There was very little traffic and it was quiet, which was nice. If you just need a simple place to stay where you can sleep, then it's great. It's a little "Indusrial park" feeling, but simple to get to near Nunn, CO.

The description sounded like a small RV park with Mountain Views so we stayed 1 night here on our way east. Don’t fret over which site to pick because all the sites are along the same fence line overgrown with weeds in the gravel parking lot of RV World. The mountain view is mostly obstructed by the neighboring businesses in this industrial park. The site we picked with a mountain view was already taken by one of the many permanent residents. The hookups were good and the site is on level gravel. If you need any RV work or want to buy a used camper trailer you’re prob in the right place. This place is in an industrial park so be prepared for the occasional big truck driving through during the night and the 5 am traffic. The last half mile to RV World is on a washboard gravel road the needs scraping and more gravel. This a good place to stay for one night with no frills and low expectations. Also, unlike any other Hipcamp site I’ve stayed in you’ll need to replicate all your personal info on a few needless forms at checkin at RV World.

We stayed here for work, and were very happy with the full hook ups including sewer. The host was friendly, welcoming, and provided us with a packet of things to do in the local area. There is an RV parts store on the property as well which is wonderful to know about as we travel to this area often and love to support small businesses.

Found this spot on short notice. Great directions from host. Nice views. Was pleasantly surprised to have full hookups. The staff was super helpful checking us in and even answered a question about some damage on our RV. It was a great spot! We would stay again. We are simple and it was simple. Everything we needed.

Great stay for a couple nights before continuing our venture west! Had an issue with our initial site at first but Kim was so kind to rearrange our site so we could enjoy the full hook ups! It’s a pretty quiet area for the most part aside from the occasional noise of cars and trucks passing by. We felt comfortable and the area isn’t too far from the city while still allowing a rural setting. Thank you for the great few days!

Little site mix up- site 12 doesn't exist, but the host was super helpful and gave us another spot that worked out perfectly! Hook up was easy the place was quiet and we had absolutely no issues! Would stop by again, oh and the sunset was beautiful!!

Kim and her family were very accommodating and super great hosts. I only had a 25 foot fresh water hose that did not reach the water supply. Kim provided me with an extra extension loaner hose to use. This site was clean, quiet and located in a rural area of Colorado. There are plenty of small towns around within 5-10 min for supplies. Only 15 min from Windsor Colorado, and close to Fort Collins. If you are looking for a no frills spot to setup, this is it. If you are looking for trees, shade, and a flowing river you will need to go West into the foothills and mountains. The price was great and I really liked the privacy. Very welcoming hosts.

We were in the area to help some clients of ours move into their new house and this RV park was the perfect location for us! Check in and set up was a breeze the site's are easy to back into . The location is quiet and out of the way so we felt safe leaving our camper with our cat inside while we were spending long days helping our friends move. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to visit our friends. 10 out 10 reccomend! On the day we checked out our pin for our trailer jack fell out and we were so happy to find they had one in the store for a very good price!! Only thing I would say is bring a 50 ft water hose as the spigot may be on the next site over with a splitter depending on what sot you have. We had 2 25 ft hoses so we were good.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! Full hook-ups worked great and the site was level. Mostly quiet at night. Well-lit and safe. Out in the country with an easy 30-35 minute drive to Ft. Collins. Convenient to have RV store and repair services on property. Gas station and post office close by.
At $33/night it is by far one of the least expensive RV parks you’ll find in the area. However, we were disappointed. The site (102A) was located in a gravel storage/sales/repair lot behind high chain-linked fences topped with barbed wire. There wasn’t much of a view or sunset because the park is in a small industrial area and other buildings blocked it.
We were in town for a week to attend a wedding in Laporte and stayed an extra week to do maintenance on our truck and trailer. It worked and that was good enough for this visit, but we’ll probably look elsewhere next year.

Full hook ups! Quiet. Nice people. Very responsive if you have a question. No frills but everything you need. Conveniently located far enough away from the interstate that it doesn’t bother you but close enough quick and easy to get on and go where you need to go. And yes the mountains and sunsets are gorgeous.

I love it here. It's rural, a little industrial but quiet. Parked all set up in advance. Quiet place my dogs can run outside the park with wide open spaces. Host was available but unobtrusive. Wouldn't mind and did extend my stay.

Great spot to land for the price and wonderful people around you. lol was an amazing host. This place does not have all the bells and whistles of a KOA but for someone like me just needing a quiet spot to land it was perfect! Plus everyone is so kind and friendly and I got lucky that they were able to help out with my camper troubles as well!

Not as advertised! From the description "Mountain Views in a Prairie Setting" one would expect to be surrounded by beautiful scenery of the Prairie and mountains. However, when we arrived we were shown to a space inside the parking lot of RV World which was surrounded by RV's being stored, barbed wire fence and industrial buildings & businesses. Very disappointed. We were in the area to visit friends but we're too embarrassed to have them come see our new RV.

Perfect place to stay, work and get your RV service and repairs done!
During my last stay, Kim was able to fit my travel trailer into the schedule, repacked the wheel bearings, new seals and all new brakes including the newer self-adjusting upgrade. The guys in the shop are top notch and did an incredible job!
Thanks for creating such a great place with technicians that go above and beyond!!
