  • Full size washer and dryer, drying rack for delicates. Starter detergent and dryer sheets in the laundry basket. Dryer has wool balls in it to increase efficiency and decrease wrinkles and static.
  • We have 160 ft of frontage with 60 ft between our two 12 ft gates for an easy pull through for small campers or bring your own tent or van. Electric hookup (30 amp) and water hookup available. We have well water that runs through a salt softener.

We are one mile south of the NE FL Regional Airport and it's not unusual to see a biplane practising barrel rolls for an air show. We are 30-45 minutes from Jacksonville, the nation's largest city by area, and 15 minutes from downtown St. Augustine, the nation's oldest continuosly occupied city. Enjoy a variety of seating areas on our half acre lot full of fruit trees and flowers. Camping is easy with access to our shed with washer, dryer, fridge, stove, dishes, coffee pot, toaster and blender. We're one block off US1 and 10-15 minutes by car to beach and downtown. Hang out around our stone fire pit or sit at our 6 person table with solar powered lighted umbrella. Wifi, electric and water included. Porta potty and outdoor shower with 8 gal. hot water tank. Double sink, cold water only.
