Nature lovers, extreme sports enthusiasts, family vacationers and retirees, can all enjoy the vast recreational opportunities this area has to offer. Lake Siskiyou is about 20 miles south and offers a wonderful 7-mile hiking trail around the entire lake.

Easy access from a private road, driving up to the cottage there is a blue parking bumper you may park by. the area feels private with the trees that surround it.

This property is 12.62 acres of organic farm, gardens and forest. It backs up to BLM (public) land so there is ample room for roaming. There is also a winery on the property producing all organic and wildharvested fruit, berry and flower wines. You are welcome to visit the tasting room when we are open, and we are called Wild Wines if you want to look us up.The pond and river are wonderful spots in the summer. We have a sauna as well, but we typically only use it in the winter when having a fire is safe. Inquire for availability and fee.There are a few people living here in separate structures, and everyone is friendly!

This place was amazing! Hands Down the best HipCamp spot I’ve been to. The Host were super cool and the events on the farm were awesome. Soda Creek was close to town yet far enough away there was zero light pollution, the stars were shining bright! I’d come back here again and again!

I loved staying on Sarah’s land in our RV. It was our first time using Hipcamp and it was a great experience. Good directions, beautiful farm and views. My daughter loved waking up to the sheep and us too! We walked around the property a little bit too. Such a great spot. We will be back!

Lovely area, love the smell of juniper trees, if youre planning to camp this time of year note that it can get into the freezing temperatures, view of shasta is amazing. Theres a local dollar general 15 minutes away should you ever forget and need anything.

This was an amazing and private spot to enjoy views of Shasta. The mountain looked surreal and the star gazing at night was some of the best we could ask for. It is on private property but set back a good distance from the house with unobstructed views of the valley and mountain. The main gravel road was minimally traveled and also made for a great walk right from the camp site as the surrounding area is undeveloped as well. We would definitely return and recommend to others. Alex was also very responsive and gave us a heads up on some heavy winds that were expected which was a nice warning as the weather had been beautiful so the wind was unexpected.

My husband and I had a great time tent camping here!! We went during the off-season so it was extra quiet and the whole place was elaborately decorated for Halloween - including a haunted walk-through path, which was such a treat! There was a heated bathroom with showers and a cute camp store as well. Being next to I5 there was car noise but we found it to be more like white-noise than annoying. Our tent site was in the main part of the camp, but we walked up the short hill to where the other tent sites are and Mt Shasta is right there staring you down! It was beautiful. Also a bonus was all the farm animals! There were chickens, roosters, turkeys, goats, and more, and two cute little camp kittens led us around when we were exploring. We didn't get a chance during our short stay to meet the host, but she's provided such a fun and comfortable place to stay and we would definitely stay there again.

I can highly recommend this camping site. The views of the mountains and stars at night are incredible! We stayed at T5 site and didn’t have any problems at all to drive on the gravel road up there. We managed to do this with a small Prius. The camp site has also a small shop where we could buy souvenirs and essentials. At night they also had a small Halloween party, which was fun to attend. The bathrooms next to our campsite were very clean and well maintained. Five out of five stars !
