Owned and run by our family for over 20 years. We have loved the farm so much we decided others should get to experience it too and let them get out and take in the peace and serenity of being in nature. We offer 7 spacious campsites as well as a self sufficient cabin overlooking stunning sunset views to the west of our property. We also have communal flushable toilets for our campers. Escape the busy city life and come light a campfire and watch the sunrise and sunset and enjoy the amazing views and wildlife and keep an eye out for koalas in the trees. Bathurst is known for motorsports thanks to Mount Panorama, one of the world’s most famous circuits. It hosts a number of international racing events, including the Bathurst 12 Hour and the Bathurst 1000. When it's not being used for a race, the public can take a spin around the course and visit wineries along the track. Visit the National Motor Racing Museum, right next to the track. The Australian Fossil and Mineral Museum boasts a Tyrannosaurus Rex skeleton and the Bathurst Regional Art Gallery is home to a wonderful collection of Australian paintings and contemporary artworks. Spend the day in Bathurst by seeing many of the amazing sites including the famous Ben Chiffley Dam and spend the day on the water and even a short drive to Rockley to visit the famous pub now owned by Matt Moran. BACK CREEK

The Back Creek site is secluded and surrounded by native bush land with a designated firepit. Be off the grid and isolated from others while you take in the peaceful surrounds. Play spot the Koala, this place is know to have many Koalas. Warning not suitable for kids and caution must be taken due to mineshafts nearby in the dense bushland. A 4wd or Awd vehicle is required for access. Site does require some leveling if you want to be next to the fire but in the trees is level for your tent or van.

KOALA HILL 2.0

Koala hill new location is private and away from the main road. Own private access road seperate to all the other camp sites. So no dusty roads anymore. This is known for Koalas keep an eye out . Large flat area to set up your retreat away from home, where you can watch the sun rise and sun set elevated at the highest campsite. Unfortunately the best views do have to have a sacrifice, this site is the furthest from the toilets, but its only a short drive or a long walk. Alternatively, bring your own toilet. Site can get abit dusty from other campers. Recommended one night stays or stay abit further down at another site just message us.

This is a lovely, lovely place. The view!!! 100% recommend this spot. So much wildlife. And special mention to the toilets. Luxury for a camp. These are the best I have see and kudos to the hosts for a brilliant setup. It is accessible in 2wd cars. Just go slow. Take lots of firewood. If the wind is up, the site can eat wood due to the wind. Making a windbreak is recommended and will save you wood. SO BEAUTIFUL!!! If you want a quiet, beautiful camp. Go no further.

DOLCE VITA
Camped at Dulce Vita. Beautiful views..distant mountains...sheep and goats in the paddock next door but especially a family of wedge tail eagles who must live close by. Magnificent. It was a fairly level site but not flat and would offer some shade in summer. Our stay was in May so pretty cold but plenty of sun on this site and a nice time of year as there are no flies and the Autumn colours of trees on the road to Bathurst make the drive to and from memorable. We had a nosy at the other sites so we knew where to stay next time. The sites mostly face east so you get the beautiful morning sun but if you want to escape the arvo heat then Hill View...Koala Hill...Wooden Valley....Back Creek would offer some shade. Next time we return in winter we would stay at Mountain View. Nice big flat site..tucked away privately in the corner of the paddock with sun all day. We needed good Optus phone coverage which we got. Overall a great stay and look forward to another visit. As a side note..make sure you stop at FoodWeDo...just on the outskirts of Bathurst on the way to Mt Testa. Great pies and superb in house baked pastries. Perfect for around the fire later that evening. You wont be sorry.

KOALA HILL 2.0
Stayed at koala hill 2.0 and was beautiful. Spacious space with a some decent level ground to set up on. Grounds were well maintained and amenities were clean. Directions and instructions from host were super clear and the place was easily found.

Was a lovely little spot, we managed to get a spot with some trees for some privacy and shade. Awesome fire pit and plenty of wood around to burn. Short drive or long walk to flushing toilets! Have already recommended to family and friends and will be back for sure! Host very accomodating too

We arrived and weren’t able to find the campground. Google maps had us in the middle of someone’s paddock, we had no signal with no ability to call or msg anyone.

