You will have your choice of Camp site #1 and/or #2. They have flat mulched areas for an RV/Camper or for tent camping. Each has a fire ring and picnic table. Both sites allow room to turn around an RV or camper. Bring your own toilet for now. There is minimal shade available, so plan accordingly. Potable water is available at the blue ground hydrant in front of the little cabin to the west. It takes about 10 seconds to start running.
Use of firearms is prohibited. No fireworks are allowed.
Quiet time is after 10:00 p.m. Please be respectful of neighboring properties. remember you are on a hilltop so sound can travel :)

This is a great spot within 10 minutes of I25 and 5 minutes from a solid disc golf course :). Very nice private hilltop and I think it’s made its way into my migration route 🚐🫶

It's a nice quiet spot off the beaten path. Dan is a great host. This isn't an RV park with full hook-ups or anything. But there's a nice view of the surrounding hills and a cattle pen with cows and some chickens. A great place to park and take a break for a night or two.

Great little spot to camp for a bit. Dan is a great guy and was very helpful to me when I had some issues with my rv. Dan went put of his way to be helpful and offer options for me to get my rig fixed. I will definitely return. The view is great. Spots are near the road, but it is quiet and lots of animals to keep you company and views to calm you.

After you check in, one of their concierges will drop by and make sure all is well. The chickens pecking around your campsite aren’t much help, but either guardian dog Sascha or burro Bailey will drop by to be sure you are doing OK!
Bailey does the best she can helping you set up camp, just be sure to give her an ear scratch. And those some BIG ears!

Weekend Trip to Phantom Canyon Acres
Beautiful place nestled in a mature aspen grove. We had a wonderful time
The appliances seemed brand new, and some things are still being dialed in, but this is not a typical cabin. It is indeed cozy--and quite spacious at the same time. The front and back decks are amazing--we spent equal time on each.
The property connects directly with public land--this offers the opportunity for greater exploration. Everything is uphill, but it is doable with a bit of effort. We climbed the 1000+ feet to the top of the mountain west of the property for stunning views of the Victor mine and Pikes Peak. Cell service was available quite a bit lower.
Jeff, the host, was responsive and super accommodating.
We'll be back!

This site was awesome! Beautiful view and location. Great sized fire pits and was the perfect place to camp with a group of friends and have our cars nearby. Nothing to worry about at all. The hosts were so nice and friendly and brought us over giant containers of water. Absolutely would recommend and will be coming back!!

I’ve done plenty of Hipcamps and this one is definitely one of the very best! The sites are EXTREMELY well taken care of! Even though we’re outside, there wasn’t many insects to bother us. Paula and Randy are amazing and communication was very comforting! The view was exceptional and cannot recommend this spot enough!
