Weekend Trip to The Olive Grove Cabin Tent

After three long months of going to school and finals I really need this break! We really enjoyed camping at the Olive Farm. It was so super cute and relaxing. We enjoyed the fresh eggs and the olive oil, the outdoor kitchen was really useful and the bathrooms were clean and easily accessible. We will definitely come back and stay again. Thank you Deirdre for being available to always answer my questions!!

4 nights at Gulf Winds Wildlife Sanctuary

The animal tour was even better than expected! So many animals and interactive birds. Lemurs, ferrets, foxes, a dingo etc. The adults and kids loved this stay. We are hoping to come back next year for a couple more days. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

These guys are excellent hosts! Everyone was friendly and laid-back, as well as super accommodating. The pig was super sweet, Thomas the turkey kept us great conversational company, and the goats were adorable.

We loved his rustic trailer… Arcadio was amazing , very accommodating and helpful! He helped source wood for us even though there was plenty of dead wood to cut for yourself. And we enjoyed a movie night followed by s'more's that he sourced for us as well! We’ll be back!

2 nights at The Olive Grove Cabin Tent

My stay at the Olive Grove was perfection! I stayed in cabin two, a modest a-frame with comfortable accommodations. Deidre was available when needed, but her and other staff gave us the space to enjoy the property without interruption. Plenty of firewood was available for purchase, the bathrooms and outdoor communal kitchen were lovely and private for the most part. I spent much time here resting, journaling, and enjoying a private fire. I left feeling rejuvenated and peaceful, just as I hoped! Thank you Deidre and crew for the lovely space to breathe and reconnect!

We truly had the best time camping here, Arcadio was so nice and helpful especially when we got our car stuck 😭 the stars are beautiful and its very private, i especially loved the animals. 10/10 would recommend

I had a wonderful stay at Diego's Cabin! The experience was truly special, and I can't recommend it enough. Dona and her family were fabulous hosts – warm, welcoming, and so thoughtful. The Gulfwinds Animal Sanctuary is an absolute gem! We loved the sanctuary tour, and the chance to connect with the animals was incredible. The dark sky and farm environment made for such a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. Whether you're looking to unwind or enjoy nature, this is the perfect spot. I'll definitely be back!

Such a hidden gem! The farm is beautiful. So peaceful and welcoming. Deirdre is a lovely host and immediately bright me fresh eggs and olive oil. Arcadio is an amazing host! He ensured everything in our camping trip was amazing and even told us the story’s of all the rescues on the land! We loved seeing Wilber the pig and Thomas the turkey! I would recommend this place to any campers!

Relaxing hide-away with friendly host. I stayed for one night, made a fire, slept like a log. Very nice. Would recommend to anyone looking for some peace and quiet.

my family & i have been tent camping, traveling all through the state of florida w rainbow springs state park being last on our list. we came across arcadio & his property & there was a camper to rent too!? we thought PERFECT - it's just a 15 minute drive to the swimming/kayaking area! we had add ons such as eggs, firewood & a movie night. wood was there upon arrival, he walked the eggs over when we got there & the movie night was a hit w the kiddos! we were traveling w a 120lb doggy & him being off leash was an option. arcadio is such a kind, laid back dude that strives to make your stay as comfortable as possible! anytime we had an issue he was on site within a couple of minutes ready to problem solve. our site was right across from the playground, so the kids were free to come & go from there. everyday they looked forward to taking our fruit scraps to wilbur! (the piggy) beautiful sunrises & sunsets, handy outdoor shower, fire ring was perfect for our cooking needs too. thank you for having us; we hope to be back some day 10/10 recommend :)

This was my first week in my new camper and I kept it close to home to be safe. Mike welcomed my later-than-anticipated arrival with a smile and showed me where the site was. Over the course of the next week we interacted many times and even had puppy play dates with their amazing pups and mine. There are chickens and donkeys and a massive, massive fenced play area that my dog absolutely loved to roam. I kept this trip close to home to work out the bugs in my trailer, but Mike and his family made it feel like I was close to family of my own. Had anything gone terribly wrong, I have no doubt they would've offered to help. Truly amazing group of human beings.

Super friendly! Worked with me in a time crunch and went so smoothly! Great place to hangout and explore the beautiful nature in Central Florida. Added bonus woke up and saw the sweetest goat just wondering around. Highly recommended! Great Host! Property and ViBe!

Glamping in The Olive Grove. Aframe Cabin Tent nestled in a 4 acre olive orchard. We are a working farm and harvest and mill our olives into high quality, extra virgin olive oil. Free range chickens and ducks and rescue dogs roam the grounds. Cabin tent side opens, queen bed, Wi-fi, heat and AC, TV, electric outlets and fire pit. Kitchenette and bathrooms are separate from the cabin tent. Kitchenette has coffee maker, toaster over/ air fryer, hot plate, pots and pans. Bathrooms have showers with hot water and flushing toilets. Located on the bike path, close to Weeki Wachee River Mermaids and the beautiful Chassahwitzka River. Relax, rest and take it all in. No pets please. Enjoy farm fresh eggs and fresh olive oil with your stay, our gift. Firewood available $1 per log. Farm Store open on weekends August thru March.
