This is my small piece of land located on Garcon Point. It is four acres that is completely surrounded by undeveloped land. There is plenty of privacy for any camper. The site is a wide open space with plenty of area to turn around. There are two small ponds to relax by. You will have easy access to interstate 10, Milton, Bagdad, and Pace. If you want to visit the beaches you are less than a 20 minute drive away. There is a boat ramp less than five minutes away up Robinson Point Road. Blackwater River State Forest is twenty minutes away, there are water management trails ten minutes away.

Two adult guests max, additional kids ok. No pets allowed. Location: Old Seagrove Beach, 1 mile east of the town of Seaside. 1/2 mile to deeded beach access. Pool: Sports style, saltwater pool is shared by guests of the Casa de Juan properties that includes the tiny house, cottage, campsite and hosts. No pets allowed in pool area. Pets: All pets must be preapproved at time of booking. No aggressive or aggressive breed dogs allowed. No nuisance animals allowed (dogs that bark excessively). We are in close quarters on small beach lots and we want all our guests and neighbors to enjoy their stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Must clean up after pets immediately.
