The downstairs living zone is spacious and an absolutely fantastic area for the kids to play or for those wanting some peace and quiet, complete with a large smart TV Adjoining this room is a kitchenette with a microwave, small fridge, crockery, utensils, kettle, toaster, and coffee pod machine. This is perfect for a couple of families or couples sharing the house providing a fully self-contained area allowing the ultimate in privacy. It also has a laundry with a washing machine, clothes dryer, iron, and ironing board.
This property is truly unique, offering ocean views from the front of the property and then you step out the back into a tranquil bush setting. Hidden among the trees is an outside table entertainment area with a stunning swimming pool.

Other close must visit places are a 5-minute drive to St Andrew's Brewery, and 10 minutes to Rye Hot Springs. 5 min walk you will also find access to the breathtaking ocean beach.

Nestled right beside the Murrundini River, all 3 campsites are beside the river, and well spaced apart for privacy and peace. Campsite 2 (site two) is shady,
surrounded by tall swamp gums, black wood wattles and tree ferns. This spot is at its best from late spring through to autumn .
Site One is a large flat area beside the river that is good all year round. It has fencing and gates, perfect to let dogs run free without going too far.
Site 3 (Craig's flat), is a large open campsite, able to take more camper-vans/ tents with plenty of space.
All sites have fire places and gas BBQ's (byo gas bottle) And there are plenty of fish for those that want to try their luck.
In response to a recent review, I will point out that the driveway is a gravel farm track, not a paved Freeway. I have had only one complaint about low 2wd vehicles, everyone else seems fine. Contact me before your trip if concerned.
The original home stead (built in
1876) burnt down in the 2009 black Saturday fires. There still remains many 150+ year old elms and other European trees near the toilet block, which are
delightful in autumn.
We have some fantastic views from the hill up and down the Murundindi Valley, especially at sunset. We're located only a few short km's from Wilhelmina Falls and Murundindi Scenic Reserve, you get the best part of the river, without the crowds. We are a
short drive from Melbourne, and easy access to the townships of Yea and Yarra Glen for supplies if you need them. Amazing, abundant
and rare bird life to enjoy and photograph. (see guests photos). I am hoping to increase the nesting and habitat for as many local birds as possible, which has improved, but can get better with Your help. Not destroying large logs and tree's is first and foremost. But if you are inclined , funds for creating nesting spots are greatly appreciated. You can directly ask for donations to go towards specific prospects/ projects. Tawney frog mouths have loved this site till very recently, without explanation, found two dead in last 9 months, that don't explain how or why. For donations specific to conservation, please contact me direct.
With no light pollution this is the ideal spot for star gazing.

Our property, "Seven Hills Tallarook", sits high above Tallarook with deep valleys and high peaks, just over one hour North of Melbourne's CBD. The property is 600 acres of thick Victorian bush and farmed paddocks.
We have a wide range of hobby farm animals - pigs, sheep, alpacas, chickens, ponies, a donkey, along with commercial heard of South African Boer Goats. As night falls, the wildlife come out to play - kangaroos, rabbits, deer and wallabies.
Internally, we have in excess of 10 kilometers of roads within the property, the majority being 2WD accessible (weather conditions apply). There are parts of the property which are only 4WD accessible.
Our campsites are placed to allow you to be as isolated as possible - away from other campers (you may see others as you drive past, or they drive past you). At some of our bush sites, you will be able to see other campers, but they are not close by.
Additionally, we anticipate our Fire Danger Period for the 2025/2026 Summer Season will commence in the coming weeks. We have not toggled the Fire Ban on as we do still allow campfires, however campers MUST adhere to CFA guidelines at all times. On days of Total Fire Ban (TFB), no fires, including gas stoves can be lit outdoors. In event of the TFB toggle needing to be used on Hipcamp, this will advise all guests booked on that day and to all future guests. We will toggle it off once the TFB is removed. Furthermore, we reserve the right to ask you not to light a fire regardless of TFB status if we feel weather conditions are unsafe, especially the wind element. We cannot plan the weather and the request to not light your campfires will most likely be on the day and we will advise as such. Our interest is with your safety, our neighbors and our property and our family.

This is a 5.5 acre block, consisting of the host’s residence, garden and parkland. Polly's Paddock is half of the block.

There is a site with a glamping tent set in the garden.
The 6 metre round tent sleeps 2, with a queen size bed, linen provided.
It is carpeted, has a fridge, kettle and BBQ. Just pack your toothbrush, clothes, food and drinks.

For a refreshing experience there is an outdoor, open air hot shower overlooking the dam.

