Come camp on a 40-acre parcel backing onto crown land mountains and wake up in front of 10 acres of vineyard and a view of Okanagan Lake! There is a small cabin and two camp sites to choose from. Site 1 is best suited for tents and small campervans, less than 18' or so (though people with small trailers like tear drop campers have been fine). Site 2 has a much larger flat area that can hold RVs up to 30'. Cabin available for those that want to sleep in a cozy bed and have a warm fire :) Outhouse on the property, which is just a pit toilet. It is a working farm so will likely have various equipment around at times as well as workers at certain times of the year. You’ll likely meet our very friendly and very energetic Bernedoodle, Bernie. If you prefer to keep him out of your campsite just let us know and we can keep him closer. Otherwise, he thinks he has the run of the place! Please check to see if campfires are allowed (live in a high-risk fire zone) and firewood is available with an extra charge. If you need anything to better enjoy your stay, just let us know! Our property is located in Peachland, BC. Positioned midway between Kelowna and Pentiction, it is the perfect location to draw from both population centres and is well-positioned to act as a hub for popular wine and other agri-tourism activities. Peachland is within easy reach of over 200 estate wineries and microbreweries.

Our lake belongs to the beavers and ducks more than the humans. It’s an amazing place to watch, while swimming is best done at the river, a 5min drive away or half hour walk. A hike through the woods affords many opportunities to discover secret spots carved out of the wilderness with private views of the lake and surrounding properties. The rare wildlife around includes bobcats, bears, cougars, deer, elk and the occasional wolf. Ermine, rabbits and grouse are also common sightings. We have 2 dogs and appreciate a chance to introduce them to your dogs so they understand you’re authorized visitors, once you’ve settled in and your animals are comfortable. Located off Highway 6, a 10 minute drive to colourful Kalamalka Lake which boasts of sandy beaches and gorgeous hikes, and a 6 minute drive to beautiful Lavington Park with a playground, off leash dog park and free public swimming pool access during July and August. getting below freezing temperatures We are 8 minutes north east of PRINCETON BC, or an hour south of Aspen Grove BC. Define ourselves as a Christian couple and a rabbit farm, that would like to share our area with people who enjoy getting into the forest. We do not have dogs, cats or other outside pets so we frequently see deer grazing on our landings. Our property is located 28 Km off the main Hwy 5A on a highways maintained gravel road, some potholes exist! Though we have 3 camping options to choose from, we will block off 2 so whomever books first has the entire site to themselves- and can make check in and check out times flexible. Camping options are a larger 24 ' Rv for families or groups that sleeps up to 6/ a smaller 22' RV trailer for singles or couples sleeps 3. In addition to the RV we have on grid and an off grid areas for tenting, your RV's or van-life if preferred. Our driveway climbs up 100 meters off Summers Cr Rd and is quite secluded. The camping area is like a triangle- a narrow driveway over our creek that opens to a landing 100 feet long and 50 feet wide at the opposite end. Beyond the landing we are all hills and valleys with LOTS of rocky areas to explore, the terrain is uneven so bring sturdy hiking boots. Our small Hidden Creek runs through the property and you can hear it at night. We have also developed 2 hiking trails -one 3 km and one 9 km, both follow our creek to the top of our mountain- that you can explore independently or join a guided hike. After your hike enjoy a soak in our mineral filled hot tub- yet please no soaps or shampoos- hot tubs are not like a Jacuzzi. A Jacuzzi might tolerate such chemicals and just fill up with fun bubbles, but hot tubs are different. The motors and filters might get clogged and ruin the tub. We fill the tub with spring water from our creek and we only add Epson salts. We also have a few older bikes you can use to ride to the beautiful 7 km long Missezula lake, 3 kms north. Or rent our 16' canoe/ life jackets included/ to go out on the lake. Missezula Lake is one of our favorite summer places to cool off! Princeton area is renown for Copper Mining and we have many green rocks on the ground everywhere that are copper! We have been told there are also a few old mining caves on, or above our property, we have so far located one.

This was a wonderful stay at Bent Acres. We had lots of room in our truck and camper. The outhouses are spotless and cute! The beach by the river is steps away and we swam and relaxed watching birds and ducks. We walked the path around the property after dinner. Very peaceful. There is hwy noise from the other side of the river, but this didn’t affect our experience negatively. Will keep this place on file. 😊

We had a wonderful few days at Liana and Mike's Base Camp! It is such a beautiful and peaceful place with the best hosts you could ask for. They quickly addressed an unexpected plumbing issue and were kind and generous to us in the process. We can't wait to return!

The host was fantastic! She was very accommodating and took time to get to know what would make our stay fun and relaxing. The beach and amenities were wonderful and the space was very clean and well-kept. We ended up booking an extra night in the site after we arrived. We have added B.E.N.T. Acres to our list for future trips to Princeton. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

What an amazing and unexpected gem! B.E.N.T felt like visiting family while spending sunny days on a fabulous beach on the river! You can feel the love and care in every detail here from the comfy beach chairs to the wimsy decorations adorning the property 😀 not to mention the outhouses that felt like an indoor affair- tiled and immaculate! A definite treat to sleep under the blowing poplar trees and laze the days away! See you again soon Treena and family!

BENT Acres is a fantastic gem of a camp. Treena was welcoming, kind and accommodating. The camping area has lots of shade with big mature trees. We loved the birdsong! The beach is especially amazing for hanging out at with a variety of chairs, shade, and games.

Treena is absolutely amazing and the site is so awesome with tons of space per site and my family and my sister family had fun, especially the river area kids enjoyed playing by the sand we took lots of photos and videos and our group of 7 enjoyed the large fire pit with kids marshmallows and we have a morning short trailing around the site and the view is stunning 💁🏻‍♀️we would recommend.

This is a simple site not far off a main road. Tanya was easy to communicate with, the site was clean, and electricity was available at our site which was great! It is important to note that the washrooms are only available during the cidery hours but wasn’t a big deal for us! A beautiful view and would stay again.

I had a great night at B.E.N.T. The weather was cooler than I would’ve liked, and I’m grateful it didn’t rain. Checked out the paths to the Duck Pond and back to the River Beach. The outhouses are the best I’ve ever encountered. Maybe an odd thing to review; they were impeccably clean. Thought I was going to be the only camper, but someone came in late. Next morning the new campers accidentally locked themselves out of their vehicle. I drove her to Princeton to get strong cell service to call BCAA. I would love to come back next year. Except I want it to be hot then I’d be willing to do a dip in the river. Site was large to me. Car and a tent. Solo camper and I felt safe. Highly recommend visiting. Enjoyed visiting with you Treena!
