Dogs are welcome, Please keep in mind that we are a farm with farm animals that are friendly, but have they own mind. Horses, chicken, ducks, Sheep, cows, most will eat out of your hands, but still they can be pushy, Great peaceful and friendly location to enjoy a weekend.
Site 1, 2, and 3 have hookups. All others are around the property with no hookups, toilets, showers are available by an outside bathroom by the house.

Spacious park-like waterfront setting of back yard, considered by most to be a safe area. Trash and recycle bins, bench swing, outside seating and tables. Currently waterway is coated with water lettuce plants, not navigable.
Peak season is January and February when this area is extremely competitive to find camping. I don't consider my hosting service a business, but rather a cost shared meeting place. The city/county won't allow monthly; therefore is 30 days max, plus this is intended to be a meeting spot to assist travelers and meet new people, not for long term housing.
Dog restrictions (see rules) and no smoking. Orderly and clean property: You and your RV / vehicle must be fairly presentable. No smoking on property. Your RV / vehicle must be in good condition and not in disarray; old vehicles OK if no visible duck tape, etc.

You should be able to see which sites and days are available as well as make a reservation on this website, therefore no need to ask me in a message if any site / days are available.
Host is 55, single, retired from a large variety of jobs to include two years in Army "intel" and has an interest in most everything. Diet is strictly healthy which mainly omits sugar and corn syrup. Have lived in a campervan six years full time from 2016 to 2021; traveled most of the U.S. to include Alaska but not Hawaii. Have visited popular Canadian areas. Have a 2018 Ford Transit customized campervan. Born in Ohio, grew up in Texas / Arkansas. Bought this Florida home in early 2021 that is energy efficient and withstands strong storms well, but not storm proof. Worked diligently for three years to upgrade and improve the property.

Welcome to the Brainy & Footsy Beach Pad, a charming getaway nestled in the heart of Englewood FL near Dearborn st and Manasota Key. This private oasis is ideal for fulltime travelers or vacationers. This Full hook up RV site is fully privacy fenced in, provides 50/30/110 power, and is less than 3 miles from the beautiful beaches of Manasota Key. Every convenience an RVer could ask for is within 10 minutes and many are walkable. Pets are welcome and will enjoy the oversized 90’ x 45’ lot. Plenty of parking for your tow vehicle and there is even a Ford dealership with Service department in walking distance should you need to have some maintenance taken care off. A featured walking path located across the street, nearby state parks and beaches provide plenty of opportunities to get outside and enjoy the area. We are a full time traveling family and we created this RV lot to be everything we want when we stay here.

* You may only park in the designated area in front of the RV lot or within the RV lot fencing.
* Pets are welcome - please ensure they are not a nuisance to neighbors (should not be left outside overnight or while you are away). We like to keep the max of Pet to 4 animals but inquire for special circumstances - we are a pet family and understand. You must pick up after your pets and ensure they do not cause damage to the lot, the items within, the landscaping or fencing.

The Log home has a large living room, kitchen, 2nd floor master with single window seat which would sleep another person. Beautiful front porch for the water views and sunsets. The back screened in great room is a great spot to spend an evening. The cabin includes
the use use of the Waterfront outdoor kitchen Cabana.
Guests love staying here "If you don't like peaceful surroundings and beautiful sunsets and a host that truly goes out of his way to accommodate all your needs then I would avoid this place. We stayed for several days and we were already planning to schedule another stay in the near future. Definitely a must see."

Please note that this is a quiet country setting and that downtown Clewiston is a 20-30 minute drive. We also have private room rentals available, subject to availability. Corner store within walking distance. Outdoor activities in the area include biking, hiking, ATV and off-roading, and horseback riding. The property is a short drive to Lake Okeechobee for fishing and boating, as well as to stores, restaurants and bars.
Access to the property is by lock and code; host will communicate with you on day of arrival. There are security cameras on premises for hosts to assist you with site location and for security purposes throughout your stay.

We are centrally located in the rural area of the Bayshore Community with only a 5-minute drive to I-75, a 20-minute drive to Downtown Fort Myers, and a 20-minute drive to Babcock Ranch.
Being only 5 minutes away from I-75 makes it quick and easy to either drive down south to Bonita Springs to enjoy our local beaches or north to Punta Gorda to explore!
Downtown Fort Myers is about a 20-minute drive and has many local restaurants and shops if you want to go out and about. They typically have events on the weekends like Art Walk and Music Walk!
We are a 20-minute drive from Babcock Ranch which is the first solar-powered town in America. It is a community open to the public that has several walking/biking trails, a beautiful lake for kayaking/fishing, and a small dog park. They also have a restaurant (Lakehouse Kitchen & Bar) that looks out over the water and live entertainment on certain days of the week!
If you are looking for a full farm-to-table experience, Buckingham Farms is 20 minutes from us and is a 85-acre farm with fresh produce grown hydroponically! We are also about 20 minutes from 31 Produce/Cracker Shack Cafe which is a local U-Pick farm that has seasonal fruits/vegetables available, as well as a restaurant, farm animals, and "gem mining"!
With just a 1 to 2-minute drive, we have two parks, Nalle Grade Park and Pop Ash Creek Preserve, for those who enjoy nature walks, fishing, or birding. There are also a handful of other nature preserves and parks in the local area that are around a 20 to 25-minute drive!
There are many other restaurants, parks, and local businesses nearby for you to enjoy if you want to get out and explore the local area!