Pitch your completely self-sufficient sleeping quarters on our peaceful, flat, 7 acre property which backs onto the Bald Hill Nature Reserve and is less than five minutes drive from Kyneton’s historic Piper Street which is full of delightful restaurants and cafes.
Take under an hour to drive up and explore beautiful Bendigo, experience delightful Daylesford nearby and meander around the wonderful wineries of the Macedon Ranges.
Campfires are allowed subject to local fire restrictions and must be fully extinguished before you turn in for the night. Please search for the CFA website 'Fire Danger Period: Can I or Can't I?' which has all of the appropriate information. Each site has a fire pit which you can use providing it is not a total fire ban.
Firewood is available at a cost to you of $50 per wheelbarrow load which will easily cover two nights.
We have four separate camping locations on the property; you can easily have up to four RVs on sites 1, 2 and 4 and two on site 3. We have tried to ensure privacy for each location but you may be able to see other guests and/or the house through the many trees.
Please be aware that there are two dams on the property so children should supervised at all times. My own children swim in the dam and there is a kayak available but lifejackets must be worn by children in, around and on the water to minimise risk.
Pets are welcome. The kangaroos may prove quite enticing for some pets and as such we recommend dogs be kept on their leash. Site 4 has ringlock fencing and farm gates which can be helpful to contain your pets.

Nestled right beside the Murrundini River, all 3 campsites are beside the river, and well spaced apart for privacy and peace. Campsite 2 (site two) is shady,
surrounded by tall swamp gums, black wood wattles and tree ferns. This spot is at its best from late spring through to autumn .
Site One is a large flat area beside the river that is good all year round. It has fencing and gates, perfect to let dogs run free without going too far.
Site 3 (Craig's flat), is a large open campsite, able to take more camper-vans/ tents with plenty of space.
All sites have fire places and gas BBQ's (byo gas bottle) And there are plenty of fish for those that want to try their luck.
In response to a recent review, I will point out that the driveway is a gravel farm track, not a paved Freeway. I have had only one complaint about low 2wd vehicles, everyone else seems fine. Contact me before your trip if concerned.
The original home stead (built in
1876) burnt down in the 2009 black Saturday fires. There still remains many 150+ year old elms and other European trees near the toilet block, which are
delightful in autumn.
We have some fantastic views from the hill up and down the Murundindi Valley, especially at sunset. We're located only a few short km's from Wilhelmina Falls and Murundindi Scenic Reserve, you get the best part of the river, without the crowds. We are a
short drive from Melbourne, and easy access to the townships of Yea and Yarra Glen for supplies if you need them. Amazing, abundant
and rare bird life to enjoy and photograph. (see guests photos). I am hoping to increase the nesting and habitat for as many local birds as possible, which has improved, but can get better with Your help. Not destroying large logs and tree's is first and foremost. But if you are inclined , funds for creating nesting spots are greatly appreciated. You can directly ask for donations to go towards specific prospects/ projects. Tawney frog mouths have loved this site till very recently, without explanation, found two dead in last 9 months, that don't explain how or why. For donations specific to conservation, please contact me direct.
With no light pollution this is the ideal spot for star gazing.

We have a wide range of hobby farm animals - pigs, sheep, alpacas, chickens, ponies, a donkey, along with commercial heard of South African Boer Goats. As night falls, the wildlife come out to play - kangaroos, rabbits, deer and wallabies.
Internally, we have in excess of 10 kilometers of roads within the property, the majority being 2WD accessible (weather conditions apply). There are parts of the property which are only 4WD accessible.
Our campsites are placed to allow you to be as isolated as possible - away from other campers (you may see others as you drive past, or they drive past you). At some of our bush sites, you will be able to see other campers, but they are not close by.
Additionally, we anticipate our Fire Danger Period for the 2025/2026 Summer Season will commence in the coming weeks. We have not toggled the Fire Ban on as we do still allow campfires, however campers MUST adhere to CFA guidelines at all times. On days of Total Fire Ban (TFB), no fires, including gas stoves can be lit outdoors. In event of the TFB toggle needing to be used on Hipcamp, this will advise all guests booked on that day and to all future guests. We will toggle it off once the TFB is removed. Furthermore, we reserve the right to ask you not to light a fire regardless of TFB status if we feel weather conditions are unsafe, especially the wind element. We cannot plan the weather and the request to not light your campfires will most likely be on the day and we will advise as such. We welcome everyone who would like to relax whilst respecting the environment and all fellow hipcampers. We are family and dog friendly, with the space for multiple families to camp together on our spacious sites.
THIS PROPERTY IS NOT SUITABLE FOR DRUNKEN AND/OR NOISY PARTYING!!!
Pitch your completely self-sufficient sleeping quarters on our peaceful, flat, 7 acre property which backs onto the Bald Hill Nature Reserve and is less than five minutes drive from Kyneton’s historic Piper Street which is full of delightful restaurants and cafes.
Take under an hour to drive up and explore beautiful Bendigo, experience delightful Daylesford nearby and meander around the wonderful wineries of the Macedon Ranges.
Campfires are allowed subject to local fire restrictions and must be fully extinguished before you turn in for the night. Please search for the CFA website 'Fire Danger Period: Can I or Can't I?' which has all of the appropriate information. Each site has a fire pit which you can use providing it is not a total fire ban.
Firewood is available at a cost to you of $50 per wheelbarrow load which will easily cover two nights.
We have four separate camping locations on the property; you can easily have up to four RVs on sites 1, 2 and 4 and two on site 3. We have tried to ensure privacy for each location but you may be able to see other guests and/or the house through the many trees.
Please be aware that there are two dams on the property so children should supervised at all times. My own children swim in the dam and there is a kayak available but lifejackets must be worn by children in, around and on the water to minimise risk.
Pets are welcome. The kangaroos may prove quite enticing for some pets and as such we recommend dogs be kept on their leash. Site 4 has ringlock fencing and farm gates which can be helpful to contain your pets.
Please be aware that the Kyneton Gun Club has their monthly clay target shoot on the 3rd Sunday of each month (2nd Sunday in December) from 11am until 5pm during which time you will hear them clay pigeon shooting.
We are NOT a commercial campsite and, as such, you must be fully self-contained for power, water, showers, sewage, refuse disposal, etc.
Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by their parents.

