Launch from the property and explore the calm waters of the Wallingat River, or simply relax by the riverbank and enjoy the tranquillity of this special part of the NSW Mid North Coast. Bordering the magnificent 7,000-hectare Wallingat National Park, the property is surrounded by towering timbers, lush palms and abundant native bushland. The area is home to amazing birdlife and wildlife, making it a wonderful place for nature lovers, photographers and anyone looking to escape the crowds. Spend your days exploring walking trails beneath the tall forest canopy paddling along the river, watching the birds, or simply sitting around camp and soaking up the peace and quiet. Bachelor Forest Lodge offers a genuine bush camping experience in a beautiful natural environment — a place to slow down, reconnect with nature and experience the magic of the Wallingat River and surrounding national park.
