Just 4 minutes from shops, yet set on 13 acres with Greenwood Lagoon—one of the largest lagoons in the area, home to over 90 different bird species. The lagoon is suitable for fishing, swimming, kayaking, and non-powered small boats. Enjoy leisurely, peaceful walks as the property is located near the World Heritage–listed rainforest in Northern NSW. Birdwatchers will love the variety: 90 species observed in just three days with one hour of watching per day. You can see multiple waterbird species, including a sea osprey that has nested here for at least 40 years. Nearby amenities include local restaurants and cafés, tennis courts, a skate park, golf course, bowling club, and indoor bowling. On Saturdays, visit the local markets. Explore bushwalking trails into the rainforest and discover locally made arts and crafts in various stores.

This is a really beautiful campsite! We were so lucky to have one of the sites all to ourselves during the Easter weekend! Sonya was the best host we have ever had at a campsite and even let us borrow her gazebo. Fishing by the water was beautiful catching carp, eel tailed catfish and plenty of eels. Definitely will come back

Greenwood Lagoon site 1
Greenwood Lagoon is a good spot to set up by the lake. We went just for 1 night to see if it was a suitable spot to take the grandkids back for some swimming and kayaking. We will definitely be coming back to make full use of the lake. Sonya was a great host and very keen to ensure that our stay was a good one.
