Come visit our friendly donkey (Henry) and Scottish Highland cow (Wallace). You will hear roosters, braying and some mooing early in the morning. The Withlacoochee Trail is a mile east at the end of the road. This is a biking, hiking and equestrian trail. Florida Classic Park is roughly 2 miles north on Lockhart. The Croom Recreational Area is also 3 miles away.
If you are traveling with farm animals, we do have (2) 2-acre cross-fenced paddocks available for an additional fee. We also have a stable available, but that does have a concrete floor with mats. Please reach out to us directly in this regard.

We had such an amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, everything felt so warm and welcoming. The host went above and beyond with thoughtful touches, including treats for both us and our pup—which was such a sweet surprise.
The property is incredibly peaceful and quiet, the perfect escape from the busy Orlando area. One of our favorite parts was enjoying morning tea while watching (and even “meeting”) the neighbor’s cows—such a unique and relaxing experience!
The yard is huge and fully fenced, which was perfect for our fur baby to run, sniff, and explore freely. It really made the stay even more special for us.
Check-in and check-out were both seamless. Our flight came in later than expected, and the host was extremely accommodating, making sure we could settle in easily without any stress.
The camper itself was cozy, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Even though the drive was a bit farther out, it was absolutely worth it for the peace, fresh air, and break from the usual chaos.
We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Kadie for such an incredible first stay with Hipcamp.

Amazing! It was a hit with the kids and the adults with plans to come back next year. The horses are beautiful and friendly and really do come greet you (and beg for food) at your campsite. The camper was exactly what we needed but the outdoor showers and flush toilets and mini kitchen were great so we used those. Lots of open space to play. Thanks so much for having us!

Had an amazing stay with my husband and 2 girls. Perfect ending to my daughter’s spring break. Also loved exploring the city of Clermont. Such a cute downtown area, and farmers market on Sunday.
Definitely would recommend this experience to anyone interested in a peaceful and fun little getaway. Hosts were very accommodating and even had a stand near the entrance where you can buy some treats or products.
Cannot wait to come back hopefully this is me and my family’s new spring time tradition.

The RV was a home away from home. It was great for a family of five. We had a separate space from our kids and our kids loved the bunk beds. It’s easy to cook inside and outside. The hosts are extremely attentive and responded quickly to our many questions. We loved hiking through the cypress trees. Just watch out for the roots. Signs warn you of them too. We loved the communal space around the bathroom and showers. Our kids played in the sand for hours. We loved taking the tour to meet the goats, house pig and horses. You get to feed the horses too which is really fun. We can’t wait for our next trip. Our kids were sad to leave.

The hosts Rob and Mike made us feel so welcome and at home here on their Ranch. The ranch tour was an added bonus, seeing all their animals goats, pigs, donkeys, Miniature horses, and an even an Arabian Stallion and we were able to hold a baby goat.
We stayed in the RV Forrest Edge. It was clean and the bed was so comfortable. For us it was the added little touches of clean towels, shampoo/conditioner, coffee maker and a lovely tablecloth on the picnic table all added to such a wonderful stay.
There were also separate showers and restrooms at the pavilion, where you could also make coffee or hot chocolate, with mugs provided which was nice touch.
Some of the highlights of our stay, we're meeting the Donkeys and horses which would roam the grounds and also visit us at the RV.
Needless to say we loved every minute of our stay, and will be coming back in the near future.
Thank you Rob and Mike for great hospitality and for us lasting memories!!

Upon arrival we were welcomed and situated by Dona's mother. The 2 bedroom Florida Breeze Barndomion, was very clean fully furnished and had homey atmosphere. The screened in porch was a nice bonus., we stayed 3 days. The property is beautiful your surrounded by several different animals, our direct neighbors were horses , a pig, sheep, ram and the coolest deer I ever seen. A beautiful peacock that walks around so gratefully, it took my breath away. There is so much more to see, just schedule a tour with Dona and you will be able to visit other animals on the farm (animal sanctuary) Also it is a domestic animal friendly place too, we had our dog and cat with us, they settled in quite nicely. Plenty of space to walk your dog. Thank you Dona for making our stay very pleasant.

With kids
Everything went well and everything exceeded our expectations and they were amazing hosts. The atmosphere was serene, if we needed anything they were right there. The showers and the bathroom facilities were absolutely clean and they were well stocked and those are probably some of the nicest hip camp hygiene facilities I have seen at the larger campgrounds. There was a great small kitchen area. Everything was accessible to us. We had animals come through our campsite like horses and mules and visit us literally right at our camper door and they invited themselves to my dog's dog food and I absolutely love that they made themselves at home where they are at in their own natural surroundings. I hope the horses and mules were happy to greet us when they came through. We had a wonderful tour of the farm with our kids and absolutely love those animals. It was such a touch of heaven to have what seems like Noah's ark right there. Lol. They have the utmost respect for the campers needs and have things available to anticipate a camper's need even if we didn't know we needed it but it was great! I couldn't have asked for better campsite in my opinion. We had children, our service dog and three adults on the site. All five of us could have slept in the camper which I loved because there were five places for people to individually sleep. There's bunk beds in there for the kids too. Cooking needs met and you bring your food. Wifi was pure. Thank you so much.

Absolutely outstanding!
It was our first family vacation and we definitely enjoyed every minute of it! We stayed in the camper with our 2 small kids and quickly realized I overpacked. There were plenty of extra blankets and fully stocked cookware. Waking up to the donkey’s outside of our window was amazing and seeing my 2 small kids reaction is something I will hold on to. thank you for the unforgettable memories, are will definitely be back.

4 nights at Camp Mack
The Lodge was great. Clean. Great parking. A lovely walk around the area. Had a relaxing time. Even if you dont fish it's an excellent place to stay. Best warm pool we had the whole 2 month trip all over Florida.
