We had a great time. It was peaceful and quiet.everybody was friendly. And there's tons of things to do, and they're right next to the national forest.

We had a great stay at Tim’s spot! The location is super convenient—easy access to downtown Denver, Aurora, and some other fun neighborhoods depending on what you’re looking to do. Tim was incredibly hospitable and kind—truly one of the nicest hosts we’ve met. One of our favorite parts was the little fenced-in area we had to ourselves. Traveling with dogs, it’s rare to find a space like that, and it made a big difference for us and our pups. We were in a 36-foot Class A motorhome with a mid-size SUV in tow. If you’re in a similar rig, we’d definitely recommend detaching before pulling in—it made maneuvering much easier. Overall, a great spot with a thoughtful host. We’d absolutely stay again!

2 nights at Counterpath: Urban Oasis

Traveling through on a 3 week road trip from Seattle with our 5 year old and 2 pups. Tim’s property was great and the location was excellent. We went to a Rockies game and checked out the Museum of Nature & Science. We also were able to get reservations at Casa Bonita! Our 5 year old had a blast there!! Being from the Seattle area Denver looks and feels similar to what we are used to. We felt totally safe during our stay and on the property. Keep in mind you are staying in a neighborhood in a big city so we did see and hear some rowdier folks walking down the street out front at night. For us it was no big deal but I could see how some people who may not be as accustomed to city living might feel so keep that in mind. For us it was an awesome stay! We hope to return in the future!

We are a Full Grass, 6-acre campground at the base of Rabbit Mountain. The Little Thompson River runs through the property and is wonderful to take a dip in. Carter Lake is only a 5-minute drive away. 20 Minutes away from Longmont Colorado is far enough away that you can escape from the city but close enough to be able to run into town if you need anything. As long as you are by your post, we don't care how you park, pull in, back in, pull through, we are easy going. Be aware this is a Rustic experience.

Nice 3BR/2BA house in Lone Tree in a very quiet yet laid back and safe neighborhood. We are a friendly couple with two indoor cats and there is more than enough space to share on a .3 acre lot with a large fenced-in backyard. In addition, we have a separate fenced in area that makes up most of the backyard and great for having dogs in the backyard that are fenced in with no access to the street, back patio or driveway. The property has a separate RV driveway (cement and gravel) that goes from the street to the fence at the back of our lot (approx 150 feet once through the gate to the backyard. There is a lockable gate separating the RV driveway going through the front yard along the right side of the house, which is the RV entrance to the backyard. The backyard has outdoor water connections for standard hoses and available electrical outlets. We do not however provide any sewer or waste water line access, so waste would need to be emptied elsewhere as needed.

It is fully fenced and we are happy to accept pets. We are in a rural neighborhood setting and my husband and I do live on the property in the small green house you can see in the photos. There are houses around; it's not a secluded wilderness spot. We've been RVing for seven years (two of them full-time) and hiking and camping for many more. We're happy to provide local recommendations or to help you out with your rig if you're new. Our home is conveniently located approximately 35 minutes from Boulder or Nederland, 45 minutes from Eldora for skiing enthusiasts, 25 minutes from the Longs Peak Trailhead, and 45 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park. We have hiking trails directly from the backyard.
