We had such a nice stay! The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. The site was amazing and we felt secluded yet secure. Our dog had the best time out of all of us. Very dog and kid friendly. Easy drive to the beach, and great spots to eat and have a coffee. The shower and toilet block made it feel like a glamping experience and we will definitely be back. Thanks to the hosts!

we selected a site 5 amongst the tall gums, watching the dappled light shine through the tree tops and the sound of the birds was peacefull, the location was only 5 mins off the highway but very quiet without any traffic noise it was a great stop on our way further south, it is a large site with tall trees, branches and logs were gathered up against the tree by the host, excellent thought. we loved the setting greg

Weekend Trip to Diamond Park Campsite

Loved the Big Tree camp site. Was very big and spacious with complete privacy and fully fenced to keep our Samoyed's and little bischon contained with no worries. Beauitful piece of heaven. Toilet and amenities very clean and well cared for. Thank you Catherine and John for an awesome time and we will defintely be back again and again .

This is a great place to stop for the night, so close to the highway yet surrounded by nature (no road noise). The directions were very clear and signage made it even easier. Accessibility is great for large vehicles towing large caravans. The sites are very well maintained and spaced out. Would recommend.

What a beautiful property, beautifully maintained, clean, tidy, very friendly hosts, the donga was very nice and the big verandah was very handy as we had other family members with small children camping with us, this made meal time outside very nice. We loved camping here with our dog, very peaceful and beautiful spot. Lots of wildlife and kangaroos and sheep and gorgeous birds. The camp sights are massive with your own fire pit and if you don’t bring wood that’s fine, cause Jaimie the owner brings it straight to you for $20 a big bag and great wood 🪵. The hosts are super friendly and always on hand if you need them. Definitely be back for a paddle and fish.

Lovely spot. Very quiet. Perfect for those wanting a low-key getaway. No services - no water or power - but the plus is that you don't have to share a busy campground. Easy walk to the river. Too far to walk to the beach, but a short drive back to town/main road.

We had a great couple of nights with our dogs. Communication was great and Jaimie and Greg met us as we rolled in. The sites are massive, well maintained and organised, each with a fire pit and seating. The sites are right on the creek with a mown walkway going to the edge of the property, great for walking the dogs. The only noise around was the wildlife. Very peaceful.

Camping at Harrington hideaway was great. The hosts were very welcoming and laid back. The land is nice and flat and there is a generous amount in each camping spot. Would recommend to anyone.

We have a large paddock adjacent to Lansdowne River, where we welcome self-contained campers to set up and enjoy the peace, and easy river access. The paddock does not have any trees or toilet amenities at this stage. So it's currently BYO toilets/showers please, and all waste it to be taken when you depart. We are 20 minutes out of Taree and 50 minutes to Port Macquarie. There are local beaches at Manning Point and Crowdy Head. Great for fishing. There is also 15min to Big Nelly where you can drive to the top of the mountain and many other stops to stop and look over the region, so yiu can take a picnic basket and flask, if yiu feeling more adventures yiu cam stop at Watui Falls amd then head up and over the mountains to ... WARNING this trek of mountain road is only accessible by 4WD. There's also Ellebrough falls. If you’re looking for extra fun we offer Archery lessons and are affiliated with Archery NSW.