You also have the beautiful Cathedral Mountain you can sit and watch the sunset on the rocks or The Acheron River to fish the fresh Rainbow trout or brown trout.
And off season try your luck on the Redfin.
You won't be disappointed.
For the Hipcampers we do provide outside toilet, and the outdoor shower soon to be finished.

Quite a secluded and quiet campground, which we loved. The natural surroundings were great, with the woods/trees being very pretty. Easy and quick drive to the beach, especially for the sunset! The amenities were clean and plentiful. Still close enough to Mount Martha town centre if we needed anything!

My friend and I had a great time camping here! We really enjoyed the campsite and all the amenities it has, the showers and bathrooms were clean and nice. We loved our stay and hope to come again! It's easy to use as a base for exploring the peninsula and we got up to so many fun activities nearby, thanks!

Rancho Nirvana is a fantastic spot for a relaxing camping experience. Marc is a wonderful host and Murray the dog was a most welcome guest during our stay. Amenities are excellent/ as advertised. We didn’t use the pool but others took advantage during some very hot weather. Great location, close enough for coastal excursions etc. A great stay.

Steve is a friendly accomodating host.
He even let me leave some gear at his whilst I transferred from one vehicle to another , an absolute life saver!
And super dog friendly which is a huge bonus in Geelong area . Limited pet friendly caravan parks available especially in peak season
Also provides power and water .
The location is awesome for getting around Geelong and to explore the peninsula and Great ocean road.

My son and I camped here in January.. There are wonderful surprises everywhere to be found. Geoff and Amanda are obviously artisans and have kindly shared their home and passion for hosting. Amanda met us and showed us around the property and all the many conveniences available. I especially liked the open air bath tub and expansive lush lawn areas.
There was another camping group our first night which was distanced enough to let us share our own space with our dog.
5mins drive from beaches and restaurants.
Electricity available. Composting toilet was surprisingly modern and pleasant.
Glamping tent we had a tour of was absolutely gorgeous. Mini fridge, bbq full size bed and rugs. Fancy a.f .

We had a fantastic stay and really enjoyed our time here. Jana was an exceptional host — incredibly helpful, with clear instructions for everything, regularly checking in, and even delivering us fresh berries to enjoy, which was such a thoughtful touch.
The property is a working berry farm with plenty of space to explore, and it was wonderfully dog-friendly, which we loved. friendly. There are three campsites on the property, but they are well spaced apart, so you don’t see or hear other campers, which made it feel very private and peaceful.
The lake/dam was a real highlight — perfect for cooling off on hot days. Having kayaks and paddle boards available made it even better, and it was such a relaxing place to unwind.
We would absolutely recommend this stay and would love to come back.

My dogs and I loved camping at Jana's berry farm. Such a beautiful property and the site was nice and private and the other campsites were not visible. The days were hot so we made full use of the creek with kayaks and stand up paddle board. The dogs had a blast swimming and we thoroughly enjoyed the berries. This is now my new favorite hip camp and I can't wait to go back!

My partner and I had a great time camping at Bay Park. The grounds were lovely we stayed down the far end which made you feel like you were in the woods. It was peaceful and relaxing.
The new toilet/shower block was clean the toilet down near us was a little dated but all added to the rustic feel. The staff were amazing, shout out to Michelle for being so friendly and accommodating we will definately be back.
Also the beach/shops are an hour walk and there is also an hourly bus outside the campsite if you don’t drive.

We had a lovely camping trip at Bay Park. The area where we stayed was quiet and peaceful and really felt like we were in the woods.
Michelle was amazing, and really accommodating we really appreciated all her help.
The showers and toilets at the top end were new and very nice, the toilets near our end were a little dated but working and all added to the rustic experience.
Will Definitely be coming back.
