Diamond Park Campsite

We had such a nice stay! The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. The site was amazing and we felt secluded yet secure. Our dog had the best time out of all of us. Very dog and kid friendly. Easy drive to the beach, and great spots to eat and have a coffee. The shower and toilet block made it feel like a glamping experience and we will definitely be back. Thanks to the hosts!

Doggy Heaven Paradise

Loved the Big Tree camp site. Was very big and spacious with complete privacy and fully fenced to keep our Samoyed's and little bischon contained with no worries. Beauitful piece of heaven. Toilet and amenities very clean and well cared for. Thank you Catherine and John for an awesome time and we will defintely be back again and again .

We loved camping at Diamond Park Campsite. Surrounded by nature, our kids (5 & 3y.o) were able to wake up to the sounds of kookaburras every morning! The amenities were very clean and the site was perfect for our group. We will definitely be heading back with friends and family!

We had a lovely time at Diamond Park Campsite. Catherine and her husband are very warm and friendly and the property is very beautiful with dams and nature reserves close by. The facilities are excellent and the wildlife is amazing. Our dog loved it too. It was a safe and relaxing place to be for a few days. We hope to return to explore more of the surrounds in the future.

So private, and I could hear the ocean especially at night. The fire pit was ready to go with extra wood supplied, rainwater tank was very handy. Close to town, great breakfast place a few minutes drive. Loved it, thanks Catherine!

Extra Guests - Number 1 Site

Great position. Only 1km to Diamond beach for a surf. And 2km to blackhead pool ( great for little ones) Cath was very friendly and so was John (her father in law ). The site is fenced and the big tree offered lots of shade. Very clean compost toilet and hot shower available. Good feed at the Bowling club too. Thank you for your hospitality. We will be back

Great place to stay for your camping trip. Very good directions to get there, the host meets you at the gate and takes you in. Fenced area was great for our dog to run around in. Amenities close by and very clean. Lots to explore on the property or it’s very close to get into town. Had a great time camping there

What a great property. Camping in the fenced area was great to let the dog run around. A wood pile was supplied for us and the camp is right on a lagoon. Plenty to see and do exploring around the property. Close to the beach and Foster or Old Bar for a day trip. We will be back, had a great stay.

Delight at Diamond Park

Our stay was fabulous, felt like we were a million miles from anywhere, when in fact just a 2 min drive to beach and shops. The setting was beautiful, sound of the ocean near by lulled you to sleep and the various birdsongs were a delight to wake to. The hosts of this property went out of their way to make us feel welcome and to ensure our stay was enjoyable The day old lambs in the paddock were the icing on the cake

Jone and Catherine gave us a warm welcome. The site was peaceful with birdsong, fully fenced so my little dog could run safely. Beautiful water views, plus access to toilet, shower, and a fridge made it a real gem. Even when it rained, the shed with table and chairs kept us comfortable. Such a lovely stay—I’d love to come back!

Our original trip had to be cancelled due to the weather, Catherine was really great and allowed us to come the next weekend. The spot was really nice, Catherine and John were very kind and accomodating. The site was very spacious, well kept and the amenities were very clean. Really enjoyed our stay and definitely will be back :)

Super quiet.

What a awesome time we had at Diamond Beach Camp. The Big Tree site we had was very large and level mowed grass. The patio and table and chairs provided and the potable water tank made staying here a breeze for cooking and relaxing. Just up from the camp site there was a composting toilet which was very convenient. The main toilet and shower block was about 400 metres away and was super clean and inviting. Leaving the camp site to explore the surroundings was super easy and the beautiful town of Diamond Beach was 1.2ks away. Everything here was just so easy and the hosts were very friendly and gave us our privacy. If we needed anything they were only a wave of the hand away. Lovely property with some sheep and Deer which were tame and friendly. Will definitely be back nothing was a issue.

Scenery, silence and hot water

Catherine and Ben took us in at very short notice. We were made feel very welcome and the amenities were wonderful. Hot water, great camp kitchen, beautiful scenery and serenity. Anyone who says the driveway is too steep or too rough, hasn’t driven a Mercedes coach up it without a problem, like we did. We loved this short stop over - 5 adults, 1 teenager, 1 toddler and 5 dogs. Thank you for the wonderful overnight stay. Oh and the horses are beautiful 😍

Extra Guests - Number 1 Site

The camping at Catherine’s site was amazing! Both her and John were super accommodating and helpful with locating the site and managing the wet weather. The facilities were extremely clean (including the compost toilet) and added a level of luxury to the tent camping experience. We got to feed the sheep and deer as well as meet newly born twin lambs. Overall the site is very well maintained, easy to find, great location and super hosts. Would highly recommend!

We loved it so much the first time and came back for more and brought family and friends with us. Everyone loved the peace and quiet waking up to the sounds of nature. Breakfast overlooking the dam with the sunrise was amazing. No fish this time they managed to elude my husband’s line, but they did get a great feed. The dogs loved that they could run free in the fenced camping area, my foxie did not stop, forever on perimeter patrol and hunting the skinks which managed to get away. Planning our next trip to again enjoy this little piece of paradise.

Great spot for larger groups!

Amazing stay! Huge secure snapping ground for the extended family to enjoy! Catherine is a wonderful host, great communication and instructions, John was amazing at the property, so helpful and kind! The “Big Tree” spot was perfect, plenty of space for the kids and the dog to play and run around without bothering the neighbours, close to the toilet and the shower and laundry, though a little bit further away, were very well kept. Our crew had a very large caravan/Land Rover, Kluger w/rooftop and a large Isuzu NNR camper truck and there was plenty of room to spare. The campfire was great. Thank you!

Great campsite that was private with its fenced areas. Compost toilet nearby the campsite with plumbed toilet and shower further away near the entry to the property. The hosts houses were a distance away so the site was always private but they checked it regularly in case we needed anything which was good. Will definitely book again if we are staying near diamond beach. Our family enjoyed the animals at the farm as well as the dams for fishing.

Excellent spot and very welcoming hosts. Fenced paddocks are very private and the shelters are very handy for shade and rain protection. Really appreciated the flexibility of the hosts when rain/flooding was impacting our stay.

Excellent Hipcamp. So thoughtfully put together. The shelter with table and bench seats, water tank and filled firewood storage are fantastic facilities, as is the composting toilet (very clean and well stocked) and shower/washing facilities. Everything has been thought of. Beach 5 minutes drive away, fishing on the property or in the adjoining waterway and super friendly and helpful hosts. Grassy fully fenced site a bonus with poochie in tow - no stress about him chasing the property livestock. Cath and owner John were amazingly helpful with any questions, needs and lots of info about things to do. We will absolutely stay again. Jo

Beautiful peaceful site next to the dam. Was handy the site was fenced, our dogs loved the freedom to roam. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. The amenities were clean and tidy. Would definitely stay again 😊

The ultimate in privacy.

Absolutely loved this site. The ultimate in privacy for a few days to relax and a huge fenced site for the dog to run around. Catherine went above and beyond and even took care of my doggo when I had to go to hospital during my visit. I expect she will see me again a couple of times a year for the foreseeable future.

Amazing, the people were so nice sites are great I loved going on walks around seeing the animals and the stunning sunset beautiful creek only about 100-200 meters away from my site the dam was great for fishing and the beach is only a 5 minute drive away fires were allowed all the aldults and kids everything there Maybe the mosquitoes abut less but overall 10/10 experience totally recommend. Thank you for the great time.
