There is a small cabin and two camp sites to choose from.
Site 1 is best suited for tents and small campervans, less than 18' or so (though people with small trailers like tear drop campers have been fine).
Site 2 has a much larger flat area that can hold RVs up to 30'.
Cabin available for those that want to sleep in a cozy bed and have a warm fire :)
Outhouse on the property, which is just a pit toilet. It is a working farm so will likely have various equipment around at times as well as workers at certain times of the year. You’ll likely meet our very friendly and very energetic Bernedoodle, Bernie. If you prefer to keep him out of your campsite just let us know and we can keep him closer. Otherwise, he thinks he has the run of the place! Please check to see if campfires are allowed (live in a high-risk fire zone) and firewood is available with an extra charge. If you need anything to better enjoy your stay, just let us know!
Our property is located in Peachland, BC. Positioned midway between Kelowna and Pentiction, it is the perfect location to draw from both population centres and is well-positioned to act as a hub for popular wine and other agri-tourism activities. Tons of parking for trucks & trailers. Sleeps up to 5 single adults or a family of 6. An easy 35 to 45 minute commute to all the local mountains and lakes between Sicamous Lakes & Revelstoke. You will never run short of things to do. Also great during hunting season and for snowmobilers, skiers & snowboarders during winter season fun.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests can access all parts of the property except for the shop, which is off limits. Also, please remember that there is wildlife in the area. Please do not leave food outside and always keep the cabin door closed so smaller animals will not enter and make it their home.
GUEST INTERACTION
I am available by phone, text or email anytime. If it is an emergency then please call or text. There are also 2 site managers available upon request for any urgent issues that may arise and for snow removal.
CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS
There is a digital deadbolt on the front door. I will message you the code on check-in-day. To unlock the door simply enter the code and wait for the lock to open. You can manually lock the door from the inside. When leaving for the day simply close the door and press the lock symbol and the door will lock.

We were a group of 6 in 2 camper vans and a truck tent and the site by the gazebo was great. We enjoyed the views and got to wake up to horses grazing in the pasture. There was lots of space, it was flat, and there was a campfire ring right there. Good group camping spot.
Ken was also so friendly and helpful. Such a great host. Charlie (the dog) came to visit as well, so we got to enjoy his company each day too. Would definitely stay here again!

Camp 1 handled our Class B. I rented both sites and our friends were introduced into Hipcamping using site 2. Their trailer a small to medium size fit easily there with a drive through setup. The two camps are closer together for RVs but further apart of tents campers.
The camp property is a very short drive on a large dirt road. It is located at a 600 foot elevation above town, we decided not to ride the bikes to town due one rider uses a three wheel bike which needs more space.
The condition was OK but could be checked for trash we try to pickup what was there. It was great having access to water being that this was our fourth stop on this trip. Great to be in the country with a sea of grapes and lake in you front view. We did see and hear turkeys and other wild life.
The gate needed to be opened and closed it could use a tune-up.

We loved tenting at Back Forty Vineyards. The view waking up to rows of grapevines each morning was beautiful, and the amount of stars at night around the fire was incredible.
We stayed in Site 2 which is down in a small hollow, which was nice for privacy. Site 1 is not too far away but its up on a bit of a hill so it does still feel private.
There's an outhouse not far from the site, and a water tap between the 2 campsites which is convenient. There's nowhere to shower so prepare accordingly. Daryn offers firewood for sale by the full or half wheelbarrow, which are decently priced.
Daryn was a great host. He sent a welcome message before our arrival with all the necessary instructions, and any questions I had he was very responsive to. And I can't forget to mention Bernie, the farm dog who watches over the vineyard. He's a friendly boy and likes to check in on his campers.
All in all I would definitely recommend camping here to anyone looking for an alternative experience to the typical cramped campground style. It's not every day you get to wake up, drink a coffee and eat breakfast in a vineyard. I'm sure we'll be back again soon!

The campsite boasts a stunning mountain-ringed location and offers all the essential amenities, including clean wash basins, a versatile water hose, and a spotless shower room. We arrived late, and his dad kindly assisted us with lighting for our tent setup. The site features ample parking, a powered electrical pole with multiple outlets, and a strong sense of security. It's an ideal, family-friendly spot in Osoyoos that I highly recommend and would gladly visit again.

Beautiful and quiet camping spot (campsite 1) at the edge of the forest and overlooking the vineyards. Outhouse, fresh water. Close to Peachland. Perfect for a beautiful night of camping if you don’t need a shower in the morning (the lake worked just fine). We didn’t meet the host, but he was responsive to our texts. Thank you Daryn!
PS: choose campsite 1 if you can, as it is elevated, while campsite 2 is lower.
