Both pads have high speed internet. Pad 1 accommodates an RV up to up to 32' in length. Pad 2 accommodates an RV up to 34' in length. We accept small Class A Motorhomes (32' and under), Class B, Class C, Small 5th Wheel, Pop-up Campers, Vans and Travel Trailers. Sorry, no tent camping is allowed. We're proud of our oasis and thrilled to share it with folks that appreciate protected land as much as we do. The land is part of the resource corridor, which is protected wetlands and it is environmentally sensitive and ecologically significant. This means that it is an ecosystem that supports the wildlife and cannot be touched or manipulated in any way. Lucy's place is our community space for you and your family's use. It has lots of seating, plenty of places to relax, a grill and outdoor sink for cooking, and a gas fireplace to enjoy the scenery at night. A hot tub awaits you, which is open to the stars and great after a day of lounging or fun out and about. We are close to everything but far enough for you to relax after a fun day of exploring. Daytona Speedway is a 30 min. drive. You can be on the beach in 20 min. or putting your boat/jet skis in the river in 15 min. This was an amazing little gem! The owners were amazing! They greeted us as soon as we arrived and showed us around the property! They checked in on us throughout our stay and provided some extra firewood as we needed it! There were chickens running around and we were able to have fresh eggs in the mornings! We were able to set up a tent to accommodate some extra guests and we brought our pup who loved the property! We made some incredible meals and the camper has all the cookware, dinnerware, and seasonings you need! They also left us stuff to make s’mores! We really enjoyed the outdoor shower and the bathroom was surprisingly clean! We will definitely be back and we would definitely recommend!

Our goal is to give you all the space and privacy you need and or require. Most of our guests are here to participate at an event at the Daytona 500 track.
