---PLEASE DO NOT block our Iron Gate with the H on it, or stick out into the entrance of the facility. If you stick out too far, you need to park North to South , which is parallel to the wood fence with the customer parking signs on it. You can block the handicap signs also if needed. You are also welcome to park in between the building and the front garden bed area as well if you prefer. The ground is not too level there, so you will need to level your rv.

We rent motorhomes, camper vans, travel trailers, Paddleboards, and party buses! We are a perfect fit for hip camping because we are right across the street from Red Rocks Open Space, 5 min away from Garden of the Gods, and right off of HWY24 to head deeper into the Rockies! We are a full service RV facility, so we have mechanics on site if you need your rig looked at also! We are all camper van folks and know the struggle of not being able to find a safe spot.

Learn more about this land:We have almost 40 acres of beautiful land that is scattered trees in a field and more forested areas. We also have mountain views depending on where you stay! We are right next door to the Pineries Open Space which is a 9 mile trail that you can hike, bike, or horse ride on. It also connects (by crossing a road) to Section 16 which is another 4 mile trail. You can bring your own horses and for a $50 fee we will set up corral panels for your horses to stay. We have farm animals that will be wondering about the land at times. We have water up at our home that you can use to fill up your campers with water or any water containers you need to fill. A camp bucket toilet will be available for campers use. At certain times we offer farm experiences at additional charges. There is a small corner store a couple of miles away, a local feed store where you can buy hay for tour horses, a little local coffee shop and small cafe as well. Come enjoy the country life just minutes from town!
Because we also use our land to graze our animals, we ask that only one vehicle be parked at the site at a time. We have a place for parking additional vehicles if you have more than 1 vehicle.

We have the best tasting well water so feel free to fill up your water jugs at the hydrant closest to the chicken coops!! Come see our dream in the works and soak up some serenity! Dogs are welcome, however they must be dog friendly, trained and well behaved. They are free to roam but chasing calves and causing trouble with other animals will not be tolerated. We also have dogs, but will do our best to have them put up when you arrive with adequate communication about you ETA . No bathroom facilities at the moment. Also, no fires unless approved by us! When you arrive, we will happily check you in and direct you to your camp site. Please feel free to ask us about anything you may need, but we will not bother you otherwise! We hope to see you soon! Enjoy seclusion and beautiful views of the rolling hillside and wildlife all while being sheltered amongst our mature trees. All of our campsites are tucked in the trees to give you privacy and shelter from the Colorado breeze. Bring your bikes and ride to the paint mines or explore the property on our trails and stay close. We have the best tasting well water so feel free to fill up your water jugs at the hydrant closest to the chicken coops!! Come see our dream in the works and soak up some serenity! Dogs are welcome, however they must be dog friendly, trained and well behaved. They are free to roam but chasing calves and causing trouble with other animals will not be tolerated. We also have dogs, but will do our best to have them put up when you arrive with adequate communication about you ETA . No bathroom facilities at the moment. Also, no fires unless approved by us! When you arrive, we will happily check you in and direct you to your camp site. Please feel free to ask us about anything you may need, but we will not bother you otherwise! We hope to see you soon! The ground was slightly slanted so plan for that according. It is in a well lit area so we felt safe and the views from the spot were pretty baller.

I had a great time at this beautiful campground/farm, and Teresa is very responsive and accommodating. The campground has lots of trees and the location makes it very peaceful. I got to enjoy my camper van and go on a hike close by. There are a few good restaurants in town.
I highly recommend this campground. I came here for the first time 3 years ago where my family and I were part of a commercial for an RV company, and it did not disappoint.

What a fun place to stay! It is a short drive off of Highway 25 near Palmer Lake. Teresa is an awesome host and greeted me at the site for a quick chat. It was so quiet, that I slept in. Looking forward to my next visit.

Weekend Trip to Monument Creek Glamping
My husband and I had a really great night at the sunshine tent! I will say, definitely don’t plan to go when it’s retold like we did. The host provides a lovely propane heater, but it can only do so much. The hot tub was a wonderful sight and was very comfortable and clean. The space has a small, private fence around it which makes it that much nicer. We had a very sweet cat visitor with us all night snuggling up to keep warm. Would absolutely recommend!

The land was gorgeous waking up to windmills surrounding you is definitely an incredible experience. The hosts were just incredible too! I won’t lie this was our first time car camping so we were ROOKIES! We got stuck in the snow, and when we gave up trying to shovel ourselves out, we texted our hosts and he they immediately came and got us out. They are incredible people not only did they help us but the entire time they were so gracious and kind!

This is as advertised. It's a convenient place to park for the night. I felt safe and it was near to the Red Rocks hiking area so a nice walk in the morning is minutes away. It isn't "pretty" but it was flat and safe. The owner was responsive and helpful.

Jamie is very gracious, knowledgeable and kind. This location is right next to the Paint Mines and a great place to say after your hike. The location is very quiet and great for star and moon gazing.
This site also sits adjacent to a wind(mill) farm which is a great unique landscape. Very nice, safe place to stay!

Perfect spot for the night. You’re literally in front of Red Rock Canyon, nice surprise to wake up to! Felt safe. There was a street light on all night, but didn’t bother us too much with blackout curtains. Would recommend.

We loved it here! Teresa is an awesome, friendly host and the views are amazing. The nearby hiking/mountain bike trails she recommended (Sandstone Ranch Open Space) were also great. We highly recommend and will probably visit again!

It's a nice quiet spot off the beaten path. Dan is a great host. This isn't an RV park with full hook-ups or anything. But there's a nice view of the surrounding hills and a cattle pen with cows and some chickens. A great place to park and take a break for a night or two.