Had a great time camping in this nice, isolated spot—exactly what we were looking for to unwind and disconnect. The campfire experience was definitely a highlight—perfect for cozy evenings and making s’mores. Toilets were clean, which is always a huge plus when you're out in nature. Overall, a peaceful and well-kept place to enjoy the outdoors

This is the best campground I’ve been to. We stayed at the Back Creek which is very private and quiet. The sky was so clear and we could perfectly see the Milky Way.

Amazing, remote, tranquil, relaxing. My kids and I had a ball. Teaching 8 yr olds how to set up a swag, fetch firewood, build and light a fire, spot constellations and satellites, throw rocks in a dam, watch for snakes, cook without electricity...and a flushing toilet 400m away. We'll be back.

We had a great weekend at Mount Testa with our 5 dogs. Plenty of space so you don’t feel on top of other camps. Toilet block was a nice touch 😊

The campsite was clean and well maintained! We had toilets at our campsite that were very clean! Instructions given by Michael were easy to understand and follow! Loved that it is off leash friendly as my dog had a blast exploring around the campsite! We will definitely be booking another camping trip there in the future!

Had an amazing weekend at this hidden gem. We stayed at the Mountain View camp site which had an amazing view from sunrise to sunset. Flushing toilets were well maintained and lit at night time. Camp sites are well spread across the property. Michael was quick to respond to messages leading up to our stay. From the main road to the property is a maintained gravel road. 2WD cars can access the property if you take care. Will definitely be back again!

Beautiful spot, very private. The toilets were awesome and very clean. Was nice to have a bit of space to crank the music and not be bothering anyone else. Lots of firewood around and really easy to find your campsite.

Second time camping at Koala HIll and Michael's land. It's a gift that keeps on giving. Lovely, safe and peaceful. Our kids love exploring the surroundings. Loads of exciting wildlife and animals and no industrial sounds to be hears. We'll keep coming back!

I booked this camping in short notice and it was accepted the next morning and owner is not bothered if you rock up late in the night. I didn't personally meet the owner but he had dumped a heap of firewood on our campsite which I was not expecting. The toilets are amazing and very well maintained (AND THEY FLUSH!!!). Our site which was stargazing flat was far away enough from the from the road where dust wasn't an issue (could be wind dependant) and the site was accessible by 2wd (my mates car was a lowered car and made it without scraping or anything). More so a FYI to new people when I was coming in and out there is a section where there was a heap of cows on the road so keep slow, they all did move if you just kept creeping through. Sites are marked easily upon entering with signs pointing to which road to take. Definitely will be coming back to try out the other sites 😁

Wooden Valley campsite. The location is stunning, with breathtaking views and a flat, well-maintained ground, making it easy to pitch tents. The site is quiet, private, and far from other groups, which added to the serene, peaceful atmosphere. One of the highlights was the abundance of wood around, allowing us to have cozy, roaring fires each night to stay warm and relax. Our campsite had plenty of space and privacy, making it feel like we had the entire valley to ourselves. We spent our evenings watching the sunset and stargazing—truly magical. The toilet facilities were close by, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained, which added to the comfort of our stay. Michael’s property is immaculate, and the directions were clear and organized, making our arrival hassle-free. Overall, Wooden Valley is a beautiful and peaceful spot, perfect for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle. We can’t wait to return and experience another night under the stars! Highly recommended.

Great camp site, the view is amazing. Amenity is good and clean, in walking distance from our site. The sites are well spread out so each group could enjoy their stay with good privacy. The site we stayed has good Optus 4G coverage as well, hard to tell if this is good or bad, depends on if you want to stay connected with the rest of the world or want to disconnect and enjoy some peaceful time.

We were on wooden valley and it was a Wonderful experience, close to the toilets, very clean and maintained. Would recommend. Loved that it was off leash and pet friendly!
