Our property is situated on a working apple and cherry orchard at the base of Mount Canobolas, 10 minute drive from Orange. The region has much to offer including amazing wineries and cellar doors, quaint villages with artisans shops, hot air balloon rides, waterfalls, the Arch Cave and more. Here at The Orchard visitors are welcome to pick their own fruit in season, at a cost. Please speak to your host if you are interested. There are plenty of local food and wine venues in the surrounding area for you to enjoy. Lake Canobolas is close by for swimming and there are a number of walking/ hiking trails in the beautiful Mount Canobolas National Park. Pets are welcome but we do have livestock on the property to please keep them under control. Campfires are allowed as long as there are no fire restrictions in place. Amenities are available for campers. A shower and toilets are also available to campers.

Great spot for a few days. Very quiet and the views of the surrounding hills, cherry and apple blossoms added to the serenity. Tracey and family were great host. Our dog, Juno felt very relaxed. My only comment would be the bathrooms were not cleaned regularly but it is a working farm. Definitely would recommend and visit again.

Site 1 - The Orchard
Absolutely loved my stay, loved the feeling of just being back on the farm, my dog enjoying his stay too. Had some lovely walks around the property and enjoyed watching the sunset from the top of the hill and seeing all the apple trees in blossom. It was a very peaceful and relaxing few nights away. Can’t wait to visit again sometime.

The Orchard is a beautiful place to stay. Well located close to wineries and the amazing sight seeing spots of Orange. Quiet setting yet a short drive to art that central Orange has to offer. Having power as well as flush toilets and warm shower was something not always offered at this type of venue. The added ‘lunch room’ was a welcome relief as a warm meeting spot for our friends and us when the weather took a very cold turn. Communication, instructions and on site assistance were all helpful. We would definitely return.

Where to begin!! Tracey and Tyler are absolutely WONDERFUL hosts!! The site is beautiful, well kept. All amenities are within walking distance, are kept very clean. Showers, hot water, it could not have been better. Beautiful farm, we got a lovely tour of the farm from Tyler. Within driving distance of many beautiful places, from town. The views are absolutely unbeatable. But the hosts truly made this stay fantastic. DEFINITELY will be coming back. Could not recommend this enough!!! BOOK NOW!!

We were the only ones here, so we enjoyed the peace and quiet in a wide open space. Tracey gave us clear directions and also plenty of information about things to do in the area, and apart from ensuring we settled in comfortably respected our privacy. So much better than a crammed caravan park!

Nice quiet area. We had a powered site. Big grass area, clean toilets & showers, close to wineries & short drives to walks, landmarks & the centre of Orange. Tracey was a lovely host, checking in on us to make sure everything was okay. We picked some apples from their orchard & made friends with ‘Willow’, Tracey’s kelpie. We arrived in the rain, so the ground was very wet. Once the sun came out, the ground dried quickly & we settled in for clear warm days & nights by the fire. We had a camper trailer & our older children with their toddlers had tents.

Had an awesome few nights at The Orchard. Plenty of room, nice and quiet, power hookup and well appointed amenities. Had a fire pit both nights and it such a great night under the starts with the piece and quiet. Tracey is an amazing host and kept in touch during our stay to make sure we were comfortable and also to share some Tips on a few quaint cellar doors in the region. Stayed at site 7, it was level and had wonderful grass and full northern facing. Highly recommend camp.

Site 13 - The Orchard
Three vans, 3 couples had a wonderful camp at the Orchard. Tracey was great to accommodate our needs with dogs & the perfect weather helped for the perfect long weekend. Toilet, shower Facilities and power were a welcome bonus to other Hipcamps. European wasps were unwelcome guests so we cooked inside at breakfast. Would definitely camp again and recommend to others.

We had the pleasure of staying at site 1 at the Orchard just outside Orange. Fantastic location under a large pine tree. Close to the very clean amenities. Tracey has firewood available with firepits at each site. Great spot. 10 min out of town but a million miles away. Awesome host. Will return

We stayed at Tracey's orchard at the start of a 2 week road trip. We were met by Tracey on arrival where she showed us all the amazing amenities. The camp-site was well kept and very picturesque. We were able to pick some delicious apples and it was a bonus that it was walking distance to a couple of wineries. Tracey's orchard is a top spot with and amazing host.

What a beautiful property and wonderful, generous hosts. Apples from the orchard so delicious (kids loved picking their own) and beautiful clear skies for a little fire and stargaze. Thank you so much, we will be back!
