We have it all here at Seminole Springs. We are open for tent camping.First come, First serve. We also have 3 units inside the lodge for the people who need just a step up from glamping, but not quite the whole hotel experience. These are beautiful comfortable rooms with half baths in the rooms. The showers are located in the lodge bathhouse. WE have the Jungle themed room, the Equestrian themed room and the Honeymoon Suite. There is a Dollar General, a gas station and a small cafe within walking distance. We have 38 acres of camping sites nature trails for hiking and mountain biking. Guests can park right on their site, or they have the option of parking and hiking into the woods to set up their site a bit more remote and off the beaten path. This is rustic camping. We have a bathhouse located at the campsites with showers. The bathhouse at the Great Lodge hereas we do have garbage cans, we prefer that anything you bring into the property, you bring out with you. We allow campfires. The fishing is amazing in these parts, so if you are an angler, come and visit. We have .75 miles of frontage on the Orange Creek. The creek flows into Lake Ocklawaha which just so happens to be one of the best bass fishing lakes in the USA. In fact, ten-pound bass are not uncommon from the Lake Ocklawaha River in the winter. Recently (2020), a 17.2-pound bass was caught there. The combined Ocklawaha and St. Johns drainage basin is possibly the most significant river-estuary waterway of Florida. This water system is of legendary reputation among anglers of largemouth bass who seek 10 pound plus trophy fish. Conveniently located between Ocala and Gainesville in the heart of Orange Springs, Florida, Camp Seminole Spring is perfectly located for the traveler who wants to really connect with nature. It appears to be ‘off the beaten path’, yet it is close enough to civilization so that even the most seasoned camper can make a quick run to store should he or she need something not found in nature. Camp Seminole Spring is mid-way (approx.. 22 miles) between Ocala and Gainesville, Florida, which are two thriving cities in this area of Florida. Ocala, the ‘horse capital of the world’ showcases a brand new multi-billion-dollar equestrian center which draws people from all over the world. We offer several opportunities for guests: Campsite A: “Rv” 30amp plugin and UV filtered water hookup. Class C or smaller preferred. This site backs up to the trail so, periodically you see a cyclist buzz by. Adjacent to RV pad is a raised/clean tent camping area with additional room for tables and chairs. The whole space is about 50ft x 50ft Campsite B “The Bus” is a retired 1978 Greyhound Tourbus. The cab remains untouched with all the vintage radios and switches. As for the rest…it’s essentially a queen size sleeping studio. Equipped with 2 small under mount refrigerators, a large toaster, 2 burner stove and hot water. Definitely went far out with this one but, it also has fun lighting and 100’s of vinyl records and amazing sound system. The windows are very thick and filter the natural daylight, so reading or jumping online (yes there is Internet) is very relaxing. Campsite C “The Preserve” is for those that just have a small tent and minor gear. Bike touring is popular in our area and we are a base camp for mid-journey adventures. Affordable, safe and refreshing….and back gate to the trail. Our Indoor/Outdoor restroom is fully enclosed and plumbed with hot water shower and flushing toilet. The concrete structure is for all camp guests.

I had the most amazing glamping experience! It was the perfect peaceful getaway to slow down, unplug, and enjoy nature. My favorite evenings were spent sitting by the fire making s’mores and looking up at the incredible star-filled sky. I loved being able to pick fresh blueberries, gather eggs from the chickens, and harvest green beans, squash, and radishes straight from the garden. Cooking a meal with fresh ingredients from the property made the experience feel even more special and unique. The location was also great; there are beautiful springs just 20 minutes away, making it easy to spend part of the day exploring. One of the biggest highlights for me was being able to bring my dog along. We both had the best time enjoying the peaceful surroundings and open space. If you're looking for a relaxing nature escape with thoughtful touches, fresh farm experiences, and a chance to truly unwind, I highly recommend staying here. I left feeling refreshed and already looking forward to my next visit! 🌿✨🐕🔥🍓🌌

The hosts and everyone else staying on the property was so friendly and welcoming! My boyfriend and I went for our anniversary and it was exactly what we needed! We stayed in the scotty mccoy which is one of their smallest campers they have on property but had a nice king size bed inside which is all we needed for our 2 night stay. We got to hangout with the 3 cats on the property, along with the chickens, and ducks which we loved. We picked fresh blackberries from the bushes on the property as well as fresh eggs:) the tiki lit shower was one of our favorite feature of the space and provided a woody oasis feel! we plan on coming back and loved our experience not only on the property but in the surrounding areas as well.

This was my fourth stay at Cassandra and Walter’s beautiful Hipcamp, and my first time in the Bee Hive — which might just be my new favorite setup. It’s cozy, creative, and has that peaceful, tucked‑away charm that makes it so easy to unwind. My pups and I always feel completely at home here. Weekend Trip to Serene Forested Blueberry Farm

We had a wonderful time staying in Little Lulu with our dogs! Everyone was so welcoming and the directions to the spot were really clear. We loved getting a tour of the land and even got to pick some vegetables and herbs for the campfire chili we made. We also had access to fresh farm eggs! It was a great place to unplug and enjoy some time outdoors.

This is a unique experience and my 4 year old loved it! The camper was cozy and perfect for myself, son and our dog. The grounds are well kept, incredible outdoor shower and super friendly hosts! 12/10 experience.

Weekend Trip to Camp Seminole Springs

Beautiful little spot, I wish we could’ve stayed an extra night. The trail around the property is so pretty, especially at night. I loved being able to take the dogs into the spring in the middle of the property and kayak around it. The glamping tents had everything we needed and more with a beautiful view!

It was a very comfortable and pleasant cabin. Everything needed for a short or long term stay. Bring only clothes and groceries. The cabin was quaint, decorated nicely. I sat by the fire with my morning coffee. It was great.

Sweet little spot that feels very private even though there were other campers around. The layout of the campground is very intentional and thoughtful. Fresh eggs, outdoor shower, and pre-built fire were excellent touches, as others have said. I was worried their might be competition for the toilet or shower, but it was never an issue.
