Just 4 minutes from shops, yet set on 13 acres with Greenwood Lagoon—one of the largest lagoons in the area, home to over 90 different bird species. The lagoon is suitable for fishing, swimming, kayaking, and non-powered small boats. Enjoy leisurely, peaceful walks as the property is located near the World Heritage–listed rainforest in Northern NSW. Birdwatchers will love the variety: 90 species observed in just three days with one hour of watching per day. You can see multiple waterbird species, including a sea osprey that has nested here for at least 40 years. Nearby amenities include local restaurants and cafés, tennis courts, a skate park, golf course, bowling club, and indoor bowling. On Saturdays, visit the local markets. Explore bushwalking trails into the rainforest and discover locally made arts and crafts in various stores.
