This is a gulf access property with dockage and boat ramp. Enjoy barbecue and cocktails at the shared tiki hut. Bring your boat, fishing gear, kyakas and bicycles .The property is located close to Fort Myers beach ,Sanibel and Captiva Island. Golf ,shopping ,restaurants and airport close by.
