We had an amazing time staying at Mei’s! The area is quiet and remote and the views are amazing! We arrived a day late due to flight cancellations and Mei offered us an extra night for free which was very kind. She was very accommodating and made everything very clear for us. Shower and toilet facilities are great and showers were nice and warm. Fridges are very useful for storing food and freezers had ice lollies for guests which was a nice touch! Would 100% recommend staying here. Thanks Mei!

Stayed at long flat for 3 nights. Site was very large and well maintained. Had platypus right in front of our camp each night. They came out just as the sun set over the range. Jo and Ian were very welcoming and happy to help. All sites spaced far apart so you hear no noise of other campers. Highly recommend and we already booked our next weekend away while we there.

we selected a site 5 amongst the tall gums, watching the dappled light shine through the tree tops and the sound of the birds was peacefull, the location was only 5 mins off the highway but very quiet without any traffic noise it was a great stop on our way further south, it is a large site with tall trees, branches and logs were gathered up against the tree by the host, excellent thought. we loved the setting greg

This place is an absolute delight. Very peaceful and welcoming. Me and the kids loved playing with the dog, walking around the property and making use of the shared covered area and kitchen facilities. This is a great place to stop for the night, so close to the highway yet surrounded by nature (no road noise). The directions were very clear and signage made it even easier. Accessibility is great for large vehicles towing large caravans. The sites are very well maintained and spaced out. Would recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our couple of nights at OKA. Beautiful peaceful location with majestic trees filled with staghorns and a lovely dam with pretty water lilies. The facilities are well maintained and the camp kitchen is amazing - complete with chandeliers and lots of eclectic things to look at. Kellie and Rod were very welcoming as was their beautiful dog Ruby.

We stayed at ‘The Rapids’ site which was a beautiful spot overlooking the river. Access was easy for our 15ft van. The hosts were very welcoming and communication was great. The beautiful town of Stroud is about 8kms away if you need any supplies. We’ll definitely be back.

You can enjoy access to flushable toilets x 2 and a singular hot shower and a singular cold shower for those after the beach days, please BYO toiletries. We ask that you place all of your rubbish in the bins provided .. we can take your recyclable cans and bottles for the Earn and Return program. To clarify .. YES we have a garbage bin for general waste only .. no recycling bin. We allow campfires when it is safe. ALL fires must be contained in a fire pit. SORRY BUT IT IS STILL A NO!! - If you have solar panels to charge you might have to chase the sun a little, as there are plenty of shaded areas which is perfect come summer. We do not allow the use of "Slackline or Tightropes" strung between our trees, it causes them to be ringbarked after a prolonged use .. meaning they die in the long run .. rope clotheslines and hamocks perfectly ok on the palms, sheoaks and paperbarks!! - Dogs are permitted here however they must be friendly off leash and must NOT chase my pets which include horses, goats , dogs and our pet chooks. Please pick up after your pooch .. as a courtesy to other guests and also to us, it doesn't happen in a caravan park .. please do the right thing here!! PLEASE ADVISE US UPON BOOKING IF YOU ARE BRINGING A PET/PETS!! - There are animals that live here and they occasionally make animal noises. Specifically, we have a pet Rooster called Billy .. he is meticulous at his job of being a rooster and can start very early in the morning 4am We ask you to please be understanding during your visit, that this is Billy's home and we ask you to PLEASE RETHINK YOUR BOOKING if you feel this might impact on your holiday or your guests holiday. Pets are welcome please pick up after them. Unfortunately, due to a recent incident. All dogs from now on must be on a leash at all times. The dangerous dog in question bit 4 people in less than 24 hours. Including my husband twice. You know your dog, But you cannot predict what another campers's dog is going to be like. Any dog on the NSW dangerous dogs list is absolutely not welcome here. Free use of fire pits and free firewoods. You will need to be split the logs yourself. axes and wheelbarrows are supplied. Hot showers and decent toilets, Good mobile phone signal. Two Communal Fridges .There is lots of space for campers. We have two sites with shade, four without. We suggest you bring a decent quality gazebo or equivalent. If you choose a non-shady site and then it's sunny, it is beyond our control. We are located on a dead end road, so very rare to have any traffic after 8pm. PLEASE NOTE: 1) We ONLY ALLOW ONE camper trailer or ONE caravan per site. No limit on number of tents. 2) IF You Have more than 3 vehicles/site please contact host before booking. 3) Depending on the weather on the day, we may have to limit the number of vehicles that can be parked adjacent to your campsite. 4) NO late night check in . If you are a group larger than two people, the check in time is between midday and sunset. Do not arrive after sunset. If in doubt call. 5) As the business name suggests (mountain) our property is on a hill. we are creating more level campsites. This year the weather has been terrible. From record rain to drought conditions in 3 months. Because of the earthworks there has been a bit of dust, which we have tried to control with grass seed and then no rain.... once each section of earthworks is done. Shade trees are being planted. But they are slow to grow. 6) Please check weather report a minimum of 7 days before you arrive and CANCEL your booking if you are not sure. 7) We cannot control the wind, the sun, rain, or lack of rain.

Message before booking about access, particularly after rain, if you don't have a 4WD/off-road van. Dogs are welcome and are fine to be off-lead provided they don't chase horses and are friendly.
