We only spent one night here but would have happily stayed for longer. It was mid winter so we had the whole place to ourselves. The views over the lake were stunning. Each site was comfortable and the bathrooms were excellent

The hosts are incredibly nice and a good chat, too, having lived and worked in the area, plus being involved in local arts and culture. It certainly doesn't hurt that there is an actual wine tasting room on the premises.
We slept at one of the sheetmetal teepees and enjoyed a campfire and star watching. The structure blocks a lot of wind, looks out onto a valley, and is has ample seating. In the morning one wakes up to the sights of the art garden (it's more than that, really), which is a unique experience.

Lovely, quiet place to camp, and of course the alpacas made it even more special. The heater made the tent plenty warm even though it was early November. Close to Carson and Virginia City, so we were able to explore. We would definitely return!

Sierra Circles was wonderful! I had the camping area to myself due to the time of year and it was the perfect blend of a quiet experience in the woods that I was looking for and close enough to Murphy's to be able to pick up a few supplies. Check in was super easy and the hosts were very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I loved our stay at Aaron’s vineyard. Our camper van was parked over looking the grape vines. We spent Saturday afternoon tasting wine at the outdoor tasting room, with a beautiful sunset. Aaron was very nice and accommodating. Will definitely be back again!

Bobby's skills and his creativeness shine through with he has accomplished thus far. Sage Camp is a true piece of art as well as a comfortable atmosphere. Bobby's vision for Sage Camp is amazing. I had a fabulous stay.

Pam, Dolores, Michel and crew make the stay at Sierra Circles/ Brice Station/ Quyle Pottery a multi-dimensional experience! Upon arrival, you immediately feel the love of 3 generations of folks who have worked on this land. Michel's incredible sculpture garden is on a beautiful knoll with great views of the area. The campsites are perfect for adventurous campers...RVs shouldn't expect hook-ups and level parking areas, but the artwork, dark skies and prolific bird life are worth it. Michel's sculptures change throughout the day as the sun migrates across the sky. A short walk down the hill takes you to the winery/tasting room, engulfed with Dolores's horticultural magic. Pam's pottery tour takes you back to another time. The music venue is sublime....we will definitely make another trip to see a show! Thank you so much for your warmth and gracious hosting! So many things to do nearby...visiting Big Trees, historic Murphy's and Columbia, wine tasting, etc. Plan to stay for at least 2 nights!

We had a nice stay at Sierra Circles camping site, Iron Teepee. We went wine tasting ant Brice Station and really enjoyed both the wine and the friendly host. The campsite was well maintained. We appreciated that Michel, our host, took the time to chop extra wood for us- it was a nice touch.

Beautiful quiet area limited to three campsites. Beautiful views, lots of trees and paths to walk. Dogs allowed. Ran into the owner who was lovely and available if anything was needed. No wi fi and difficult cell service so be prepared for that - which was really actually very nice with these days being so technology driven. I was able to grab a satellite off and on. No hook ups so come self contained.

This was our second time staying here, and it just keeps getting better! The host is incredibly friendly. We love having the winery right on site; it’s such a beautiful spot to relax with a glass of wine after exploring. The art throughout the camp is amazing — there’s so much creativity everywhere you look. It’s become a tradition for us now, and we can’t wait to come back again!

2 nights at L.Davis Ranch and Olde LYFE Alpacas
This is a cute and charming glamping experience. You will be lovingly embraced by the furry creatures on the ranch. The glamping tent included a heating unit which worked great, as well as a barbecue grill, amble, flashlights, water, solar powered outlets to charge our phones, and much more.
The breakfast was delicious, and the jams in the country store were great too.
We happened to be there on a day where there was an alpaca festival, and that was so much fun. We also witnessed an alpaca giving birth.
Stacy was super accommodating. We also got to meet some of the other farmers like Jim and Nancy, who is also a holistic energy healing practitioner and sound healer.
We also had a really great sleep in nature.

Scottie and the crew are super nice guys!
There are several tent areas, which is nice if there are other guests around. Kitchen stove and grill are awesome to have at the campground.
To fully enjoy your stay you should bring (or ask Scottie) for earplugs , since there are some cars driving at night. And ask for WiFi password before arriving, in case if no one is around, since phone internet isn’t available here (closest reception is about 4 miles downhill)
