Clear Springs is a very special spot, offering sweeping views over rolling hills, and across to the ocean. King Island lighthouse is visible on clear nights, and there are koalas and wallabies in abundance. Whilst we require you to BYO toilet, we do have hot shower, woodfired hot-tub, power, water and phone reception. The site is all-weather access, and is just a 7-minutes drive to the Apollo Bay township.
Once you catch your breath after initially taking in the sweeping, majestic ocean views, you can find a spot to pitch your tent or park your van. You drive in through a locked farm gate into the fenced camp area. There is not an abundance of flat area, so may not suit if you need large level space.
We don't accept multiple bookings, so the space is all yours. You can choose from a few different spots with near-level ground (choose grass or gravel). The site is open to the amazing ocean views to the south yet the area is nestled among mature trees to give privacy and shelter. There are very few houses dotted around the area and not a single busy road within earshot.
There is 240v mains power (BYO lead and plug into switchboard). And a tank with spring water (natural and untreated, we've been drinking it for years) and a pressure pump (BYO hoses as needed). There is an outdoor gas-heated shower. We also have a woodfired hot tub available for guests, BYO firewood.
Our listing is intended for people looking for a private, tranquil and well-serviced camping area with several bonuses such as power, water, telstra reception, and a hot tub (BYO firewood). And no other guests to worry about. It's much more than a patch of grass! But please BYO toilet - this is mandatory - and leave no trace to allow other people to enjoy the beauty of our property.
**PLEASE NOTE** - not suitable for medium-large caravans, and if towing, it's essential you are comfortable manouvering in tight spaces. Also note the bitumen road has signs advising against caravans (presumably because turning around can require reversing into a driveway).

There are two cabins and a yurt that share a unique dining/kitchen area paired with shared private toilet, outdoor shower and hot and cold bath under the stars for a very relaxing memorable time in nature should you not want to camp.
The cabins are converted shipping containers. Cabin 1 has a king bed, Cabin 2 has 2 double beds (bunk style) and a yurt (1 - 4 people). Shared facilities. Please do note the yurt does not have electricity however we supply portable flood lights to hang in trees and inside. Charging station in the toilet shed or kitchen. The yurt is approx 150 meters from the cabins. It has one super comfortable king and two single matresses. It's warm and so peaceful you will never want to leave. Mains water tap nearby.

If the weathers cool, warm up at the fire pit or by the wood burning fire. Sea Paradise is a spacious and beautifully designed home with spectacular ever-changing ocean views. A 10-minute stroll to the very private St Andrews beach with its rock pools and roaring ocean waves makes this a perfect Sea Paradise escape.
On the top level is the Master bedroom which has access to a balcony with spectacular ocean views, watch the sunrise over the ocean from your warm king-size bed with a lumber control mattress, fitted with an electric blanket, warm Doona, and comfortable pillows. The main room has a walk-through wardrobe with built-in large wardrobes and a small office nook to complete unfinished business. The ensuite has a shower as well as a corner spa bath, a vanity unit, and a separate toilet area.
The upstairs open-plan living area is spectacular offering amazing ocean views throughout. Complete with a dining room setting for 8 guests, with four more bench chairs for extra persons. Relax on the 3 seater lounge and watch the Large LCD TV, sound system, DVD and Netflix. Another two lounges to curl up on and enjoy the Ocean view of Bass straight. The ultimate place to unwind and relax with a drink, read a book or merely sit back taking in the views. Perfect for those who like to entertain and cook up a storm. The beautifully appointed modern kitchen has absolutely everything one could possibly ask for, including a 4 burner electric stove and oven, a microwave, a large fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, and a coffee machine. Also available is a coffee percolator and espresso jug for coffee enthusiasts. One of the major features of this property is the adjoining outdoor entertaining deck complete with an outdoor dining table, commercial grade Christie BBQ, and million-dollar views!

