Best experience camping by far!! Annette went out of her way to help my friends and I set up our tent, provided us a fire pit as well as fire wood and made us feel so welcome! Such a kind and friendly host and even introduced us to all of her pets such as the dogs and the cows!!!

Annette was very friendly. Place was clean and mowed. Water tapes around the area, bins also around the area. Close to canowindra.

Great location, not far out of town. Some of the block very elevated.
Improvement: Owner needs to be visable, we didn't even meet the owner.

We loved camping at Annette's place. There was plenty of space and it was it was beautiful and quiet. As we were there for the Balloon Glow it was a lovely sight when the Balloons launched from just down the road one morning.

If you are passing through or need somewhere to park for a few days, this is the spot. Oodles of space, just on the edge of town. Flushing toilet, some sights with water and free firewood. We stayed 3 nights for the Hot Air Balloon Festival and would come back in a heart beat. Annette is a great host and super knowledgeable in the local area.

Annette was an exceptional host, welcomed us like family and offered firewood which was dry and very easy to split/burn. We had a wonderful stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back again. Very convenient location - only a few minutes into Canowindra (where a couple of public dump points are easily accessible), short drive to Cowra. Beautiful sunsets and sunrise over the paddocks.

Easy access great hosts. Nothing was too much trouble and we got a Greyhound Race every morning and afternoon.

Peaceful property! Easy to find. Flushing toilet was a bonus. Annette was a fantastic host and made you feel comfortable and welcome. My second time staying at the property and would come back again.

Overall we had a lovely stay, one night. Plenty of flat grassy sites. Flushing toilet was great. Around us fenced were chickens, llamas, cattle and sheep. The camp sites were tidy and there was a tap available (not for drinking). The only downside for us was the continual barking of the household dogs. Morning was the worst. Without the barking it would have been more pleasant.

Annette was a lovely host! Her property is beautiful and well set out. Easy to find and access, the flushing toilet was a treat! Pets were allowed and the property is huge and fully fenced where the dog was allowed to have a roam if he wanted.
The cows and llamas made it even better. Would definately recommend staying here and I might do so again on my trip home if I’m heading that direction! Thanks for the stay.

Annette and her partner were the perfect hosts! So welcoming, helpful and generous! I booked last minute and they were so kind. Great set up with the bathroom. The Alpacas were a real treat to see in the morning. I would definitely recommend staying and would love to go back!

We stayed for the annual balloon festival in canowindra and this property was not far from town easy to find. We stayed 2 nights with other friends and the kids loved it was able to ride there bikes even seen the balloons go over both days from the camp site. Think we will be back nxt yr.

Our second year in a row and no complaints here. Even had our grandson tag along this year.

Great location, in beautiful rural setting, busy as expected for balloon weekend. The house pet dogs barking were a bit annoying.
Might be worth advising guests about dump point in town so they don’t use toilet as a dump for cassettes. Be good if generator use was during specific hours only. Had a good time and the balloons were magnificent. Thank you for your hospitality

Good spot and an easy drive into Canowindra for the balloon festival activities. We didn't get a chance to meet Annette as she was busy with the festival. Very nice fellow campers. The toilet is novel and was clean and functional. Thanks very much Annette!

This was the perfect place for our night stop over. Plenty of space to choose to camp for the night even with several caravans already in place. The flushable toilet inside the old hot air balloon gas tank (I think that’s what it is haha) was unique as well as convenient. Cynthia the cow and her ever so fluffy ears is just beautiful and to here her moo’s morning and night was lovely. The site we set up our swags on was flat and the area for our fire was just what was needed. Hosts we both really friendly and accomodating & best of all our puppy who came with us was quite content. Certainly recommend this place.
