosts over 80 different species of fruiting tree and shrub. With the goal of blending natural beauty and innovative design, it's an ever-evolving space that is both inviting and surprising. During your stay, we invite you to enjoy an open-air yet tastefully private shower under the bananas, or relax back into the big enough for two garden tub. A large outdoor kitchen area with a gas burner and grill will also be available for your use. An 8' x 7' yoga deck is a great place to stretch out, and doubles as your tent's platform when it's time to set up camp. If you're bringing your own tent (standard), please ensure it will fit on the available deck. These friendly, curious, and fearless little marauders are guaranteed to make your acquaintance, and if you're not looking, invite themselves to share your breakfast. They free roam the yard during daylight hours, so please help us keep all gates shut to prevent them from going on an unscheduled field trip. They will also leave "landmines" on the pathways, so be sure to watch your step. We do our best to keep everything clean and tidy, but chickens abhor tidiness. And will go out of their way to unleash chaos at every turn. Still, we love the little bird brains and they are an entertaining addition to the grounds. They're also the reason we ask that all pets, and children under 12, be left at home. We thank you for your understanding and help in preserving the safety of our flock, and as thanks, please help yourself to any fresh eggs in the chicken coop. This is only a brief description, there's so much more to see on-site, but you'll also want to make your way out into the city (15 minute drive) for some of the unique flair St Pete is known for. Check out the Salvadore Dali museum and see his famous surrealist paintings. Visit some of the best beaches in the country, like St Pete Beach (15 minutes drive due West). Wander the Fort Desoto historical park area. Or play ultimate frisbee at a local course located 10 minutes down the road. Stop by the Morean Arts Center and see live glass blowing demonstrations, or just walk along Central Ave to soak up the cool vibe and rich city art scene. Complete with murals, sculptures, and a pier scene that's not to be missed.