Bedroom one (1) has a double bed, Bedroom two(2) consists of 2 bunk beds a single bunk as well as a king single bunk, all bunks have full slumber mattresses and are strong enough for adults to gently sleep on and in case of extra guests we have provided two (2) foam mattresses under each bunk. Bedroom three (3) has a Queen bed with lumber support sleep-easy mattresses, ocean views can be seen from the lower level but not as well as upstairs. All Bedrooms have built-in wardrobes with extra blankets and pillows for comfort for our guests. Also a centrally located bathroom with shower and toilet.
The downstairs living zone is spacious and an absolutely fantastic area for the kids to play or for those wanting some peace and quiet, complete with a large smart TV Adjoining this room is a kitchenette with a microwave, small fridge, crockery, utensils, kettle, toaster, and coffee pod machine. This is perfect for a couple of families or couples sharing the house providing a fully self-contained area allowing the ultimate in privacy. It also has a laundry with a washing machine, clothes dryer, iron, and ironing board.
This property is truly unique, offering ocean views from the front of the property and then you step out the back into a tranquil bush setting. Hidden among the trees is an outside table entertainment area with a stunning swimming pool.
Sea Paradise also offers reverse-cycle air conditioning/heating throughout. Plenty of parking with enough room in the driveway to park a boat and a number of cars. The double lock-up garage has been transformed into another entertainment area complete with a large pool table and table and chairs...Great area for the kids particularly those teenagers who love to have their own little space! But wait there is more.... A sauna is located in the garage to warm yourself up before jumping into to pool.
Enjoy the colder months snuggled up in the warmth of the house soaking in the ever-changing moods of the ocean, watching for dolphins and whales. Soak in the spa bath and crawl into a warm bed. The only thing that changes in the colder months is our reduced prices.
St Andrews Beach is a lovely quiet suburb with the convenience of having a superb cafe a 10 minute walk down Paradise drive along with a yoga and meditation retreat. Other close must visit places are a 5-minute drive to St Andrew's Brewery, and 10 minutes to Rye Hot Springs. 5 min walk you will also find access to the breathtaking ocean beach.

Beautiful quiet spot with lovely views. My dogs loved being able to sniff and explore the property off leash. The outdoor shower/bath and hot tub were excellent. It did rain throughout my stay and it got quite muddy (expected at this time of year and no fault of the property). Just a friendly reminder to pack extra towels if camping with dogs for those muddy paws.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Yeramba Sunset Campsite 3 and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a family-friendly camping experience.
Anneke is an amazing host, so welcoming, helpful, and genuinely caring. She came to greet us each day and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.
The property is beautiful, well maintained, and surrounded by stunning natural scenery. The campsite itself was spacious and peaceful, with plenty for the kids to enjoy. There are slides, a cubby house, swings, a trampoline, monkey bars, and lots of space to explore.
One of the highlights for our family was feeding the animals. Our son absolutely adored Ben the alpaca and formed such a special bond with him that he’s still asking when we can go back to visit! Our daughter loved the fairy garden along the beautiful nature walk, and both children enjoyed the bush golf game scattered throughout the trail.
There are also dams for fishing, which added another fun activity for the kids. The location is fantastic, just a short 15-minute drive to the charming town of Daylesford and around 30 minutes to Ballarat. We spent a day at Sovereign Hill, which the kids absolutely loved.
This is a beautiful, peaceful property with plenty to keep children entertained while still offering a relaxing getaway for adults. We can’t wait to return! 😊🌅🏕️

We loved our stay! Absolutely perfect for our busy (and noisy) family of 6! Kids loved seeing the cows, ‘helping’ Kev feed them and even a tractor ride thrown in for one of our boys who couldn’t stop grinning!!
Outdoor bath next to the fire pit is a great addition to the setup and we would love to come back with friends next time. Magic view looking out towards the river especially at sunrise and sunset. Thanks heaps for a great weekend!

We loved camping on Carla’s property! The view is stunning & we got to watch the most spectacular sunrise. Cows are super cute and so many babies around. Highlight is definitely watching the fire from a hot bath! Only a short drive into Warrnambool. (Bring earplugs if you think a cow mooing 10 meters from you in the middle of the night might wake you up! Ha ha ha) Highly recommend!!!

Such a beautiful, grounding stay. The cottage was idyllic, peaceful and full of charm, we loved cosying up by the fire after exploring the property. Getting to bring our dogs made it even more special, and the animals were such a joy. Waking up to see deer running through the fields in the morning felt magical.
The hosts were also absolutely lovely, warm, attentive and easy to communicate with. A truly memorable girls’ trip that we’ll all be talking about for a long time, would definitely stay again ☺️

Great little one night stop over at Green Falls. We camped with our Roof Top Tent Setup and didn’t need to do the full awning setup due to the undercover dining area available on site.
The bath was an added bonus however certain not super hot for those that like a very hot bath.
The sunrise in the morning was next level and I highly recommended getting up early to take it all in. The site is a working farm and many cows are scattered around in fenced off paddocks. Even got to have a chat with the Farmer in the morning who explained the workings of the farm.
Great spot highly recommended.

We had a perfect two nights at this Fiona's spot. It was ideal for two dogs and little kids, as fenced off and private...with a few sheep passing through at the bottom of the lot.
Waking up to a pink and orange sunrise with one of the most wonderful camping views we have ever experienced was so peaceful. We loved the hot shower and wood fired bath.

This glamping site is absolutely amazing! It’s everything we could have asked for and more! The tent setup was beautiful, the kitchen was great and the bathroom hadn’t everything you needed. The views were spectacular, it was so peaceful and the night sky was breathtaking! Susie was an amazing host and the food boxes allowed us to not have to leave the site and just enjoy the peace and quiet! We will absolutely be coming back again!!
