We feature a large collection of 1960’s and 70’s Hollywood memorabilia and have the “Retro” Theme at all pads and throughout the park. It will not only be a place to camp while vacationing but a place to relive and experience the “Drive in movie and TV theme ” and enjoy the decor and vibes of “60-70s Americana” that was such a short-lived time in our past. We will feature Wi-Fi at all sites along with easy access to Hwy 331. From there you can visit our world famous beautiful white sandy shores on 30a, restaurants galore, live entertainment and all levels of shopping!

This is my small piece of land located on Garcon Point. It is four acres that is completely surrounded by undeveloped land. There is plenty of privacy for any camper. The site is a wide open space with plenty of area to turn around. There are two small ponds to relax by. You will have easy access to interstate 10, Milton, Bagdad, and Pace. If you want to visit the beaches you are less than a 20 minute drive away. There is a boat ramp less than five minutes away up Robinson Point Road. Blackwater River State Forest is twenty minutes away, there are water management trails ten minutes away.

Welcome to Juanderland! A 25' twin Airstream Flying Cloud Seagrove Beach, on 30A!
Located in Seagrove off San Juan Ave, two blocks from the emerald waters of 30A. Wifi + shared pool access. Two adult guests max, additional kids ok. No pets allowed.
Location: Old Seagrove Beach, 1 mile east of the town of Seaside. 1/2 mile to deeded beach access.
Pool: Sports style, saltwater pool is shared by guests of the Casa de Juan properties that includes the tiny house, cottage, campsite and hosts. No pets allowed in pool area.
Pets: All pets must be preapproved at time of booking. No aggressive or aggressive breed dogs allowed. No nuisance animals allowed (dogs that bark excessively). We are in close quarters on small beach lots and we want all our guests and neighbors to enjoy their stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Must clean up after pets immediately. There are walking trails north and south of the campsite. Dogs must be permitted to be on the beaches in South Walton. Dogs are welcome outside at many restaurants. Retroville was exactly what we were looking for as we made our way down home from a two week road trip. First off Dowlin and Denese are amazing hosts! They were so friendly and welcoming, great communication throughout, and gave us all the information we needed to make the best out of our short stay. We loved the retro style of their welcome center, nostalgic toys, newspapers, pictures, and decor. We were close to all the hot spots along 30A and the site was quiet and clean. We will definitely be back

Allison and her family were incredible hosts. We camped there with our 19ft camper. The site was immaculate and full hookups worked flawlessly. The pool was crystal clear and our children had a great time! Walking distance to the beach made multiple trips there nice and easy. We will definitely be back soon.

We loved waking up in #7 at the waterfront view. We pulled in forward to take advantage of the view. We originally scheduled two nights at this spot but stayed for three. It was close to our groups of friends that were staying at different beaches. We cruised the 30A, spent a day in Walton Beach , and went on an amazing Sunset Dolphin Cruise in Destin.
We loved meeting the hosts and love the vibe of Retroville. ❤️ We will definitely stay here again when we return to Florida. Unfortunately, we live on the West Coast.
We loved our time in Florida.
Water. Electricity, and Wifi - that's all we need. We went to a laundromat after our 2nd week on the road. We prefer doing multiple loads at once and enjoying our time in the fun spots.

This place is an amazing find. The park is close to everything and easy to get to. The owners Dowlin and Denese are super friendly and nice people to hang out with and share stories of our adventures. The park is very well kept and right on the water with a fire pit and seating for some late night conversation with other campers. The nostalgia in the Camp store is well done with so many original pieces in movies and music that will bring back so many memories. You won’t be disappointed with this location.
