Live Oak Canyon Road, and Silverado Canyon Road are some of the nicest driving areas in Southern California. Our little prefab studio is located in a quiet, safe, tucked away rural neighborhood... at the foot of beautiful Saddleback Mountain. Chickens and cats free range among the oak trees and you will often hear the sounds of horses meandering down the road.Our canyon has a real country feel to it and yet you are only minutes away from the city. We are situated in a hub of hiking and biking trails and, if desired, we are only 30 minutes from the beach. In the evening you can often hear the bleating of sheep on the nearby hills and coyotes yipping in the night.

If you’re a young family, couples or solo you’ll enjoy this space; picnic table, outdoor grill, cornhole game and a wood burning fire pit; perfect for roasting s’mores or enjoying a drink. Children have space to run & play; using their imagination, climbing trees, playing with provided walkie talkies & and family friendly games — all in the freedom of your 8,000+ sq. ft. space! Inside, you won’t believe you’re in a camper. Renovated in 2019 this Comfy+Cozy Camper is exactly that. The sleeping areas have blackout blinds as well as the kitchen window. Cozy up in the queen bed on a 3” mattress topper next to double sconces; perfect for a night read, or cuddle up and watch some TV. If you head into town there is amazing BBQ and Mexican restaurants! Close to fun trails; Los Jilgueros, Santa Margarita & Monserate Mountain. Or kickback at the local movie theater. We can sleep through anything so it doesn't bother but if you're a light sleeper, or not a morning person, this might not work for you.There's magic here.**We set our trailer up so that people that want to try out camping, for just a get away or to try out the 18' size, don't have to go through the whole towing and set up process. Also, it's perfect for young people who may be attending a local wedding.And just for clarity, the trailer does not get hooked up to anyones's vehicle and does not leave the property. It's strictly for onsite use.Learn more about this land:We have a magical spot set up on the upper level of our property where you can get back to 'simple'. You'll feel like you're camping but you don't have to hassle with the setup. Plush bedding (2 full size real mattresses that can comfortably sleep up to 4 people) and towels, full private & luxurious bathroom, fridge, microwave, dishware, heating and cooling, shag carpet, Wi-Fi, electricity to charge your devices, & ample food delivery is available in the area. A truly magical & memorable experience right in the heart of Hollywood! To get to the Glamp, please bear in mind there are quite a lot of stairs to get up the hill so please pack light, but once you arrive, the view is completely worth it! Your own private oasis tucked on top of a private residence with keyed lock gates, so it is completely safe & secure for your belongings if you choose to go out on the town during your stay!Glamping Hollywood Hills is located in a quiet neighborhood in the hills so while the goal is for guests to enjoy themselves and have the best experience possible, I do ask that you please be respectful of the neighbors and keep the noise down. If you're looking for a more turned up experience, there are loads of bars and clubs just a short walk away on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Also, because this is located in the Hills, it is a HIGH FIRE ZONE so no grilling (since we are so centrally located, there are numerous food delivery services that deliver all hours of the day though!) or fires are allowed. And for smokers, please dispose of butts in the designated ash trays. PARKING: There is limited free street parking, or you can park for free at the Hollywood Heritage Museum, just a 2 minute walk from the house if there are no events at the Hollywood Bowl. And if you can’t find a free street spot, I can get you a parking permit for $4 per day. Please let me know if you require that and I can get the passes for you! I take a lot of pride in my space and keeping it clean, and absolutely love hosting guests, so I just ask that you have the same respect back for my space and leave it like it was when you arrived. Please remove your shoes inside the tent in efforts of keeping the rugs clean. :)
