Our horse farm is located in one of the most rural areas of Southern New Jersey. This land was once occupied by The Lanape Tribe. The adjacent creek was named after Chief Alloway. Artifacts of Native Americans have been found alongside this brackish water creek. This farm was for many years a dairy farm which was passed on for 3 generations until the late 80's. Our main horse breeds are 5 Arabians followed by 2 Thoroughbreds and 2 miniature ponies. In addition to horses you will see free range rabbits, chickens and beautiful cows. There are many antique shops in this area which tell the rich History of Southern NJ. Cowen mall and Royal Port are my two favorites. Another must see experience (at least once) in the area is The Cowtown Rodeo, one of the first and oldest in the country, only 14 minutes drive. HORSES WELCOME!  Why not run your horse on the beach, then come to our campsites to relax for the rest of your day.  There is a fenced pasture positioned next to the sites so you can see your faithful friend enjoying some grass or hay.  We have a new Zinger 29' trailer set up with a bunk room and another bedroom, full kitchen and bathroom.  It can easily sleep six people.  If you have your own RV, we have a full hook up at the same area.  The pasture where your horse stays will also have hay, water and shelter with a run-in.  This is a sanctuary for our animals.  We have nine animals here, four horses (some minnies) and five donkeys (some minnies).  By staying here, you will be helping us to support our animals.  We are in Frankford, De which is close to all the beaches and parks.  There are many shopping adventures awaiting you, either outlets or upcycle stores.  If you just want to relax, there is a small pond out back stocked with bass and turtles.  We have 17+ acres but we only use the front five acres and leave the rest for the deer, foxes, eagles, hawks and whatever else shows up.  We believe this is Heaven on earth and would love to share it will you.  So please come, stay at our farm and relax.  We are here year round.

This was a fantastic experience and the tiny cabin was exceptionally cozy and so cute with sparkling lights, heaters, fire pits, and hot tub. Andrea's farm tour was incredible, I wish I lived closer as to visit more and help with the chores! Very eye-opening, they care about their animals so much and care for the community, which all in all made it a great bday trip :) Our dog was so excited seeing the animals, who were all so sweet and made us immediately want to get into the farming business! Thank you so much and we will be sure to visit again. [Also the surrounding area is very nice and close to a lot of cute and cozy shops; or even just a little drive south to Rehoboth or north to Wilmington!]

Weekend Trip to Countryside Horse Farm

What a fabulous time it was on this farm. I went in December so it was a bit cold. The owner was was very kind. She had already put a space heater in there and warms it up for me. If you don't like the cold then do not go in the cooler months but you ABSOLUTELY should go in the 3 other seasons. I loved meeting the horses and waking up to the sounds of a rooster. On the way out to this farm I saw a few other farms. I saw the biggest bald eagle I've ever seen in my life as well as peacocks. All this in NJ. This was an amazing experience.

Oh my gosh....What an absolutely fabulous little gem this tiny house is! Lovely and clean, with a microwave , fridge, heat and AC, and coffee maker. A cozy fire pit is nearby as is a hot tub surrounded by twinkling lights. Andrea was such a super helpful hostess and genuinely nice getting me set up. And of course , it was fun to go visit the goats and farm animals. It was just the getaway I needed and I will definitely be back! 😃🐐🐖🐎🐈🐕🐄🔥❤️

Great, easily accessible place. Dog friendly a huge plus with fenced area to roam. Host is very friendly and checked in during our stay how we were doing. Highly recommended if you are in the area! Cabin even in fall/winter has space heater and holds heat well.

Weekend Trip to Grove Point Stables

The camping site was so beautiful. A picnic table was provided and I was able to purchase some fire wood that the owner dropped off at our site. Plenty of room for the 6 people I camped with, two tents and two cars. Plenty of places to walk around and explore and so fun to see the horses walk by! There was some confusion checking in and finding the spot as there are a few spots around the acres. I would love to come back someday!
