This suburban campground is conveniently located along US 287 close to Boulder, Longmont, Lafayette, Erie, and Louisville. The neighborhood is a quiet and charming area with the feel of a much more rural area. Each campsite features a flat turf pad camp area to set up table, chairs, etc and plenty of room to pull in your car, van, or other camping vehicle. We offer an on site toilet (port-a-potty), standard 110v (20 amp) electrical plugs at each site. Please note that this is a standard home outlet meant for things like charge phones. If your rig pulls more than 20 amps you are likely to trip the breaker, which is not accessible for reset by guests. There is access to fresh, potable water on the property, but not at each site, so plan to fill your tanks at the spigot with a hose. Wi-Fi is available at the campground. Nearby Erie and Lafayette are within biking distance. This campground is located in a residential neighborhood and we ask that campers are respectful of noise levels. No fires permitted. There is a barn located on the property within the campsite. The campsite is located behind a residential home, but separated by a 6 foot privacy fence. WE DO NOT LIVE IN THE HOUSE, PLEASE DO NOT RING THE DOORBELL OR CONTACT THE TENANTS IN THIS HOME! All requests should be made through the Hipcamp app for the quickest response.

Paradise Lost
This is the best campsite I’ve ever been to very close to all the amenities of town and very small and private. It’s honestly one of the best places I’ve seen to recover. I Would stay there a month I could.

We stayed at this campground for four nights. Felt very lucky to find a place over Labor Day weekend the first night there was three campers there we had a little bit of a concern and that our neighbor ran their generator, but they only stayed one night so no big deal, they have the cleanest porta potty I’ve ever seen so that was much appreciated. We come in late was fine with them but when you pull in you won’t see the stars they mention the gate will be open and we are there. The gates were never shut, which was a lot and here so it wasn’t a problem for us , we filled our tank for the garden hose. I think it will cover the whole campground so that was kind of nice. We did breaker on accident and we found another plug-in. That was hot because we had a long enough extension cord. It would be nice. They’d come up with a way to reset that electricity if you have low break , it is only 110 works for us neighborhood. It was a good stay will be back and we would recommend it for others. I’m talking into my phone so your Mileage may very

Good urban short stay RV parking
This is a good place to park a large RV or vehicle w/trailer while staying in the north Denver metro area for short stay. It is essentially 4 spacious spots that have 110 power, a turf platform, wireless, and access to a porta potty and water. There is a large garage, used by a mobile business in the middle of the large lot. During week days, the commercial vehicle comes and goes. So, not a real camping feel but an excellent place to park. It is well maintained. There is ample space between each space. As disclosed, be advised for longer stays, there is no shower. It is fenced well, and just off a residential street. Low traffic, quiet at night and you can see the front range from the lot. If you have a gym membership, you can drive over to one of the nearby gyms and shower after a workout etc. Services to gas, groceries and retail stores is only a 5 to 10 minute drive away.

Thank you for the place. Close to Boulder. Good for a couple nights but be aware since there are no dump stations nearby and only a port-a-potty you are limited. Electric service is 20A and no circuit breaker at the sites so if you pop the breaker you are SOL till they can come reset it. The gates were set to open the entire time we were there but the location felt safe so not worried about that. We arrived late and found our reserved spot occupied. Took the only other open site. Host did not reply till the morning that they swapped sites and didn't relay that which was frustrating after a day of travel. Suggested improvements would be better communication from the host, move breakers to the individual sites and perhaps install a dump station.

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Site 1 was a little challenging to park in because of overhead wires. Site 4 would have been better for us.
