There are many popular and diverse activity sites less than an hour away. Come escape the hustle and bustle of home, and enjoy the beauty of nature and our loving animals. We offer both tent and RV listings to suit however you like to travel. We have a hot shower, bathroom, picnic tables, potable water, and trash and recycle bins. It’s just off the freeway, so it made for a nice quick stop. The amenities were top-notch. Perfect place to reset after traveling the road. Our kids enjoy the playground and play room. We used their laundromat which is available 24hrs. The showers were warm and kept clean. Overall it was a great experience.

Very easy to get to and perfect for what we needed. Andy was incredibly nice, helping us get to our site and even assisting with hooking up our RV! The land was so beautiful in the morning and our dog loved running around in the doggy play area. You won’t regret booking here!

Great host and some pretty killer views! Andy has worked hard at providing a lot for his guests. Outdoor furniture and shade canopies for tent campers and RVers too. We were headed west and wanted a one night stay near Denver. Worked out perfectly for us. Will stay here again if ever passing through. FYI, there is a great grocery store in Bennett, King Soopers, where we could restock everything for our trip.

This was a great spot for the tail end of our trip as it was close/convenient for a quick morning drive to the airport! Andy was super kind and very responsive and helpful in getting us to the correct spot. He reached out in advance about our ETA and was willing to accommodate a late check in, which we didn’t end up needing, but the flexibility is appreciated! The campsite and portapotty was in pristine condition. The site included a patio table/chairs and little lights that stayed on through the night. The stars were so bright — wish we had more time to hangout here! Thanks for having us, Andy! :)

Great stay for solo female travelers! Andy was so sweet and met me by the road to help me find the place. The spot felt secluded and private but also close enough to his home for comfort. The porta potty was clean, the property was beautiful and was able to drop trash and refill water ok my way out. Would definitely stay again!

John's place is a perfect little spot. Quiet and peaceful next to a pond. We all camped over a weekend then my husband stayed a few more days while he finished a job in the area. The trailer was perfectly safe if he had to leave during the day. It was the perfect spot for peace and quiet after his work day.

I had a conference at the Gaylord Convention Center and I needed to find a place for my RV (39’), my boyfriend and our 3 dogs while I attended. This place was perfect. It was only about 25 mins from the Gaylord. The dogs loved running after the numerous bunnies. We used the electric and water hookup. It’s just off I70 and near a King Super Market. Andy was a great host.
